The Rep Cold called me, (Christine) she offered AC & Heating maintenance at $69 if I would book nxt day I would get $10 off. I told her I work 12hr days and asked ifI could get the discount on my following day off. She promised to ask mgnt & call bk. She never called bk on on the Appt. day scheduled I wasn't anticipating a Rep to come to the home because nobody called back, no call before the appt and we had Unfinished business.
A tech came to the house Outside of the window of time Again No communication before & I told him I wasn't sure if we had a c/f app. I also indicated if he called office & let them know of Customers concerns, I would Still be willing at Discounted price. I was DENIED. I told the tech I'd pass on the service because it was Unprofessionally handled.
I didn't like Poor Communication or No communication. I was told the Owner was Joe and I called to ask for him but he lives out of State. I told the lady in the office I wasn't pleased & why didn't She handle the situation before tech lft the premises. Anyway Never got any offer to return at discounted rate or any customer satisfaction. I only hope owner reads this review

Kaleb came by to do a check up on my HVAC as part of my yearly membership. He is friendly and courteous. I appreciate that the technicians take pictures and show me what is happening in the attic. They also ask for brooms to clean up after themselves since a little debris falls on the floor when they head up to the attic. I only removed one star for tardiness, which I think has more to do with how the company schedules and dispatches its workers, so it isn't Kaleb's fault.
My appointment window was 1-5:00. I sat at home all afternoon (and even called to check at 4:30). At 5:15 Kaleb arrived. His service lasted until 7:50. My AC was installed last year by Your Air and is running well. It just needs some cleaning and I want to install a new return grill. All in all, the service is good, and the products are good. The timing needs work.

Kaleb was a really nice guy. I am not the customer, it's actually my girlfriend who couldn't leave a 2nd review. The only issue is the time it took to finish. Kaleb came here from the SW side to the near Spring area. He took it upon himself to come here first, so that part, I felt was good cust service. However, the scheduling could've been better.
He had to come by, then go get the grill for the vent. I understand why he had to, but he shpudlhave been scheduled for a job on the sw side, then north. The window was 1-4, so traffic got him here at 4:05. Scheduling employees better would get a 5star for sure. Kaleb was great though.

I spent about $15K to have two units replaced. About three years later one of the units failed but was still under warranty. I called to have them come out and look at it and they told me to call someone else because they were to busy. Really makes me regret spending the amount of money I spent with them. Strongly recommend not to use them if you expect any service after the sale.

I Have been a contracted customer with "Your Air" since you took over from Pheasant Valley, whom I was with since 2006, I have a issue with my A/C, I called to get a technician out to fix it, (simple fix) to be told that I cannot get anyone to look at my system until next week? What am I paying my club care membership for, to be told to look for another company? This is extremely poor business sense.

For other clients looking for service: We called "Your Air" for the reasons to get our AC fixed, not for the purpose of going to court. This is an honest customer that is upset with the job that was done. Very unsatisfied. They charged us $670 here's the full story: I live a couple blocks down and our bottom unit was not working. 5-20-20 Unprofessional workers came to our home. Had to come back cause unit was frozen and needed to de thaw to correctly diagnose 5-21-20 2nd day the workers went back and forth on "who knows more" on diagnostic. 5-23-20 Colleen sent out a "professional electrician" came out the 3rd day. (More details below) (2-3 days after service) Did not fix the problem because unit still turns on and off.
Like I said now I have to go out of my way and spent more money for some one to come out. Keep in mind I work night shift as an RN so it was a very frustrating business to work with. AC was turning on and off every 5 minutes. We did call to inform them immediately once we noticed and we were told we have to pay for another diagnosis. In response to the managers threat to take us to court based on our review: We have 3 invoices for each day that technicians came to our house and they all have different solutions and different diagnostics for us to fix.
The solutions and diagnostics hand written on here were all inconsistent to what was essential done. If this is what you call good service it really was just A QUICK FIX -which only 30 days. The manager was aware about our frustration the second day, after the 2 techs were there all day and didn't fix anything. And the manager apologized and said he was going to send a professional electrician and that he was going to take care of our problems. 3rd day 5-23-29 The final technician that came (Medina) assured us that what he did was going to last about 1 year to 1 year and a half, When in fact that only last us 30 days.
So at the end of the day it makes us question and wonder if the $670 was even used to fix anything. So you tell me what did y'all fix with the $670? I've been loyal customer for several years. Great service, professional and courteous support. Special thanks to field technician James and manager Eric for after hour work. James took his time after business hours to follow up the work he completed and make sure my unit was in good condition. It gave me a piece of mind that my family was in trust worthy company and their employees that cares. Much gratitude and appreciation for all the support. Thank you James!

