I could not be more impressed with Autumn Air. The first time I used them it was in some cases several weeks out to get an appointment with any repair man at every other company I had called. I was looking at Google search results again and Autumn Air was right up there at the top (usually, I don't call the 1st listed result for some reason). I decided to give them a call and the service tech was at my house 4 hours later and done in 20 minutes.

Not to mention the price was so great that I wasn't sure what to do. The second time I used their services was just as top-notch. I would recommend Autumn Air to anyone. It is a family-owned business that offers professional, friendly service. The nice woman who answers the phone and does the unimaginable scheduling is a pleasure, as well. Thanks Autumn Air!

This was a fantastic experience. Our A/C went out, and I called just after hours, and the call rolled to Joe's phone who answered immediately and took my information. Like clockwork, Luis was at my house the next day. I was terrified the solution was going to cost thousands, and instead our A/C was fixed for a fraction of what I expected and in TWENTY MINUTES! Going forward I will be using their twice-yearly air conditioner maintenance service to keep things checked and give me peace of mind! Highly recommend!

Called Autumn Air after I was quoted a repair of $2500 from A+ air conditioning. Autumn Air fixed the problem for $317! I was so happy I trusted my gut and got a second opinion. A friend recommended them and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy company to fix their A/C.

Autumn Air replaced my old HVAC system (air conditioner, furnace, coil, etc). I made the decision to do this after much consultation with them. Their proposal was comprehensive and met my needs completely. The day of the install went like clockwork. The crew arrived that morning and did the job in a very professional manner, with minimal mess and. noise.

When they left several hours later, all systems were working well. In addition, their point person, Luis, made sure I understood what was going to happen and came by after the install to review the work and answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Autumn Air to anyone who needed HVAC work.

Joe was absolutely great. On time, very professional and fixed the problem. Took time to investigate and make sure the repair was correct. We have used this company several times and are always satisfied. They are honest and do only what is necessary. Always a prompt response time, even on a weekend. Highly recommend them.

Ronnie from Autumn Air responded to my email quickly and was able to meet me in the evening to discuss my air conditioning options. The installers were at my home the next morning and by mid afternoon, I had a new unit installed and cool air blowing again. Wonderful experience, everyone was very professional and quick to satisfy the customer. On the day of service the owner came out to make sure that the new system was working correctly and that I knew how to use it. They even had someone who came out a couple of days later to verify if everything was still working correctly and if I was happy with their services. Amazing experience and wonderful company. Very quick and responsive! My A/C went out in August. They came out within 24 hours of calling, and had the best prices on needed Trane units and very quick service/installation.

Brad and Eddie at Autumn Air are the best. The crew did a wonderful job installing my Trane air conditioning system! I did a lot of searching so I had a good idea of pricing, guarantees and the different systems and their ratings by consumers. Autumn Air gave me a fair price and did a great job installing a great air conditioner.

After using Autumn Air for five yrs for multiple easy fixes on their own installation work, this will be my last time. Luis was unprofessional and laughed at me when asking for a discount since they were just here two months ago. I was charged $70 for a trip charge when Luis' fix took less than a minute to plug a wire back in. I would have appreciated a discount or an honest try in trying for one, rather he laughed and stated I would be "red flagged" for doing so and they would never return. In all, customer loyalty or customer service means nothing to this company, and I have required a few repairs on their own work. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Been using Autumn Air for years and satisfied with service. Request Luis each time as he's very professional and explains what he's checked and how both a/c and furnace are doing. Appreciate getting a senior discount or customer loyalty discount on yearly service fee.

Showed up within an hour of calling. Explained all the issues in detail. Fixed what they could that day then came out 2 days later and fixed the rest with ordered parts. Great Service!

The Autumn Air staff were great. I had a heater problem and they were very easy to deal with. The schedule was convenient and the office staff was very responsive. The technician was knowledgeable and new his stuff. Turned out my system was old and was in need of replacement. I was then given a written estimate with a fair price. Best bang for the buck!

I went with a Trane 16 seer system. The installation was smooth and done in a professional manner. The guys took all the trash with them and left my house better than when they got here. Great company all around. The company followed up a few days after the job to make sure all was good. I HIGHLY recommend Autumn Air.

Had Autumn Air out to service my air conditioning system. First, being abale to get service the same day was amazing. Second, them having the parts on their truck and being able to fix it on the spot was very surprising.

I have warranty with Autumn Air. Every time I have placed a call with them the on call administrator says that the technician will call me back in 30 minutes and the technician never calls back. I keep on calling them again and again and finally they show up only on the weekdays even if it's a weekend call.

I would never use this company. It took 4 phone calls over 5 days to even schedule an appointment. No one returns your calls. When I finally got an appointment they were supposed to call 30 minutes prior to the appointment and didn't so I told the contractor where the spare keys were hidden so we didn't incur any more delays. The contractor took the keys and refused to give them back for 3 days claiming he was too busy on other jobs. These were the only keys to our house and the office were no assistance in getting this resolved
