We had a concern about mold in our basement and a very tight timeline with long-term guests coming within a week. Not only did Didi make sure to get the work done on our schedule, but when another area was discovered mid-job that needed remediation, he stayed late to get it done THAT DAY so we wouldn't have to move our guests. Big relief in an overall totally stressful situation.

We had very good experience with SJ Restoration. After long weekend, we came back home and found that our washing machine had small leak which damaged large area, and black mold were showing on the wall. I want to commend Don for his thoroughness and great coordination to get this job done. He's been so patient and consistent with communication and keeping update on the progress of the job. This remediation job is a really big deal to me and cause me a lot of stress (financially and physically) but thanks to Don he helped lessen some of the stress.
