I had four Impact windows and a sliding glass door installed in my condo, and Botond and his team of installers did beautiful work and treated our home and the walls surrounding the window frames with the utmost care. The windows themselves are a huge upgrade from the single-panes that came with the condo (built in the '90s), with much better temperature control and a complete elimination of outside noise. The price was very reasonable and they completed the job faster than quoted. 10/10 would work with Karoly Windows & Doors again.

Excellent service from quote to finished product We got three quotes. Brandon's was very reasonable. We love the new windows in our house. The house is quieter and the windows regulate temperature and it is so nice to open and close them, the screens pop out for easy cleaning. I can't recommend having new windows enough! But, it would not have happened without Brandon and our install team Botond and Attila. Crew was very professional, neat and clean. I can't speak highly enough of the service and value. Vili, Botond, Attila were my installers. They installed my hurricane doors and windows. First let me start wit why I chose Karoli. Its an owner operated company. No salesman just the owner that came out and measured. His prices were competitive to one other company and much better than two others. He was no nonsense and the only one that told me the truth about time frame. he was two months further out than his competitor and considering he was using the same windows made me feel like i was dealing with an honest company.

They covered my furniture, vacuumed after each window, cleaned the window, checked out the operation to make sure it was correct. Great personailties, pleasant, polite and talented.

They were very communicative and let us know every step of the way. I live in Michigan and they were replacing a slider at my condo in Florida. I came in town the week of the install and when the installers arrived, they reported that the track arrrived damaged.they went and (thankfully) had a replacement at the office so the install was delayed a few hours but the installers worked until 7:30 pm to make sure the job got done correctly without any issues. We used Karoly because of the great reviews. The were professional and on time from the initial measurements, to ordering the windows, keeping us informed on installation date, the pandemic delay from manufacturer keeping us informed, installation went smooth, and they scheduled inspection for the next day. Inspection was great and signed off right away since it was a quality install. I've flipped homes before and very impressed with Karoly. We live in Los Angeles and we were able to plan flights back because they were on time with the install.

We live out of state but wanted high wind windows for our new vacation home. I first emailed measurements and they gave me a quote. Then Karoly himself came out for the final measurements and we ordered the windows. We planned ahead flights back to Florida for the job and it went great. In one day all 7 windows were done. The next day Karoly scheduled the City Inspection and each window was inspected and it passed. Very professional along the way keeping us informed and very happy with our new windows.

The house we picked this spring was amazing however, being situated on a golf course and having elderly owners precede us made an upgrade to the window and door process necessary. The windows arrived with no problem and were installed over a 3 day process. (It's a big house). The team was timely and polite, they were also honest though an accident resulted in sprinkler damage the team was fully communicated the mishap and fixed the issue.
After the team had left one of the many hurricane systems swept through the area. We noticed one of the windows leaking we called Karoly they came out and fixed the issue as soon as the rain had stopped. We liked this company for the transparency, the efficiency, the cost, the follow up care. We can confidently recommend them to anyone in the area needing quality window services.

I am a repeat customer. I used Karoly in 2013 to install (5) 9ft PGT sliding doors & 5 Simonton windows. Because of his proficiency, attention to detail, and astute knowledge pertaining to installations (everything fit perfectly the first time!) Had a great experience with Karoly. He was recommended by a co-worker. I ordered right before all the fun started with Corona virus. The order was delayed by a couple weeks due to the stay at home orders. The office ladies kept me in the loop and were always helpful. The actual installation was highly efficient. I had 19 windows and 3 doors replaced and they were complete with the work in exactly 2 days.
The workers were extremely professional, did a great job on the install, and cleaned any mess that they made which was very little. The windows look great ( I got the Simonton Stormbreaker) and couldn't be happier with the service and price. Absolutely highly recommend.

I am one of those ladies who is always cold. I could not go another winter with our drafty windows! I am one of those ladies who is always cold. I could not go another winter with our drafty windows! We called Karoly Windows and Doors to get a quote and were treated professionally and fairly from the beginning.