I originally called this company because its not far from my home. The issue I was having is the furnace was not heating properly. The repair guy came over, checked the system out and said that the filter was dirty and changing the filter will fix the issue. Along with changing the filter he gave me estimates of other things that might need service.
The prices on the quote was really high for the work he was quoting me. ( I'm an engineer and looked up the price of the parts myself. Example: overflow pan-they tried to charge me 400$ when if you order it from amazon its 110$. ) After I changed the filter, I was still having the same issue with the heat turning on intermittently. I called the company and they sent the same repair guy.
This time he said the heat sensor is going out. Originally, I said cool lets get it replaced. The guy wrote me the quote for 300$. I had to pay half now and half later. Then he was trying to sell me a CCM like a membership for 200$ to save 60$ on this current repair. ( if I get the membership to save on this repair it would have been 500$ for a sensor) I didn't like that for reason 1.
A sensor should not be that expensive its a sensor. 2. Why would I pay you 200$ to save 60$ now and a percentage on future repairs for one year? Thats Dumb, how often do you have to repair an ac/heating unit? I explained to the repair guy that I thought this was too much and I will research this part. So when the guy left I did my research and the OEM sensor was only 10.86$ on amazon. So please do your research before paying companies outrageous mark up fees. Needless to say I will never use this company again. They are a rip off.

We called Your Air due to our A/C not working. We were told that the unit was frozen and due to this they were unable to do anything on Saturday April 6, 2019. They were paid for the consult. On Monday April 8, 2019 they replaced the blower wheel motor and installed 5 lbs of R22, and replaced a time delay switch. This took 2 days to get done which we were told it would take one day.
We were charged over 14 hundred dollars after we complained of the pricey invoice which we paid in full. We though the A/C was fixed. Nope.we called them again and told them that the A/C wasn't working. On April 30, 2019 another tech came out and stated that the system was low on R22 because it has a major refrigerant leak in the condenser coil and it was unrepairable. REALLY! Are you serious!
The technician stated that he would get with the owner in regards of a refund since the major leak was obvious per the lbs of R22 that was installed in my unit. I called a different A/C company and they repaired the major leak on the condenser coil of my a/c. This repair was done within the hour. We called the owner of Your Air Joe Cunningham and explained to him that they should have known that the unit had a major leak since they installed 5 lbs of R22.
He stated that he will get back to us since he had to speak with the technician. I reminded him of the refund, which he then repeated I will get back to you. We have yet have to hear from the owner, and we still did not receive any type of refund.

This summer, I bought another home in Houston. One week later, the air conditioning unit died. Juan brought me a window unit at no charge, just to survive. Juan stopped by several times to make sure all was good. Juan was fantastic! Lee did a great job installing the new system. The woman that answered the phone originally (Colleen?) said the calvary was on its way to help, and she was right! She was sweet. I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is outstanding.

Long-time customer with NO complaints about their service until recent furnace service call. Was charged $300+ for a furnace flame sensor that costs $20 (matched P/Ns to confirm). I'm happy to pay premiums on parts for quality/reputable service but markup of that magnitude is preposterous. It's a shame, given past quality experiences I have had with this outfit but I'll be looking elsewhere for HVAC maintenance.

I was introduced to Your Air via CenterPoint Energy's FREE cool-saver a/c tune up. My husband does not trust a/c technicians and I admit, I was very skeptical. Your Air truly exceeded all my expectations and restored our faith in a/c technicians. The guy (I apologize I can't remember his name), was very thorough and HONEST! He showed me pictures of everything in my attic and what needed to be done. Didn't try to push things on us that we didn't need. I will be calling Your Air to upgrade my system when we're ready. Highly recommended.

I recently had Michael D. with Your Air Conditioning Company do an AC Tune-up through the "Cool Saver" program being offered by CenterPoint Energy. Mind you, this is a FREE service, and to be honest, I was a little leery about what I was really going to get considering I wasn't actually paying for the service. However, I have to say that I was very impressed by Michael's attention to detail and overall knowledge.
He was super friendly and helpful and ended up spending a couple of hours at my house working on the maintenance -- far longer than I expected. My AC will, unfortunately, have to be replaced in the near future (because it's very old -- 14+ years -- and Michael informed me it has a small leak) and while I'm sure he could've given me a long list of repairs or updates to be made, instead he advised me to save my money now and prepare myself for a replacement system in the next year or two. Needless to say, I appreciated his honesty and integrity and will highly consider this company when the time comes to replace my AC unit.

We found out that our air conditioning unit had gone out on a Friday evening after hours in July. The team at Your Air Conditioning Service was phenomenal. The office consultant was knowledgeable and advised us into a short-term solution and they had a technician to us within an hour. The technician (Clint) did a wonderful job of trouble-shooting and fixing our problem.
He also walked us through general maintenance for the unit. My wife and I were very worried what the bottom line price was going to be for an emergency after hours call but the bill was very reasonable. Working with this company was a great experience and they have been added to my phone contacts for any needs we have in the future.
