Use this company, you do not need to search any further! We contacted 2 other 'reputable' vendors. Ace Comfort was the most reasonably priced by far and they got us scheduled quickly. The crew arrived on time (!) and didn't baulk at the somewhat tricky installation (condo with roof and crawl space) Further - timely emails and text messages with job details, scheduling and invoices. It has been a week - no issues and our condo is an ice box. I will be recommending this company to my entire building.

ACE came out today. I bought a new NEST thermostat and I couldn't get it to work properly. It kept dying. Abraham form Ace Answered my quote within 10 min and was at my house within about an hour. Turns out my wiring (brand new home) wasn't set up correctly. There was no power to the thermostat! The tech got up in the attic and fixed everything. He even stuck around to make sure the AC unit cooled and heated properly in conjunction with the nest. AWESOME SERVICE! And they had very affordable pricing. Way less than the other yelp quotes. I wish most companies today still provided this type of service.

I am happy to give this review about the technical competency of this company, particularly Abraham, who came to attend to my request. I had a home owner warranty and called to complain that my central heating systems does not start up after a power outage from the power company. The insurance sent 2 different companies but could not fix the problem, and Ace comfort sent Abraham.
He was quick on his feet, technically sound and experienced. Ran through the issue, identified the problem and corrected it instantaneously. I recommend you ask for them when you have A/C or Heating problems or asked for them if you are getting a service request from your insurance, it will safe you some valuable time.

Our A.C. unit went out and Ace comfort sent a tech to come out right away. They were able to diagnose the problem, therefore, we needed a completely new unit. It was 90 degrees and miserable but they were able to send a crew to install it promptly. They were professional and did excellent work. I bought my first home just 1 year and 3 months ago. My air conditioner just recently went out and my home warranty company sent Ace Comfort out to see what the problem was. Abe, who I learned only later is the owner of the company, checked it out and found out that the compressor had grounded out. He explained due the age of the compressor, etc. that the unit would most likely need to be replaced.
He told me that my home warranty company was not likely to cover the issue (apparently this particular warranty company is known for not covering such an expense even though Abe said he considered it normal wear and tear). He told me he would submit the claim to my warranty company and also gave me a quote to replace the unit and said I should shop around and compare other quotes in the event the warranty company denied my claim.
He also told me he could have the new unit installed in just a few days if I decided to take that route. Lo and behold the warranty company denied the claim. Since I had absolutely no idea what was a reasonable price to replace the unit I asked a friend of the family who had done air conditioning work if it was a fair quote. He basically said that quote was excellent and that I should jump on the deal ASAP.
I called Abe back and he set-up a time for his installation people to come out within 2 days. Angel was the installer. He was timely, polite, professional and exceptionally quick with the job. Before he left he checked the system to make sure everything was working and cleaned up everything. It didn't even look like they had been there except that I had a new, clean shiny unit.
Shortly after the installers left Abe personally came to the house and re-checked everything himself. Abe patiently answered all of my questions. Again, very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Ace Comfort for your air conditioning needs!!
