Just got cussed out by the service repair technician, and he left my machine disassembled. Edit: 6/22/22 Found out today from the technicians at hart ac that if it had rained my unit would have been toasted due to the negligence of Royal AC. I will be making a complaint with the better business bureau as well. Also, as if not to add insult to injury, the front desk girl told me on multiple accounts that a manager would call me but never would.

We called back 6 different times to resolve the issue with them, and all they did was send a fake diagnosis to our home warranty company instead of calling us back. Do not trust this shady company.

Today Royal AC& Heating came out to my home, Francisco was VERY thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing, why, and he patiently answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable and when he arrived there was a problem from the referring warranty company he solved it then and there and didn't just say sorry call again. HE was able to resolve the problem and continued to do the job we needed! So responsible. So rare these days.

Royal AC and Heating Made my diagnosis and repair in one visit. My AC went out in MARCH I had another (previous company EMS HVAC) company and after 4 visits they couldn't get the diagnostic or repair correct! Thanks for the great service! I am a very Happy Customer! I Highly Recommend ROYAL AC!

Can only schedule a day. Could not even break appointment time to morning or afternoon. Cannot talk to a real person at the phone number I was provided. Basically texted me indicating that if I did not like that I could go somewhere else.

This company was hired through our home warranty. They replaced out AC unit and coils. Shortly after the unit flooded my house. They came and accessed the damage and attempted to fix the unit. They have been at my home a total of 6 times and the unit is still not working properly. The massive leak was caused by an either an incorrect installation or faulty equipment.

They have refused to replace the damaged unit and my damaged floor/walls. When I reached out through BBB the owner lied and said that they never even knew about the leak. I have video evidence proving other wise including their technician working on the unit WHILE it was leaking. I'm now pursuing legal action because the leak caused electrical damage to my heater and is a huge fire hazard! I have never posted a complaint before but this is byfar the worst company I have ever used.

The company and technician were fantastic! We had a technician come out within 24 hours of calling. The Royal AC technician diagnosed and fixed the problem (that another company had previously missed and we had been waiting on for 2 weeks, with no AC) within 24 hours! He was friendly, efficient, very knowledgeable and trustworthy! I will recommend them to everyone!

We lost our AC condenser on a Friday afternoon during 100 degree heat. A couple hours later it was over 90 degrees in our home. We called our warranty company, who reached out to Royal Air, telling them we had an AC emergency. Royal Air did not seem to care at all about our AC emergency. The person that reached out by text (not by phone, like we were told they'd do), was very short and rude.

They said they could send someone out Monday between 10am-5pm (3 days later and during a 7 hour time-window.) I ended up fixing the problem myself. I spent twice as much on parts as I would've using Royal Air through my warranty company, and to me, it was worth it to not have to wait an entire weekend for them to care enough to send someone out to our home. I would not recommend using this company if you have any kind of emergency, and/or care about being treated with a shred of compassion about your situation.

I didn't have any serious air conditioning issues. The Tech Ayman that handled the service call was professional, prompt, and honest. The unit just needed topped off with Freon. So, I would give him 5 stars for that.

TL;DR: I never got the Freon that I paid for Original review: This company is a SCAM! STAY AWAY! They came to my house to repair both the upstairs and down stairs ac units. They claimed to wash the system, coils, and that he had put in Freon into both systems. This man did not see the upstairs ac unit, he only looked at the thermostat. Nor did he look at the outdoor units.

Thank god for security cameras! We have submitted a claim with company only to be told that this company never works with home choice warranty however we have proof and confirmation that they do. I will attempting to attach my invoice. Updated review: The company has reached out promptly and in a timely manner however, we have on our camera that the technician did not put Freon in the machine.

I wish no ill will upon the people who are employed here who do their job honestly. I am frustrated. While still I wouldn't recommend this company, I apologize for calling Royal Ac a scam. The main issue wasn't that the unit wasn't working properly after they left (they got the unit up n running, however it wasn't running properly), the issue is that they tacked on extra service with out following through.

While we did authorize the Freon to be put in, they never put in the Freon. Also notice that in the response of the owner, he completely omits the Freon portion. (I'm just frustrated that I didn't receive all the services that I paid for) If I didn't have such a negative experience, I would recommend this company for ONLY maintenance and not repairs.

