Carrollwood Window & Door

I called Carrollwood Windows and Doors for an estimate. I called them as they carried the PGT windows and doors. Chris Z came out and worked up a very fair estimate and explained the installation process to me. He did not try any hard sell stuff and was totally honest and non-pressuring. Carrollwood was the second estimate and he sold me on the spot.

We had 10 windows and our 3 panel patio slider replaced. Marcus, Eric and Dillon came out for the installation and I was extremely impressed with their workmanship and expertise in installing the windows and the large patio slider. The windows were a perfect fit. The Hillsborough County building inspector even commented on the installation and the quality of the windows.

They didn't miss one screw! The windows and slider are beautiful and the entire experience with Carrollwood Windows and Doors was excellent and a seamless process. Money well spent and I highly recommend Carrollwood. The reduction in outside noise and the indoor climate control enhancement is certainly well worth the investment. Truly a 5 star company.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality We had three doors installed and were told they would be custom do to the openings were not standard. The doors were installed but was unable to install trim around them because the hinge was in the drywall. Chris said there is nothing they can do. Services: Custom doors, General door installation

We had quotes from all the TV advertised window company's and then were recommended to check out CWD. Don't waste time with the others CWD will deliver the same windows and doors saving you big money. Their installation team was quick and efficient, they completed the job flawlessly, cleaned up and left a happy customer. Carrollwood Window and Door has my full recommendation.

This is the second project that we have used Carrollwood Window and Door and again was very please with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the installers. We had a bathroom window replaced and a new front door. The door is what I like the most, it lets so much light into our front foyer. Can't wait for the painter to come and make it look prefect.

Great customer service, they are very transparent with you throughout the whole process. Their prices are very reasonable. You can actually see the difference in the downstairs windows and upstairs windows. The upstairs windows will be replaced at a later date. There was some unexpected weather that made work condition dangerous.

The entire experience was great. Every staff member I dealt with was professional and courteous. They got the door in before the estimated time and came out and installed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Price was half of the cookie guy and the other company that used PGT Wingard. Apples to apples price comparison. It did take about 8 months to get windows though. Had new PGT windows and doors installed and I couldn't be happier with the results. From sales to office personnel to the install crew (thanks Marcus and crew) CWD was a pleasure to work with. They are honest, competent, and the most professional business you can ever deal with. I am so glad I went with CWD, I highly recommend CWD for any window or door install, they are the best hands down.

Since purchasing our home we've made many improvements/update. We trust Shawn and his knowledge and have replaced every window in our home using Carrollwood Window and Doors. Prompt, courteous, and clean up when finish installation. It is very difficult these days getting companies to show up and do what they agreed to. We would recommend CWD to others.

We received bids from 3 companies to replace and install 4 windows upstairs. Carrollwood Window and Door was less expensive than the rest with same product. Great group of guys. They were on time, cleaned up any mess and were extremely professional. Would recommend them over anyone else in the area. We were previously ripped off by one window company and another one failed to even show up for a quote. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. These guys are the real deal.

Forget the cookies, go with these guys instead. We ordered PGT windows in January, they didn't arrive until June which is pretty normal for windows. What a difference in quality from our old original windows. Yes, they're expensive but the quote was reasonable compared to the other estimates we got. Installation was quick and customer service was excellent.

By far one of the most professional groups we have dealt with. The Salesperson Shawn was able to point us to the right direction and replace our old windows with the Cadillac of windows. We got a couple of doors too. The install team was very professional and some of the coolest guys. They were clean, organized, and fast. No Issues at all and would 13/10 recommend

Really?! How about standing by your warranty? Our sliding window shattered for no reason and PGT doesn't honor replacement! Try to get someone who installs PGT to replace your glass

We had 26 windows installed and we could not be happier! The windows are beautiful and our house looks like a new home! It's so quiet and the quality of the windows are outstanding! The 2 guys that did the installation (Marcus and Brandon) were so polite and professional. They cleaned as they worked and when they left, we were able to just back and enjoy. We highly recommend!

Absolutely the best experience when buying windows and exterior doors. I've gotten windows from another contractor that was far less in every aspect from what this company provides. Much quicker in their process from quote to close. Top notch quality products and service. I received my order for PGT triple pane impact resistant windows and French doors in far less time than the previous company. Chris with the sales team, Bruce with the service follow up and David, Ray and Caleb with the immaculate install and awesome personalities to carry the name of the company.

You can certainly tell when you've found a great, local, and family style business. Very professional and did an outstanding job through and through. It was a pleasure working with Carrollwood Window & Doors. After getting estimates from Home Depot and Lowe's, and hearing how great they are and ones better than the other. I called Carrollwood and Shawn Therrien came out and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He did not try and sell me products that I didn't need or want, he just wanted to make sure we received a high quality product at a great price.

Not only was the sales process professional, the installation team was great. They replace 14 windows from 1972 in less than a day. They explained every step of the process and checked every window with me to make sure they operate properly. The crew was very neat and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Thank you for the excellent windows and an outstanding installation! The windows really make the front of the house 'pop'. They also let more light into the house and when opened have increased air flow.

Rude and unprofessional service. I scheduled appointments with 3 door companies for the installation of my french door. This company is one of them. Since they didn't have appointment for the week I called which I totally understand so they scheduled it for the following week.
