Three Houk employees showed up at 9:30 am (scheduled time), answered all my questions and the total job was completed by 4:45 pm. They cleaned up every thing and hauled away old units. Super job! And, they were $500 below my other bid.

Our heating and air conditioning system was replaced by Houk 10 years ago. They corrected the shortcuts the builder took and made sure the system was matched to our house and lifestyle. Houk put in a 19SER way back in 2006. In conjunction with vinyl windows and a 10KW solar panel system (40 panels), we had zero ($00.00) electric bill last year.

Not good! Our aunt has been paying close to 500 a year for service protection on her house ac. We have a leak, called for service call, which is a different call than the winter maintenance check that she also pays for dearly!