Francisco is a pro. He was very reassuring with his diagnostics and I really appreciated his personality and demeanor. Royal has always been great to us. Complete jokers! came to my house water dripping through ceiling. the main drain line is plugged. they report that secondary drain line is not installed. What does that have to do with primary being plugged. I am black listing you from servicing my properties!

On Saturday 4/10/2 "Royal AC and Heating" came to my home to fix the AC unit. The technician stayed a total of 10mins, he switched out a part on the outside unit and said he was finished. I asked is that it? Is it working? He gave me a cocky yes and left. He didn't fix the AC at all, I had to get another company out to my home later that day, and their technician did an amazing job.

The problem was up in the attic with the unit having a fried mother board. The Royal AC and Heating guy didn't even walk into the house, much less go up in the attic, like i said he only stayed 10mins and left. Bullshit company with Bullshit technicians.

4 stars because they cancelled the day prior with the technician being 10 min away from my house (on a cold day with a wonky heater and 2 kids in the house - after having adjusted my schedule accordingly). The tech was cordial, explained what was wrong. Have read the other reviews, but no complaints here other than being rescheduled.

I have called out these guys numerous times and they have done excellent service every time for the past five years that I have known them. The owner Sammy is a really nice guy and care about all his customers. They work with a lot of home warranty companies and unfortunately the practical reality is that sometimes claims are not covered by the home warranty and customers take it out on the HVAC technicians. This is why some HVAC companies don't even work with home warranties. I definitely recommend these guys.

Good morning, My home was serviced on 8/21/20. However, the technician, Ramsi did not have the insulation on hand and was supposed to return on 8/24/20. Ramsi also suggested a new pan and switch for our HVAC system, but we did want to do it at this time. The invoice I received ONLY listed the pan and switch for $500. Upon calling the office on 8/24/20 due to not receiving a confirmation of service for the insulation on the condensation line I had to call the office.

The office stated that they have not confirmed the service for 8/24/20 due to the fact we have yet to pay $175 for the insulation. The insulation is fully covered by our home warranty, First American and I explained this many times and also had this confirmed with Ramsi via in person and via text messaging. The office said someone would return my call in regards to the insulation.

First American has made several attempts to reach out for the service report and has received no reply as of 8/26/20. First American has also confirmed with me that the insulation is covered. A prompt reply to rectify this situation is needed asap! The phone number listed for your business is not allowing First American or I to call the office as it is only giving an automated message.

I've had this company out twice. First time, it seemed like the guy knew what he was doing. Diagnosed as a tripped breaker and put in freon. Worked for about 3 weeks. Second, time a different technician came out said compressor was fine this time, but coil needed replacing. Each time sent out by Home Warranty company. Even under warranty, they said $1,200 worth of parts weren't under warranty, so I asked Home Warranty to send out another company for a second opinion.

The did and the other company said that the system had been overcharged with freon. He released the freon and it's been working fine ever since. I don't necessarily blame the first tech for overcharging the system, but I do blame the second tech for trying to cheat me out of $1,200! I reported this situation to Home Warranty.

The technician arrived an half an hour early and figured out what the problem was within 30 seconds, great service and they were able to schedule my appointment even though there wasn't an opening available until the weekend they managed to squeeze me in!

We were assigned Royal Air and Heating by our home warranty. They were the earliest available appt, and we have had them service us before. For some reason they seem to be available when others are not. Our first encounter we waited and they said they came and nobody was home. We were home, and they did not call either. Had to reschedule. Another episode, they came and the guy had no idea what he was doing and we ended up having a second company complete the job.

Today is the kicker- told 9-2 appt window. Called at 2 after no show. We don't go to your area except 1-8. 2 appts ahead of you at this time. Ridiculous. Can't waive fees or any compensation. Just have to wait. Oh, but we can give you another appt tomorrow if you like!

We have been waiting for 2 weeks for this company to install our new AC compressor. 2 weeks in 90+ degree weather in the middle of summer. We have been needing to stay elsewhere during this ordeal. That being said, we were told that the part we needed would take 2 days to be delivered and installed, we waited Saturday-Wednesday and were never contacted. Finally, we got ahold of someone who told us that the part was delayed until the following Monday.

