We needed a mold remediation company in a hurry. We started a job and found an underlying mold problem. We contacted several companies but none were willing to fit us into their schedule. Not only did 911 Remediation fit us in quickly for the estimate, but they also handled handled the remediation quickly and efficiently. When the job was complete, the absence of mold was confirmed by an independent test company. We were able to move along with completing our job and have a happy client. Tomer and his team did an excellent job on the restoration of our bathroom and surrounding areas after a water leak. I was particularly impressed by Tomer's frequent updates. Even when he wasn't on site, he was extremely responsive to any questions and communicated status updates to us frequently. The quality of the work was excellent. I am very picky and Tomer made sure I was completely satisfied that everything had been restored perfectly. If we ever need restoration help again I would immediately call 911 Restoration.

This company was amazing in all ways! Our washing machine leaked into our downstairs neighbor's unit. They remediated both of our units, worked with both of our insurances, and did a fantastic job all around. The manager, Daniel, was responsive and knowledgeable, and the crew was reliable and efficient. Their office staff took care of all of our claims and questions.

First time home owner here and moved into a place a month ago. 3 weeks living there and we found that there was. lets call them "plumbing problems" left over from the fine folks at the building company. Roee and his team were there to answer questions from the first moment I called them, all the way through to yesterday when he did his final inspection to make sure everything was done correctly.

I never thought my house could suffer from water damage. As it turns out, we had this leak in our property and it was sitting for more than a month already. We had the terrible experience of going downstairs one day and finding a swamp of water damage, which we later found out was from blocked pipes under our house. There were mold problems and needless to say, we were freaked out. We called 911 Remediation and Terry and his team of Reggie, Nick and crew really took great care of us. They communicated great, were extremely cordial, and just provided great service and support for us in a difficult time. I recommend them highly. I hope never to need their service again, but will certainly call them if we do!

Very happy with the responsiveness and service provided. We discovered a pool of water under our house from a leaky drain pipe. 911 checked it out, provided a price, and got to work within 24 hours. It was a tough job requiring access through our master bedroom, but they worked cleanly and efficiently, and had the project done in two days. I hope we never need this kind of work again, but if we do, we'll call 911 Remediation first!

Incredible service from start to finish! our downstairs flooded due to a malfunctioning washing machine. My roof was leaking due to recent rain. My tenant called me, to inform that he is seeing wet spot in the bedroom's ceiling. I called Clear Way Restoration, and team showed up the same day. I recommend these guys, because the way they serve me helped me to save money! The inspector, Don said that we called on time, and dry out will take 3 days, with no demolition of the ceiling.
I was about to involve the insurance, but the charge was really fair. The roof leaked because of clogged gutter, and the technicians clean it for free. When you are far away from your property, there is nothing better than company you can trust.
