Weathertite Windows

I absolutely love my new windows from Weather Tite Windows! They are beautiful and the house is so quiet now. The entire process went smoothly and all employees were professionals.

Ross has been upfront with the product details and reasonably priced for my oversized sliding glass door (14 foot width). My door will go from 2 sliding doors to all panes sliding into one, creating a large opening with Low-E glass. I am very happy so far with the level of service and response I have received. Looking forward to the installation and end product!

We live in a 1970's era double wide mobile home which has the original aluminum windows. Total cost when we bought it 2 years ago was $25,000. The Weather Tite commercials work; with the "don't forget the cookie" line being annoying but memorable. I called to request a quote for our 12 windows, explaining that we were just looking for economical vinyl windows.

The sizes ranged from 14X27 to 46X40. I had already priced all of them at Mobile Home Depot for around $2,500 total. The quote I got from their sales rep started at $18,608, then was $17,408, then $16,579 and finally $14,268 for cash. That's almost $1,200 per window! A quote I got from a reputable area competitor was under $9,000. I'm sure that they have a great product but would highly recommend getting competitive quotes.

I want to say that I had such a wonderful experience! I'll begin just by my first phone call, I spoke with a young lady named Jaylene. She was very sweet to talk to, very knowledgeable and very helpful. I also dealt with a very nice gentleman named Kenny who came to my house and gave me an estimate, he helped me buy the perfect windows and doors for my project! He made the process incredibly easy! We had an outstanding experience when we had weathertite windows finally came to install our windows we ordered almost a year ago.we understand the delay, Covid, worker shortage, supply chain issues.so no problem there. We had the other big window installer do our first home and that was a major disaster.broken glass all over the place, concrete dust.my wife was fit to be tied.so we were nervous about weathertite coming in. WOW. what a difference. Javier and Mr. Romero, The two techs we had for weathertite were fantastic.courteous knowledgeable, very respectful of our property, kept us up to speed on what was going on.these guys taped up the windows and I did not have to clean up one piece of glass.

In or out of the home. No dust. They cleaned up afterwards. Needless to say my wife was very happy. I heard good thing about weathertite before but having experienced window replacement with the other big installer, we were nervous. We highly recommend weathertite windows for their quality PGT windows, and hopefully you get these two outstanding techs on your project.

I am so happy with my new windows. The process from start with Josh to finish with their amazing installers was wonderful. They did my entire house in 2 days and were so neat, courteous and professional. I highly recommend WeatherTite windows. The price was very fair and reasonable

Buyer Beware! I am very unhappy with the service I received from WeatherTite Windows. It took almost 13 MONTHS to get our project completed. I realize we are dealing with unprecedented supply chain issues, but the way this company handled the process, expectations and communications was beyond horrible and I feel I was misled throughout the entire process.

Because of the numerous issues on this project, I requested a discount and was offered $200, but only if I agreed to non-disclosure restrictions. So for less than 1% of the cost of the project, I was going to forfeit my right to any comment/opinion. I declined their offer. Below is a brief timeline of the process: On January 4, 2021, we purchased 8 windows and a slider and paid a significant deposit.

The contract stated installation would be done a "minimum of 15 weeks" from date of measurement September 20-21, 2021 (almost 35 weeks from the date of measurement) 7 windows and the slider were installed (and additional money paid). I was told that one window was broken in transit and it would be installed in a few weeks On November 10, 2021, after weeks of excuses, I contacted the Corporate Office to see if I could get a resolution and was told it would be taken care of On December 29, 2021 the final window was installed.

Over 12 weeks after installation January 5, 2022 Sarasota County inspected the windows January 31, 2022 the final installation service was performed. So for over FOUR MONTHS I had to live with stickers on the windows and pieces of plastic laying around my house

My experience with Weathertite has been unparalleled. The knowledge, experience and honesty I've witnessed by their team has made me a client for life. I've had the pleasure of working with Ross and Andrew - both on my personal home and dozens of clients homes I've referred over the years. I have never felt like they were over selling me or my clients something we didn't need or pressuring to purchase. Their customer service, quality of their product and workmanship has always been a level above. Would highly recommend!

What a great company and I'm so glad I chose it. Ross Mallin, our sale rep was super to work with. He was always available to promptly answer any questions or concerns we had. The office was always kind and quick to give us needed information. The amazing knowledgeable installers who were so nice went out of their way to keep inside clean and help with any extra concerns or needs following install. And best of all, our windows are absolutely gorgeous! We are so happy with them and WeatherTite!

Chris Rios did an amazing job helping me buy the PERFECT windows! He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me and my millions of questions. He always responds in a timely manner and was super professional and friendly. I had gotten quotes from other companies where the salespeople made you feel like just another sale, I did not get that feeling from Chris, he did not pressure me at all and was very sincere and straightforward with everything, helping me make my decision to choose Weather Tite Windows over the competitors an easy decision.

They used rick Scott in a commercial. He's pure scum. I will never use them for Windows. Find a better person to advertise for you.

I have been begging weathertite to fix my hurricane Windows for five years. Out of 13 Windows, none work! They assured me I have a lifetime warranty. I guess that means it will take me a lifetime to have them honor their work

My husband and I had Weather Tite Windows install all new impact-resistant windows and doors in our home this week and we are beyond overjoyed. The experience from initial consultation to the end of installation was a smooth, easy process.

This place owes me $800 on a deposit for Windows. Apparently have closed down and now I am unable to get this back. As soon as I am able I will find what information I need to take them to court.
