We have used Hill Country Pools for our maintenance for the past 6 years since we bought our residence. I love that I can send in email requests for service. I work all the hours they are open so this creates a quick and easy way for me to reach out when I need to. They are always quick to respond and to send out a tech, and they do a wonderful job of fixing and maintaining my equipment as needed.

No one is required to be home, and they always leave a note on the door to inform us if the service is complete, needing a part ordered, or incomplete for another reason. All in all, a wonderful and hassle free company. 10/10 would recommend.

I asked for three things: Figure out why pool is losing water. Fix the polaris so it's covering entire pool, not getting stuck in the corner. Get the water quality clear. They left me with a big bill, a dirty leaking pool & a polaris that was still not efficient. Plus I was charged for chemicals even though they used mine! Avoid this business!

Customer service has always been rude and unaccommodating but this last episode takes that cake. We called to reduce our service visits to once a month and the tech relayed to the office that we were cancelling our service altogether.

Hill Country Pools is second to none. Sal has fixed our problems-old pool syndrome- with great success. I appreciate the detailed notes left behind by the regular pool cleaner. Appreciate that our dogs have never been let out too. HCP has been around for a long time and there is a reason for that. They are good. They are honest.

Both Jorge and Chris, the pool techs we've had, have been extremely hard-working, conscientious, professional and polite.
