Hey did an install on our brand new home, less then six months later upstair unit stopped working. okay fine things can happen. We called for service they said it is not an emergency since u have ac downstairs and scheduled us more then a week later for aervice. It is 100F outside and i told them that we can not use only downstairs they do not care, as from their perspective it is not urgent. I would suggest not use this company

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.(I really don't even want to give them one star but I had to for the sake of the review) These guys had sent two technicians to work on my wife's's air system (as I'm currently working out of town) AND THEY GOT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING DONE. FIRST they had one technician who made my wife totally uncomfortable because he was more concerned about hitting on my wife, than actually getting the air system to work.he made her so uncomfortable that she actually got my son in law to stand around to make sure that he didn't go any further with his flirtatiousness. SECONDLY.He brings help because he obviously wasn't qualified to figure out what was wrong with the air system.so he brought in another technician to help him out.

Well to make a long story short. HE KEPT SWAPPING OUT PIECES & they wound up getting someone else to come in and help them figure the problem out because the air conditioner STILL wasn't working.at that point my wife had just decided to call a different contractor to fix the problem because these guys obviously were overwhelmed by the job that they had to do. BUT That's not after paying them $1,200.00 for parts, and parts.and still having an air system that didn't work. HORRIBLE

Charged 170 for a service call in which we ended up with a next day quote that was quite expensive for a part that was under warranty. Well of course Houston is hot so no choice other than to have the work done. I must say Hector the technician who replaced the evaporator coil was very professional. Everything at this point seems to be working as it should.

Updating this review: The upstairs is always hot now and is not cooling. I am really upset as they double charged us and did not do a good job in any way. They are expensive. They charged $165 service fee for diagnosis alone + $120 labor fee plus parts. And in our case, the did a bad job. The upstairs is always hot now. Before they fiddled with it, it was cool. We had called them saying one room is too cold but now the entire upstairs is too hot.

Forrest Washburn and his team of guys did a FANTASTIC JOB! No pressure sales tricks and straight shooters. I have no problem saying with confidence that these guys were top notch. Drop clothes were layed and installation was smooth. They replaced our previous Lennox models with single stage Trane systems. They are good looking and much quieter than our 16yr old models. I checked prices as well as reliablity of installer and these guys stand by their word. Thank you for your work on our home.

Our home is a new build and AirTeam is contracted HVAC. We had a leak and called them out. They stated is was a builder issuesand we were still under warranty. I have been requesting a report for months so I can submit the issue to the warranty company as they require a detailed report. AirTeam will not provide one. They state my report is still in review and they need to speak to the builder.

I have explained on multiple occasions that in order for me to use the warranty I need a report. I have requested to speak to the manager of AirTeam but I cannot get a call back and they will not send over a report for the service I paid for. My warranty is about to run out and they know this since they are the ones that installed the system in my home. I ended up going with another company and they fixed my issue. I do not recommend AirTeam.

It has been difficult to work with them. They did an install for a new house, after move in we have had several issues. They are quick to send a tech out but most tech show up and lack the knowledgeable to help. In almost every case, tech show no sign to help. In every case, we have been told, we have to have the office call you back. We have several places in the home that overheat.

Now we have an issue in the bathroom and can't get them to take responsibility. Their answer "it is a common issue around Houston". If common, why did you not address or mention during design and install. Two weeks after reporting, we have had to chase them days after days. Still no proper call back from their supervisor.

Carlos and his associate arrived onetime, quickly diagnosed the problem with our vent hood make up air damper and completed the electrical wiring needed for the damper to function properly. They took care to respect our home cleanliness and wore face masks for the entire time they were in the house. Service: HVAC duct & vent repair

Airteam executed when the other guys dropped the ball. I bought my home about seven months ago and six weeks ago the evaporator coil in my A/C system my developed a massive freon leak. The original subcontractor who should have completed the repair under my warranty couldn't get a replacement coil and didn't know when they would get one. Airteam had one in stock and came to do the needed repair less than 48 hours after I contacted them.

While doing the repair, they went the extra mile and remediated several installation errors made my the original subcontractor. My system is not only back up and running, but runner better than when I moved in. Add to that the crew was respectful of my home wearing booties on their shoes and cleaning up any debris from their work. I can't recommend Airteam highly enough. As soon as my warranty is over, Airteam will be the only ones touching my HVAC system.

Cody was our sales rep and very pleased with him and AirTeam's quote to replace our unit. Quote was detailed, transparent, with no hidden expenses. Do not use this FRAUD company. We paid for new filters and ac service on for first week of May 2021 (5/5). I checked today on found the old filters still inside. They must have figured that no one would notice. Pic for proof.

Unprofessionals is the word! They charge 135 for a tune up and then charge 65 on top of it to detect leaks and that does not get counted towards any repairs. The Technician Mario Romero came for a tune up and he did only two things - Check Freon levels, and opened the coil box to see a leak and the leak was visible, so he did not really have to do much.

After that he left and told me, Airteam will get with me regarding the solution to the fix. Well, Airteam did get with me, but sent me a bill for tune up. When I told them the technician did not do a tune up as he did not check anything else, they filled up a maintenance form after the fact and sent that to me claiming that the guy did a tune up. I also asked them, where is my signature on the form and they have not responded back yet.

