We used Window Depot last year and again this year, replacing our old windows. The staff has always been responsive and very professional. Rick and KIm, at the office, have been great to deal with. The installs went smoothly. They are dealing with all of the manufacturer/production delays as best as possible and kept us up to date on projected install dates. We were very satisfied with our experience with Window Depot.

While I did not like the wait for the windows and doors, I understand my delay for 1 window replaced in my dining room was the fault of the window manufacturer in Ocala, Florida - and something Window Depot had no control over. The installation process itself was quick and professional and I got a great deal. Overall, good company if you are in the need for windows and doors.

4 missed deadlines with no follow up calls. Last few with the owner which is really bad. Had to call myself to get information. It will be a year in April that this company has used my 1/2 down I needed to pay to order 4 windows to play with. The salesman was great which is why we bought and now stuck with a contract I seems not to be able to get out of. So very disappointed. Windows supposed to be installed this friday, but seriously have doubts due to all other excuses I have heard.

I love The Window Depot, my goodness my Windows are beautiful, installation was so cool, two guys working like a Rolex watch, everything in a great order, I actually sad it was a one day job and they left. Of course window installation is more then one day and goodbye, they have a follow up person that comes back in a day or two and touches up things, the installers give a list and there's a check list as well for the inspector, talk about attention to detail. Kim at the office is so nice ready to help and Rick the big guy is like the nicest.
He does the first contact and measurements. You may have to wait but that's not their fault, they care that it come to this for installation but they never forget you and when the time comes you get a felling of happiness. Thank you for your service Window Depot

Due to "material shipping delays" installation was delayed, but the company was communicative and worked with me. The installation was accomplished in one day, and after county inspection, the final trim was attached the following day. The Window Depot office staff and the installation crew were professional, through, and understanding throughout. Yes, this was an expense, but I notice an immediate difference in outside noise reduction, insulation, and direct sun glare.

I went with The Window Depot, LLC. because of their honesty. I had my windows and sliding doors replaced and they did a great job with the installation. The guys who installed them were very friendly and professional. The Customer Service folks were very easy to work with and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. The price was very reasonable. I was sold on having the Window Depot supply my new windows for my bathrooms and bedrooms after talking to the salesman. I was impressed with his honesty and felt confident I would receive both a good product with dependable service. I was not disappointed. I love my new windows! I never would have guessed how much the new windows would both cut down on the outside noise but also provide better protection from heavy winds.
The installers were very efficient and answered all my questions. I found that everyone I talked to at The Window Depot were all very polite and helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone interested in buying new windows.

Window Depot replaced my old windows with new impact windows. Everything from the Quote process through final inspection was handled well. All communication was open and honest. Workmanship is excellent. Installers were friendly and efficient. The work was completed a month ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Window Depot.

Just finished replacing all windows and doors. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service. There were some challenging elements (including the elements!) during the installation. They just finished putting in the windows. The men answered all my questions. They cleaned up after they were done ( which meant a lot to me ) the office kept in touch with me through the whole time from starting the contract to the end Also the quality is worth the price. Get the hell out of here. Why did I answer, you ask? My home office faces the front doorway. I turn around to be facing this conehead, with no mask. No hiding from that. Let me reiterate, Ned Ryerson, selling stuff door-to-door went out of vogue in America when folks all started shooting each other.

These guys were awesome... When I first called them, I'd just gotten off the phone with one of their competitors who could not even manage to provide an appointment for me in convenient fashion. It was great decision hiring The Window Depot to replace my 2 front windows and an entree door , The product were great the installation was very professional , the workers cleaned up the area like nothing is been done. Just had my french door installed. It is beautiful. Everyone I have dealt with here has been top notch. They have done some tweaks on the door that needed to be done after the install and they have been prompt as well. Will be using them for my additional doors and windows when the time comes. Great company.

Stay away--we signed contract a month ago and put down deposit--found out today after several phone calls that they weren't going to do job because of lack of communication on our part! Materials were delivered almost two weeks ago and I made several calls as to when it would be completed with no response until today--could have had job completed two weeks ago if they would have communicated with us. Stay away!

The Window Depot was recommended to me by my son, a property manager, who thought highly of their workmanship and customer care. I must agree with him and I'm very pleased with my new patio door installed just last week. They will come next week to do the final finishing details following the city's inspection. We are so happy with our new windows and doors replaced by The Window Depot. We have four bedrooms, three bathrooms, three French doors, slider and back door and the job was completed by two expert installers within five days. The installers vacuumed all debris as they worked along with very little mess. Our home looks like a new dwelling and plan on staying as long as we can.
The PGT hurricane windows and doors certainly give us a secure feeling in the event we are faced with another hurricane. We had to have a few minor adjustments done after the work was completed and paid for in full and they immediately sent out someone to do the correction. I highly recommend The Window Depot and definitely a five star rating.

I had four vendors come out and give me a pitch. While Window Depot was not the cheapest, we felt their product was the best for the money. We split the install over about a year and a half, so we could budget everything, and they were perfectly fine with that. 10 windows, 4-8 ft. sliders and a set of French Doors. We finished the project this Feb 18.
Window Depot was always up front with their pricing, always very responsive to my inquiries, and when things changed over time--very willing to work with us to resolve issues. The installers did a great job--cleaned up very thoroughly each evening, and I enjoyed working with them. We love the new windows, and it really improved the look of the house, inside and out!

We ordered an entire house full of impact rated windows. we wanted the grids on the exterior and horizontal only to keep the original Jalousie style window look of the house. Sam at The Window Depot came out, delivered the best price of the bids we received. the installation was great. yes, there were a couple issues with the grids but they have been all over it! they even pointed out an issue and resolved to fix it. no leaks during the hurricane. I'd recommend them to anyone. On time, no requests for extras. they clean up after themselves and the crew we had out were great guys.
