I just wanted to take a minute and give a shout out to John, Jeanette and the team at Pristine Pools! We've had them as our pool service provider for the past 5 years and they are absolutely awesome! I highly recommend them. They are locally-owned, provide full-service for your pool needs, and they actually CARE! I will echo what Kimberly's said in her review below.

During the Feb '21 TX freeze, John also called & Facetimed with me walking me through exactly what I needed to do to save our pool pipes and spa heater as the storm was in full-effect, power gone and the entire area incapacitated! This saved us a TON of $$ on parts and repairs for sure! They could've easily NOT made the effort! I can't recommend them more - awesome people and company. We highly recommend this locally-owned full-service pool service company. Jeanette and John are amazing and truly care about their clients. During the recent Feb 2021 Austin/Texas blizzard, John called/Facetimed with us personally to walk through the steps to protect our pool equipment from being a complete loss given we lost power for five days. They worked long hours sourcing and ordering replacement parts ahead of the rush so that we had minimal downtime. On top of this, the weekly service is exceptional and his crew is friendly and knowlegable. It is clear that they treat their employees very well. Thanks Pristine Pools!

Excellent! We got a new pool last year and have been using them since. We have an "annoying area" of our pool that collects a lot of dirt, especially during swim season. I was super particular about it. They met my expectations and used the vacuum and every time they come the young man is sure to clean the whole pool very well and that area in particular extremely well. We couldn't be happier with their services! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a family owned business in Austin!

We love our "Pool Guys" at Pristine Pools! They always do a great job making sure our pools is nice every week and when the algae get out of control we always know we can count on Pristine Pools to helps us out. We also got married a few years ago next to our pool and they made it picture perfect and looking back at pictures our pool was beautiful and sparkling! They are worth every penny we spend! I just moved to the Austin area and looked into pool cleaners and we found Pristine Pools. Eric was very informative and nice, and had a technician out to our house within a half hour. The technician was at my house for around 25 to thirty minutes. He provided me with a very detailed breakdown of our pool and equipment. I can already see a big difference in the cleanliness of the pool.

I explained to the Pristine Pools' representative what my previous pool service was able to do and how they gave me lip service. I wanted certain things done and Pristine Pools was able to make me very happy very quickly. Not only are they cheaper than the previous company but actually do what they say they will do it without me having to call them.
