I had an electrical emergency. I accidentally overloaded a circuit breaker by turning on a space heater and a electric fireplace. I could not get my power back on. I called my service provider that I have a comfort plan with them and they could not help me. I called Craven Electrical Services and they pulled a crew off another job to help me. The gentleman diagnosed and fix the problem in less than 2 hours.

From this day forward Craven Electrical Services will have my business and I will recommend them to family and friends. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! Please give them a try. I highly recommend them!

We hired them to replace/upgrade our panel box from a 150A to a 200A house. They completed the job, but the initial technicians mislabeled 2 breakers. One of which was our WH, which prompted us to believe that the WH went out. When this was brought up after the fact, they did not fully accept responsibility for that mishap. The total cost was $3,974.

They refused to take off the difference of the WH. Moreover, this company Does Not do payment plans! We did not know this until after we received the bill. We tried to suggest a payment of 3 installments and the owner declined. They did do a half now, half later, but that was their only compromise. Positives, the quality of work is good and the technicians are on time.

I couldn't be more happier with the over all service, professionalism, and willingness to work around my schedule! They installed power to my stations at my salon! These guys are the best around!

Our attic exhaust fan went out yesterday morning (Saturday) and by noon the house temps was rising even with both ACs working hard. I called Craven Electrical to see if they could help.the rep said they could but it's the weekend and the cost would be slightly higher than the weekday rate. I told him that we didn't to put any additional workload on the ACs than need to be and he said he would send out one of his contractors to have a look later in the afternoon. Blaine came out and did the assessment on the attic fan and told me what needed to be done for replacement and approximate cost for labor plus he would have to return in the morning with a helper and the new fan.

They were at our house early Sunday morning and did a great job of replacing the unit and the price was very reasonable for a weekend short notice request. Great job for the folks at Craven. Highly recommend them. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Came home one evening to a burning smell and my water heater breaker had tripped. The following morning I called Craven Electrical first thing, and was very pleased from start to finish. Not having hot water wasn't ideal so I was hoping for a fast response and they came through for me. After diagnosing the issue and fixing it, I was given a fair price for the repairs. I called Craven and a crew came out the next day. Not only did the team make everything right, they were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The gentleman who came to my house fixed some issues on the spot at a great price and performed all the work I needed at a great price as well.
