Old or outdated windows can lower the energy efficiency of your home or business, increasing your energy bills and forcing your HVAC system to work harder to keep your property comfortable. With the right window replacements, you can cut down your utility bills and keep your heater and air conditioner from wearing out prematurely.

They did an absolutely phenomenal job. The project manager Scott continued to follow up with me for months while my windows were on back order and made sure ever detail was properly taken care of. The installers were quick, professional, and efficient. It only took a few hours to complete. I highly recommend them!

I usually don't write negative reviews, but I am going to make an exception here. We needed replacement for the balance rods for two windows, plus a quote for the replacement of a broken window pane. They charged us a staggering 290,83 USD for the replacement of the rods only (we skipped replacement of the window pane because that alone would have been almost 300 USD).
The 4 rods were 12,95 USD each in material. All the rest was charged for labor and a "service call". Note that they came out twice -the first time without any material, although I had send them a picture of the rods that needed to be replaced - with two(!) people. The second time I had explicitly asked their office not to send one of the two guys because (he was rude to me AND to his coworker). A minor thing in all this: One of the stoppers of the window broke while installing, and they couldn't provide a replacement. Will have to source that myself I guess.

I had ten windows that would not stay open. Several local companies quoted me in the thousands to repair. One company wanted $300 per window ($3,000 total), and another contractor wouldn't touch it for less than $1,900. We are so blessed to have called Bradenton Window. They charged a reasonable service call fee, and a few dollars for the parts, and not even 2 hours worth of work!
Talk about savings! Bradenton Window responded quickly, and only fixed what was truly broken (the plastic clips, not the balancing rods like the others). I highly recommend Bradenton Window - they are honest, lower-priced, highly professional, and do excellent work!

Great company. I have used them for years and they have ALWAYS been more than fair. There are very few companies in the country that can find parts for older windows, and Bradenton Window is one of them. After reading the reviews it is unfortunate that customers do not understand how difficult many of their requests are, thus why so few companies cater to this type of work. This is a family owned business that has been a part of our community for decades. They truly care and do a great job in some of the most difficult of circumstances!

Very unprofessional, refused to give firm quote only estimated, . No written contract, added hours and installed a defective window their technician confirmed. Now they want to redo and mess up my home again. Take months to work and multiple visits with wrong tools. A real nightmare avoid at all costs.

From the installation of one slider and three windows in 2017, it took 10 months to finally complete the job to as satisfactory a condition as possible. I would definitely not employ this company to do any future work for me and I will definitely not be recommending this company to any family, friends, colleagues etc. Deb S

On October 25, 2017, R D Smith came out and measured my Windows for hurricane proof windows. We had an informative and interesting talk on their services. He left and said he would get back to me with a quote. Never happened. I called twice and was told they would get back to me (they were busy). Finally after a month and a half, someone who acts as though he has known me all my life (Hi Jim ) explains how busy they are (no apology) that my quote is still not available.
I then informed the gentleman that I was no longer in need of their services. In that waiting period I had investigated other companies and had signed a contract with Grayhawk Windows who has already satisfied my questions and requests. Good luck on being busy, a return call R D costs nothing, just common COURTESY! Thanks for Mr Ford

I had all of the windows in my house replaced with high impact windows a couple of years ago and I am extremely happy with them! Beautiful windows and each one opens so smoothly. The installers were very knowlegable, friendly, professional and did an excellent job. The beginning of this summer I needed to replace 2 doors one of which was a front screen door so I called Bradenton Window and Allied Products.
They came out and measured, ordered the doors and installed them. I am extremely happy with the doors and the installers did great work again. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs good quality products and service! Thank you R.D. and staff!

I called to have a broken window repaired and screens replaced.(rescreened) First, the good. I am pleased with the window repair and the screens. Now, the not good. I phoned and was told about the service call fee, a prelimary window cost and an estimated hourly rate to do the actual repairs. About a week went by before they phoned again to make an appointment.
They came out and measured the small window and we walked around the house counting and measuring the screens. Then he starts talking about new frames, and I said What? My frames are fine, they just need to be rescreened. They tell me they will have to call me back with the cost. They call back. I realize we had never talked about color or material.
He had picked black screens for my white house. I changed the color. I asked if there would be additional charges such as hourly rate or service call. I was told no. I received the cost of the window pane. I asked what the hourly charge would be. I was told he didnt see it to be over half an hour, and estimated it to be $30. I said fine. They told me I had to prepay $150.00 A week or so later, they call to do the work.
They show up later than I was told they would be there. They take the small window to the truck for the repair and replace the broken pain. They reinstall the window. They were ready to leave and I had to remind them about the screens. They take the 10 screens with them. They tell me the screen tabs should be on the outside of the window so they would be easier to remove. (For me and for burglers, i reply) They tell me they will be back in TWO days to reinstall the screens.
I reclarify there would be no service/hourly rate additions. A week goes by and a woman calls to make an appointment to reinstall the acreens. I tell them it is fine to come while I am not home. She tells they will install the screens with the tabs out. I tell her no, on the inside. They come and install the screens. All good. I am happy. Now the UGLY!
The woman calls back for the remainder of the bill. She gives me the total. I said where did that number come from? She broke it down. 10 screens 136.08.as we agreed to initially 1 window pane for 69.98, again as agreed. Service call $58 as agreed. Hourly rate 120.00. I said what. I was quoted $30. She replies 'there were 2 guys on the repair, 60$,a n hour each.
I repeat noone said it was per person and not even close to what i was quoted. Too bad, basically. I feel ripped off of $90. and taken advantaged of. I would not recommend this company for big jobs. As to repair a broken window, not many places do that work anymore.

They came rapidly to do an estimate and completed the job within the week. They were very professional and assumed the financial loss attributable to an error in measuring the window opening. They found a good solution to a particular problem that we had with a large window getting hit by golf balls. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and certainly did not have the experience described by other reviewers on the web.