So highly impressed with the level of care, respect, and professionalism received from everyone I have dealt with in this business! The quality of product, warranty and workmanship is as good as it gets, as far as I am concerned! I got estimates from 4 companies to replace my old sliding patio doors with new impact rated doors. Karoly was not cheapest---nor most expensive.
I read the reviews, and basically went on my gut instinct----as I had major reservations in even doing this at all:having been conned by another business at another residence. Karoly himself came to measure:he was very patient and answered every concern I had. The office staff kept me up to date and was available for any questions--as well as providing easy to understand step by step instructions of the process--the contract---what to expect, etc.
The delivery arrived promptly at 7-with installers William and Josef right behind. I am delighted with the outcome. The house and work areas were left neat and clean--and the gentlemen were very respectful and knowledgeable. I feel very fortunate to have contracted with Karoly for this project, and will definitely ask them to replace my windows as well in the future.

I would highly recommend Karoly and his staff for installing hurricane windows and doors. At every step along the way from ordering to installation and inspection everything was done professionally. Karoly was very easy to talk to and very responsive to our questions. He went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. Installation was done efficiently with attention to detail.
The office staff was very professional and responded to us in a timely manner. We are so happy with our new hurricane windows and doors. Our home is quieter, more energy efficient and we can rest easy knowing we are protected from storms and hurricanes. Nice staff/crew. The 3 window installations were great. The french door install was good, but as we knew beforehand, it is up to us to complete the project. For part of the "wood" we were given small rubber plugs to fill in small holes to cover screws. They look good, like they are part of the wood. For larger holes to cover screws, we were given plastic plugs that, when inserted, are not flush with the rest of the surface.
So if we use these plugs, there will be bumps every so often. Does not look like classy wood as a result. Gonna have to hire somebody to sand these several screw holes level, then plug w/ wood glue, then paint. More trouble than we anticipated. The end product will look terrific. We just didn't expect the extra work. So our project is still unfinished at this point. FYI: City inspector was very impressed when it comes to meeting code, going the extra mile, etc.

Karoly windows and doors installed a 9 foot bay window and 9 foot patio slider,both hurricane impact. The crew,Richard and Zoltan did a wonderful job. Laid down tarps and cleaned up completely and removed all debris. They worked in a very professional manner and were very respectful. If I had another home in Clearwater Fl. I would use Karoly windows and Doors again. Mr. Karoly was very responsive too all my communications and his staff was spot on also. If your looking for window or door products give Karoly a call. From working with Yara in selecting the door to Karoly coming out to install the door the experience was phenomal. We contacted Karoly's because of their reviews on Angie's List. We never do snap purchases and both Yara and Karoly patiently answered any and all questions. The service was punctual and all phone calls were returned promptly.

I was most satisfied with their efficiency and effectiveness. They train the customer on how to open the windows, remove for cleaning, and resintall. He didn't just tell me how. He had me go through it during the installation. I liked that Mr. Karoly promised that I could call back if I forgot how to do it in the future. That's wonderful.

After getting multiple estimates we settled on Karoly Windows & Doors. We were very happy with our decision. They took care of the paperwork and all we had to do was be home for the installation. The men came and went within two days after doing 15 windows and two doors. They are priced just right not to high you turn away and not to low you question the quality.

I HIGHLY recommend Karoly Windows and Doors! As a matter of fact, they will probably be busy doing most of our neighbors homes now that they're done with us, sorry guys! After getting an estimate we had them out last week to replace all the windows in our home with more efficient glass and casement style windows as well as replacing a sliding glass door with french doors.
They arrived Monday morning and did not stop working until almost 8 pm that night! They finished the job the next afternoon, two days a head of schedule and no quality was compromised. Our windows look and work beautifully, they cleaned up entirely after themselves and were friendly and cheerful the entire time they were in our home. The city inspector even commented afterwards that he was impressed with their work, as they used 3 times the required amount of screws. I'll take that kind of work any day!

They were very good. I will recommend them. He was interested in getting the job and providing us with the best job to meet our needs. He gave us a lot of information on products. My husband did a lot of research. He gave him his experience regarding the products that we have take down and gave him some guidance in getting the products that we needed.

From the initial online quote and all the way up to completion of the job Karoly's team was awesome. Danalyn the office extraordinary explained the entire process from beginning to end. She promptly replied to all my emails. Mr. Karoly came out to finalize my measurements and took his time. He was not pushy at all.
