Artistic Doors is an amazing business. It is really difficult to find quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Artistic Doors has both and then some. We live near the salt water and had major issues with our front doors. After talking with Leah we decided the best course of action was to replace them. She offered us a good strategy that used parts of our old doors, provided a perfect match with the existing frames, and gave us a plan to keep them looking great. Eric did an outstanding job on the installation and the end result is just stunning! The team at Artistic Doors was exceptional in every facet of the project, thank you!

I wish I could give them 10 stars! We ordered the door last year because we knew how everything was delayed due to supply issues. We first met with Leah to help us design our door. She offered advise and suggestions that were very helpful. I changed my mind a few times and she was very patient with me. Fast forward to now: our newly built house has so many issues, including a poorly installed standard door.

Because of this, it took Dan with Artistic Doors & Locks 11 hours to install my new door. There were a multitude of issues that the builder caused which attributed to the lengthy install process. Dan was meticulous! My door is absolutely fantastic and the quality is unlike anything I imagined. These days its very difficult to find a company who finishes a job the first time and does it well.

Of all the trades that have been in my house in the past 3 months, Artist Doors & Locks are the ONLY ones who have met, let alone exceeded, my expectations. If you're looking for a custom door from a company who's been around for many years, specializes in what they do, AND does a fantastic job - look no further!

Talk about Customer Service! My wife and I purchased our doors twenty years ago. My first project following my retirement was to refinish the front doors. I worked way too many hours stripping and sanding, and when I went to buy the stain, neither my wife nor I could remember the color that we used (of course the inside of the door did not need to be redone).

We called the store and talked to Coleen who asked us to email pictures of the interior and exterior. She replied back with the correct stain color and noticed that we had the original Schlage deadbolts and handles on the doors. She informed us that we could call Schlage and they would replace the hardware as it is guaranteed for life. We did and we now have the exact same hardware as Schlage had it in their warehouse, although no longer available on the website.

To finish the job I wanted to replace the weather stripping. I tried to locate weather stripping at Home Depot, Lowe's and on the web, but all of the product was only 81 inches in length. I remembered the advice I got on the stain and locks so I decided to call back. Leah knew exactly what I needed and told me to stop by, in order to pick up 4 pieces that were in excess of the 8 feet that is needed. I just returned home and decided that I had to write a review so that others might know how delighted I am with the service that I received.

Customer service is by far a very important element in a successful business. Setting expectations, follow through and completion to satisfaction will keep your business thriving! Just had my door installed from Artistic Doors. All I can say is WOW! Beautiful door.great installation. It really makes our house stand out. We did a custom abstract glass design. Their designer hit it out of the park. We are the envy of our neighborhood.

The wife and I are still sitting staring at the doors! We have worked with a ton of contractors and subs through the years, I have to say this experience is by far the best. Well worth the wait/investment and couldn't be happier with the outcome! Leah and Eric are very professional and to the point. They let the doors sell themselves! We have beautiful wood and glass double front doors that were purchased through Artistic Doors in 1997 when we built our home. We absolutely love the doors even 22 years later. Recently the door that remains fixed had a problem with the upper latch/rod stuck in the up position such that the door could not be opened. I called Artistic Doors for help expecting to be told I was on my own to repair after so many years.

Instead their customer service could not have been better and almost immediately they fixed the issue at no cost to us! That is what I call customer service and support of one's product! Thank you Artistic Doors for both beautiful wood front doors after over two decades and for your tremendous customer support.

The installers Greg & Kevin were both professional and helpful with questions that I had. They cleaned up after themselves and it was a smooth experience.