They thought I am a new homeowner who does not know what a tune up is. Either the company or the technician or both lied about it. He did not check the drain, thermostat, filter, did not clean the outside coil, nothing that a tune up consists of. Airteam was the one that installed the HVAC at my house in the first place and I have only had problems. I understand bad service or sloppy work, but they simply LIED. Stay away from Airteam!

Horrible company with awful customer service. I have asked for a Supervisor to call me and it's been five days and I've still heard nothing. My husband signed a warrantee agreement with them which was a huge mistake because they make you sign it for over two years. We have had trouble with our AC this summer and I literally had two other companies come out faster than they can get to me to fix our issues. You're making a big mistake buying their warranty package.

Very disappointed in what I was charged. Paid $95 for a trip charge and diagnose then $150 to spend 5 minutes bypassing the wires. All in all technician was at my home for less then 30 minutes and it cost me $250. Never again. Don't use them they rip off their customers.

Just had Airteam out to look at my thermostat which had quit working. Raul was amazing. He had to swap out the unit, he was meticulous in removing the old one and remounting the new one. He helped me remove the old device and add the new device to my iComfort account. I will do more business with Airteam.

No integrity. especially management who makes promises and lacks the desire or ability to honor their words. There is nothing they can say to me that I will ever believe. I will only expect the worse possible service and I will not be disappointed. Thank You Servando Casanova for generating this integrity vacuum.

Always have issues with this company. Unfortunately bc of my AC warranty I have to deal with this company. I told them I believed I had a clog, they agreed told me it was cheaper to renew my maintenance and then after coming out the issue was not resolved. They charged me a service call to come back out 2 days later to fix what should have been fixed the first time.

Now I have to call a plumber bc the clog is now under my sink. This is not the first issue I've had with them. I've had issues every year with them and I've only had this AC maybe 5 years.

TRASH. Look at the rest of my reviews, I'm normally pretty nice about the place even when I'm not a huge fan. This business is garbage. They've been out to my house 10 times for AC issues. They said our evaporator coil is broken and they had to replace it. We went through the process of having them replace it which was terrible because they could only schedule us a week later.

Picture living with no AC in the middle of a Houston summer. Then they tried to reschedule the installation but we didn't allow it because we'd already waited a week. They replaced the coil and then they left. A week later the AC wasn't working again, this time some rooms in the house were cool and some were hot. We called them again, they came out and said some vents closed and said they'd opened them so now it shouldn't be a problem.

The next day, it was a problem again. We called them again. They are supposed to call us with a 30 minute notice before they arrive - they never call. It screws up my day because I have to be "on call" waiting for them to come because they'll never give me any advance notice. Then they came again and said the motor that shoots the AC through the vents was broken.

So was the evaporator coil even broken in the first place? At this point you're probably wondering, why the hell are you still going through this company after all of these issues? They're the AC company that the builder of our house used to install the AC unit and so the warranty we have for service and parts is covered under them. The last time they came (today) they cussed me out and left.

Long story short, this company can expect to be hearing from the Better Business Bureau very soon, and by the end of the year they can anticipate my lawsuit against them. You're welcome for the advanced notice.

I would not recommend Air Team. They took a week to diagnose the problem and once they did, they brought out the wrong part. Even when i had supposedly been on their list to come to my house and find the problem, I was pushed until the late hours of the evening, between 6-8 pm. They left my furnace in pieces in the attic. I don't even want to give them a single star because my experience with them was so bad, but Yelp won't let you post until you select at least one.

Saturday June 1, I noticed my air was not cooling. I attempted to reset the thermostat, place new batteries, and change my air filter prior to calling Airteam. On Sunday the 2nd, I called Airteam and left a message for emergency services since it was after 5PM. I received a call back and the gentleman stated no one would be able to come this evening until 12-1 AM. However, he gave me the option of making an appointment for noon the next day. Monday the 3rd, I had someone waiting in my 86 degree home only to realize Airteam did not show up as stated.

I called Airteam once again and was told a technician called to confirm and left a message. I did NOT receive any calls from the company. I was told that I was on the schedule for the next day from 2-4PM. This brings us to Tuesday June 4th. Again, I have a friend waiting at my home for Airteam. 2-4 window passes, and again I call Airteam from my job.

They assured me someone would definitely be there this evening. I come home from work about 830PM and the technician is just about to leave. I ask him what the problem was, he stated to compressor or capacitor but stated he did not have the part. He informed me another technician in Cinco Ranch did have the part and would be arriving in 15 minutes and gave us the other technicians cell number. 15 minutes came and went.

I called and the technician stated he would be he in another 45 minutes. I said, ok, your'e close, 4-5 minutes isn't bad. No 45, 45 minutes. At this point I am overly done with the entire situation. I submit, say ok, and sit outside and wait because it is much cooler outside than inside. The technician finally shows up about 930PM, replaces the part and my home began to cool shortly after. Wednesday June 5th my home remained cooling. Thursday June 6th my home was at 70 degrees.

