Ace Electric

On 6/5 my home warranty assigned me to Ace. On 6/6 I called and attempted to schedule an appointment. Catherine informed me that they didn't have anything available until next week! Due to not having any power in a room in my home, Catherine made a few calls to see if anyone could come to my Home that day. Jake came out within a few hours and found the issue within 20 min. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Ace saved me in a pinch. We lost power in two rooms in our house. On a Friday before hosting an event. They came out within an hour of me calling and fixed it quickly. Really professional and great team. Jake and Austin were lifesavers. Services:General repairs, Electrical fuse changing

Katherine and AJ were literally life savers. The power went out in our 90 year old mother in law's room so I called my home warranty company with an emergency request. They referred me to Ace but they were booked solid for a week. After speaking with Katherine several times her concern and compassion became very apparent. She was going to do whatever it took to get the job done!

She even called the warranty company on our behalf to make sure we were taken care of. In the end AJ a technician, who was very professional and nice, came out and promptly fixed our problem. Hi I experienced a power outage issue at my house due to a mobile heater connected to power outlet. I Called Ace electrical for the service. Mr Brain service manager came for to take a look at it, he was very attentive to the details what i was explaining him and polite.then he schedule me with a technician Asif Ajani who was also very nice, being professional and expert about what he was doing, so i definitely recommend Ace electrical co for the service you need.

I called Ace Electric Sunday night because I didn't have hot water, Monday morning Ms. Catherine called me back. Even with already having a full schedule for their Techs, Ms. Catherine was able to send Mr. Oswaldo out the same day to resolve my electrical issue. Ms. Catherine and Mr. Oswaldo were very professional, helpful, and did an outstanding job to make sure I had hot water again. I will most definitely use Ace Electric services again.

I was selling my house and needed a minor electrical repair completed by an electrician to satisfy the buyer. After reading the excellent reviews, i decided to go with Ace and it was the best decision I could have made. Catherine was polite, efficient and had me scheduled in minutes. The technician AJ was prompt and professional and I was done in and 25 minutes.

I had called some other places with either poor customer service or no call back but these guys made me feel like I was their TOP priority although my repair was very trivial. If I weren't moving out of the area, I would be a customer for life. However, I will refer anyone in Richmond to use them for all their electrical repair needs.

Had a truly great experience with this company from start to finish. I had some tree limbs knock down the power line running to my house due to ice storms. Dominion Power would not reattach the brackets directly to my home for liability reasons which left a sagging live power line hanging too low in my backyard where kids play. I contacted Ace and they were very responsive to my call.

They sent someone out the very same day to survey the situation (it was tricky because of the way the power line was draped over several large trees). Ace was able to reconnect everything perfectly and the electrician they sent out, Jake, knew exactly what he was doing. Catherine in the office who took my call and scheduled the work was also very professional and courteous and followed up with me to ensure everything had been done right. I will absolutely contact them again for any of my future electrical needs based on how quickly and professionally they handled my issue.
