I contacted them to do basic maintenance. I had to keep texting to confirm they would arrive. They did first week, then wouldn't update, text, show up, or communicate. No idea what went wrong other than they cannot manage their time. No excuse, pay attention to your customers. Definitely not recommend unless you want to be their supervisor.

Jessie cares about more than just the pool, he cares about his customers, , which can't be said for the corporate companies. Pool looks AMAZING, it went from swamp to crystal clear in just 4 days. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable & a nice guy to boot. I can't recommend South Austin Pool Cleaning enough. Seriously, great experience!