Soon after it went up to 73 and then to 76. At this point I called Airteam again. They wanted to wait until Saturday for an appointment. I explained the issues I have been having and they said someone would be out this evening. At that point I agreed and began to write this review. And so we wait.

Our home is built by Ashton Woods HVAC is by AIRTEAM. After 2 months the AC leaked thru our ceiling took 6-8 visits before they finally fixed it. A week ago it was leaking again. AshtonWoods told me that they will schedule me and Airteam did scheduled me for a repair last tuesday july 3 (it was a no show and no call) called them yesterday juthey said theyll call me back, waited the entire day and again they didnt call. called again today, now theyre saying Theres no record that I was scheduled.

I am really annoyed with this company. My unit in the attic completely disconnected last weekend- mind you, my home is 5 months old. The technician came out on Saturday and was great. Resealed it and added temporary straps. He said he didn't have the metal straps so we would need another appointment to have those fixed. Monday was my other appointment.

The guys said that the unit was broken again and so they added a board to hold it up. I didn't think I needed to check their work prior to them leaving, which was a mistake. By board, they mean that they put a 2x4 under the unit on its side holding it up. There are no additional straps at all. Now we are just waiting for it to break again or inevitably when we need to change the filter for the 2x4 to break.

I would assume that this is a very simple task and yet it was done half a$$. I am not sure I would trust your competency with any larger or more technical skills if I am the one having to tell you that a 2x4 on its side isn't sturdy. Additionally, customer service is severely lacking. My appointment time was 0900-1300. At 1315 when I called I was told that the technician was running late and it would now be 1500-1700. Did no one think to call and let me know?

So I leave for the grocery store and get a call at 1345 that the technician is on the way, making me have to leave my errands and return home. Communication can go a long way and by the looks of your reviews I, again, shouldn't be the one to tell you that.

I had to give one star to post here. Called on Wednesday to schedule an appointment for a service for Saturday 9-1. Called at 12:45 to be sure they were coming and was assured the tech was running on time. Called at 1:45 to speak with someone about the tardiness. Find out I'm scheduled for 5-7. WTF?!?!? I'm guessing the weekend they get extra money for emergencies and mine was just a service call. What a waste of time. Will not be calling these assholes back!

Airtream have serviced our air con system for over 10 years. We recently had new units installed and the advice we received from Franky Nguyen was first class and the service we have received post the installation has been excellent.

Airteam Service installed our original A/C and heating system when we built our home in 1994. We have always used them for semi-annual seasonal check-ups, and for occasional repairs. When it was time to replace the original equipment, we turned to Airteam.

6-9-17: I had to update my prior review. I called a different technician and I have to say that Airteam was totally overcharging me for fixing my A/C. This second opinion did not try to sell me a new unit and provided a through assessment of the situation. The Airteam technician spent about 10-15min assessing my A/C unit and that was enough to charge me $85, fastest $85 I have wasted. Honestly, after witnessing the second technician working on my A/C unit, I am not calling Airteam anymore.

I received a more honest, dedicated and personalized service for a fraction of Airteam's prices. 6-7-17: Unfortunately my experience was not the best. We were waiting for the technician all afternoon, and he showed up around 10pm, rather than between 5-7pm as I was told. We did not even receive a courtesy call to notify that the technician was delayed.

The technician seemed knowledgeable, but it was so late that there wasn't much he could do. A courtesy call notifying me that the technician was coming later would have save me the trouble of taking the afternoon from my work and wait the technician from 1pm as I was told when made the reservation.

Marcelo (owner), Jorge (assessor) and Jose (installer) were incredible. I went 3 days without any cooling. Marcelo and Team helped me find the issue and even found that repair was within warranty. I feel most contractors wouldn't have gone that extra mile to check warranty status, but Airteam is just that thorough. I 100% recommend the team. From scheduling to execution, world class.

I was having an issue with my AC system freezing up. I called Airteam @ 2:30 on a Friday they had two technicians at my house less than 2 hours later to fix the issue. Everything has been working great and have no complaints about Airteam.

I'm editing my review which is listed below. Immediately after my initial review somebody from the company contacted me on here and a manager/supervisor followed up by phone the next day. Over the week and a half or so since my review I've had 3 visits and 2 different technicians to my house.

My AC has been making a knocking noise for the past month. In the past 3 weeks I have had 4 different technicians come to my house on 9 different days. First guy said it was the control board. Second guy changed the control board, problem continued so he said it was the flapper.

One of your technicians came to my home yesterday afternoon to check on my air-conditioning balance. Your technician identified and corrected the problem quickly. He was very helpful, courteous, and professional. I did not get his name, but please thank him for the excellent customer service. It is getting harder to find good customer service.

Most likely the worst HVAC company in Houston. Their techs either are not trained properly or intentionally err to cost the client more money. I had to call them out six times in a two month span for the exact same a/c unit.

Antonio is a SUPERB technician. He has been to our home numerous times to correct an issue that has been ongoing for some time. Every time he arrives, we are greeted with a smile and such friendliness. He never seems rushed or bothered by our questions or telephone calls.
