I had Alex's Sliding Door repair come replace wheels on 6 glass door panels and they all worked great. A couple months later one of the doors was bumpy when you opened it part way. Alex sent out his guy and they determined the track was worn in a few spots and recapped the track all under warranty. Now, all my doors work perfectly (smooth and quiet)! Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend them to take care of your sliding glass doors needs.

We hired Alex's Sliding Glass Door Repair to complete a laundry list of items needed in 5 houses we are renovating. They took the time to provide us with a detailed quote for each property and the quotes were very easy to read and understand. This helped a lot. Then when they arrived to complete the work, they did an outstanding job. They were in daily communication with me and letting me know the status for each property.
A few items were even mis ordered and they let me know right away and the right item showed up the same week and they were out immediately to complete that item. It was wonderful working with them and highly recommend using them for any sliding glass door repair work.

We had the rollers on three, 30 year old sliding doors replaced and added double locks to each of the doors. The doors glide beautifully and we feel so much more secure with the new locking system. Jared did an excellent job and was great at explaining the process and not overselling anything he didn't think we needed. The doors work beautifully! We would highly recommend the company and Jared! The technicians arrived and worked on my 4 sets of sliders in 2 hours. They were polite but friendly, neat and efficient, and were even sweet to my old dog. My sliders were installed in 1974! They really weren't 'sliders' any more! Now I can open them with no effort whatsoever. Its amazing. I wish I had done this years ago. Thank you so much! I will recommend Alex's whenever I can.

After requesting a quote for service online I had a nice conversation with someone in their office about our sliding door issues. The woman I spoke with provided a detailed cost estimate and scheduled my service. The email and text reminders were very helpful. Manuel and his teammate arrived on time and got right to work. Both gentlemen did a thorough job explaining the situation and what they recommended - the service I actually needed was at a significant cost savings compared to the services I had quoted.
They could have just as easily replaced all the pieces and charged what I expected to pay and I wouldn't have known any different. They were respectful of my home and I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you all!

Alex's Sliding Glass Door was recommended by our maintenance team. RODNEY was punctual and through. He was professional and explained every aspect of the repair and how to maintain the door. One of the 1st times in the past 2 yrs, that a serviceman spent 100% of his time doing his job and not taking personal calls. I highly recommend asking for him! Kudos to the office for reviewing the work and pricing. She listened and explained what service was best.

I received excellent service from Alex's for the repair of my glass sliding door. The technicians arrived during the appointment window with all of the parts needed to complete the job. They completed the work quickly and cleaned up afterward. My glass sliding door now operates better than when it was new. I would definitely ask Alex's for help with my next door or window repair.

Alex's sliding doors crew came in and were very honest and know what they are doing. They saw the issue and explained exactly what the problem was and repaired the door saving me thousands of dollars. They also performed a maintenance to the track and sprayed a lubricant to ensure the door slides easily. Before the repair you had to really pull to open the door and now I used 3 fingers with ease. They paid close attention to the locking mechanism on the door and made adjustments for my security. Hands down the best in town.

It was taking a lot of effort to open and close our sliding glass doors. We tried various do it yourself methods to fix the problem but to no avail. So, we set up appointment with Alex's Sliding Glass Door Repair. Price was reasonable. Jared and Shawn were personable, polite and professional. It is great to have our sliders actually gliding quietly and easily. Highly recommend!
