Construction
Report
RPI is equipped to handle a wide range of jobs - from minor bathroom repairs to total reconstruction of large apartment complexes. We also provide disaster recovery shoring and restoring services anywhere in the San Fransisco bay area. We have completed more than 300 water and fire damage restoration projects each year, so we are skilled at working in the most sensitive environments.
Fire
Report
The nature of a fire creates special problems worthy of comprehensive treatment. Fire losses must be handled with special care since many types of materials can fuel a fire, causing soot fallout and smoke damage; also because large amounts of water are required to extinguish the blaze, thus introducing concerns of corrosion and mold and mildew growth.
Water
Report
When disaster strikes, delay in response time can cost thousands of dollars in loss of inventory, property and additional living expenses. Without quick and skilled restoration services, water damaged items become non-salvageable, costing you thousands of dollars in replacement costs. Ryan Peacock, Inc. can cut your replacement costs by up to 70%.

I used RPI for water leak & Mold restoration in end of April, 2022. And by my HOA manager's recommendation, I identified Tristan Moerman as my Project Manager ( who's very fast responding my text.) Without Tristan's very detailed quotes, my neighbor's insurance company wouldn't even respond to me. It takes total 3 weeks to get my toilet fixed due to busy season. Now I feel like I have a brand new master bedroom & toilet. I put a lock box outside my unit for RPI team to do the restoration. They did a wonderful job.

We engaged RPI Inc on a large scale restoration of our house after water damage for two reasons - they seemed to have an eye for quality and they could work at the same level of detail as the insurance company. From a work perspective, people have not turned up as expected and jobs did not get started as promised. And when the workers did turn up we got fed up with their cigarette butts and half eaten food being left all over the place.
As time drifted on we started to do some of the work ourselves since we want to get back in the house. And even though we did these activities Ryan insists that he still gets paid for the work. We started to get requests for draws that included numerous items that had not been started. To this day we remain in dispute over this with Ryan insisting that we should pay for work that he has not started or has not finished.
In short our experience has been a nightmare that has made the whole incident even worse than it already was. Steer clear and use the Insurance Company preferred vendor since that will at least get you some leverage. These people are cowboys.
