Form Matt coming out to measure to Mike Hagen and his crew on the installation, everything about this company was top notch. Specifically, the attention to the smallest details during installation. Multiple difficult issues to work through with supply chain delays, but the company and the crew worked them out with me wonderfully. Highly recommend.

Based on favorable reviews, we selected Steve's Windows and Doors to replace our past their prime sliding glass doors with French Doors. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Their rep, Matt, took meticulous measurements, answered all our questions and provided a thorough set of options for our consideration. The installation team showed up precisely on time, and the custom job was executed perfectly. We love the finished result as well as how reasonably the job was priced. Five stars does not seem to be enough!

Highly recommended. A vendor with honesty and integrity and professionalism from start to finish. We're on condo 5th floor and their communication throughout and post cleanup was impressive. It can be tough to find vendors that can navigate condo requirements, do quality work, but this company was the best. So many deceitful, game playing, overpricing, high pressure window vendors- this is not one of them

Called Steve's to get a quote on replacing windows in my Euclid St Paul home. It's a block build home in a very nice part of town. When I called they looked up my house on the St Pete county website, I assume. Because the house was built in 1950 they said they would not work on it. First time I have ever heard that statement. I'm pretty sure block built homes are still construct s the same way. Double check your Home qualifies before you call. Boooo on customer service.

Steve's did an excellent job in April replacing our 1950's single plane windows (you know, the kind that you have to crank open and can feel the heat coming in even when closed) with some modern triple pane hurricane windows. We live just two blocks from the Gulf and I'm happy to say they made it through Hurricane Irma without even a scratch or leak!
We got prices from three different companies, and Steve's was not the cheapest one, but we felt most comfortable working with them. Their timeframes were accurate, permits and inspections were a non-issue, and they were responsive to our questions. We have nearly 20 windows in our home so this was a huge investment, but it's one we are so glad that we made. Our energy bill has been cut almost in half and the windows are much easier to open and see out of. Our house feels like it's finally entered the 21st century!

Don't look any further. This company cares and does a great job. I got 5 other prices but Steve's best everyone for the same PGT windows. Their workmanship was professional and they cleaned up every day they were here. Finding a window company is a minefield but I had a great experience here and would highly recommend these guys above all the others in the bay area.

What a great experience! I mostly live up North but have a condo in St. Pete for winter. The windows were original and needed replacement. But, condos are strict and the impact requirements can be confusing. A friend recommended Steve's after using them for same project in the community. The sales lady was quick and very easy to talk to and her husband was equally professional when he did the final measure.
After about a month and a half they pulled permit and scheduled installation. All very smooth and easy. The install was quick and clean. I worried about the workers, but for no reason! They were polite, skilled and cleaned up too. Highly recommend.

I contacted several window companies I had seen advertised and received quotes for new impact Windows. In checking out the bidders on the Internet, I came across Steve's Window Co. as someone who had repaired problems customers had with the companies I was considering. Comments on Steve's service were glowing so I decided to see if they installed new Windows as well as fixing other people's screw ups.
I found they were authorized dealers for PGT so I gave them a call. Ellyn came out and gave me an estimate which was lower than all the others I had received. I gave Steve's the order and they did a great job on the installation. I couldn't be happier - I highly recommend this company. If you need new Windows, give them a call. You won't be sorry.

This is a family owned business that's run very well. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgable and friendly, The installers are neat and professional which was a pleasant surprise. The prices are competitive when comparing same products from other local companies. It gets confusing trying to compare different brands and learn about all the regulations involving windows too.
I felt comfortable buying these windows as there wasn't pushy sales people. The final result looks great, the windows made a big improvement on my older house. I would definitely recommend Steve's Windows to a friend.

What a great experience. Steve knows what he's talking about, knows the options, and doesn't try to oversell you. Their prices are fair, and after you see their work, you'll think their prices are actually an excellent value. They did a great job, and left my house as clean as it was before they got there. I'd recommend Steve's Windows and Doors to anyone.