Well that is today and we have been hung up on 3 times so far and our home warranty company hasn't been able to get ahold of them for over 2 hours while we try to find out what is happening. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed in the lack of dependable service provided by this company. I'd be happy to alter this review and add more stars if ANYONE WOULD TELL US WHAT IS GOING ON. As for now, one star is the lowest available option. Update: SAM is awful and has an attitude. This company is horrible and I advise anyone to stay as far away as possible.

This is the most dishonest and shady company I have ever dealt with. The tech literally charged us $425, then went back to "check" on something in the attic, collected the CASH and left. Before leaving he informed me that if anything else went wrong like the circuit board, it would be covered by the home warranty. He told me it was a $600 repair. Well, isn't it funny that right after he left the heat stopped working again. Coincidence.

I think not. Needless to say they didn't get anymore of our money. We called Christmas Heating and Air, an honest family owned business. I suggest you not waste your time with these crooks.

Read the other reviews, when the AC is out literally every day counts. Just been through the ringers with these liars, hard-working men and women, please don't give your money to this joke of a business. Do your own research and read the other horror stories. This is a prime example of when a family business FAILS. Rude phone people, they know you need them so they act especially rude! Took 4 weeks to get a job done, lied straight to my face while smiling (I went and got a 2nd opinion and my wife and I were livid when we found out they lied to us in our own home, while smiling and knowing there is an elderly person living there without AC) They misrepresented the amount of time it would take, they rescheduled the appointment multiple times, they said they would arrive anytime from 1 - 6 PM, they showed up after 7:40 PM.

Just don't. Call A1 Air or any other guys on here with better reviews. We are not here to attack anyone, we just want others to not have to make the mistake we did and suffer in this Texas heat UNNECESSARILY.

The driver of the company van drives like an idiot and is rude to home owners when confronted about the unsafe driving. He has no regard for the safety of others. I don't know if the technician/driver is the owner of the company or not. Regardless, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible company. The technician was great but the supervisor/owner was more worried about selling us "Brand New" units than he was about customer service. He told us that our furnace upstairs was burning too hot and if we did not replace it our house would burn down?! Come to find out the video was NOT our furnace, he showed a video of SOMEONE ELSE'S FURNACE and tried to say it was ours.

The girl who answered the phone and made appointments was so unbelievable rude! I'm shocked this place is in business and that First American continues to use them. It's awful! Please do NOT use them.

My husband contacted this company to come out and check out heating and AC. We purchased a new house and our AC was acting weird and the upstairs heater wouldn't work. With the crazy up and down TX fall weather, we needed both to work! The guys gave us a call when they were 30 minutes out. Two tech's showed up to the house. I pointed them in the direction of everything and let them do their thing.

One came and asked me for a towel so that he could put it on the floor and avoid scraping the hard wood floor. THAT impressed me! The fact that he had the respect for my home to try to avoid causing any damage even if minuscule. The two workers (one was named Abdule I think) that came out were SO kind and by far the most articulate handy men I've ever come into contact with!

I know nothing about heating and AC so they broke everything down for me so i could easily understand. I would definitely recommend this company. I am incredibly impressed with their timeliness, manners, and quick work ethic. I will definitely be using them again for any AC and heating issues.

I would really give this company zero stars but I have to give them one to write this review. Please do not use this company. They installed a whole new a/c system and less than two months it's not cooling properly anymore. They refused to honor any work warranty and put it all back on home warranty. To add insult to injury, the person I spoke to over the phone was very rude and disrespectful.

Please seek a/c serviced somewhere else and save yourself the headache. In response to Sammy, the business' comment, if it would have truly been said that way, I wouldn't have wasted my time writing this review. You pretty much said it wasn't your problem because it was either 45 or 90 days warranty. We paid out of pocket nearly 900.00.

Your approach of handling the issue was horrible. The person over the phone was tactless and spoke in a very demeaning manner to me. And no it won't be your company that the home warranty will be sending out because they no longer work with you, thank goodness for that.

Technicians were dressed professionally and very honest work. Came on time in the time frame given to me. I would highly recommend this company to family & Friends. Very nice technicians and company secretary helped to schedule appointment the same day i called, other companies would have me wait 3-5 days before coming out.
