Snyder did an amazing job helping us with our bathroom remodel! They took care of us from start to finish, communicating every step of the way. They maintained the original estimated price but went above and beyond in service! They built a walk-in shower, replaced all the faucets, installed a new water heater, and did a beautiful tile installation. 10/10 on all fronts!

I had an awesome experience the technician called me periodically throughout my appointment window to keep me updated on his arrival, I believe it was Eric Desmond but I notice you all have to Eric I want to be sure the correct Eric gets credit he was a young African-American gentleman who mentioned living in the Saint Augustine area. Eric was super professional very kind, energetic, polite, and extremely helpful.

He did not try to sell me repairs I did not need he listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained every aspect of the problem he was there to evaluate, he had a very upbeat and personable attitude and I really appreciated that. He was also very respectful and again very professional yet personable, we have always used Snyder for all of our AC needs about two years ago we bought a brand new unit for our rental property and the technicians then were great and the finance team and finance terms were super flexible allowing us to pay off our system in terms that were convenient to us. Overall I would highly recommend Snyder AC to anyone, and I would tell them to ask for Eric he is the epitome me of customer service. Thanks Eric

I was super impressed with Snyder throughout the entire process - from initial visit, consultation and quote, to scheduling, to reminder texts and calls, to the actual service performed. We needed a variety of electrical work done throughout the house - from ceiling fans to interior and exterior lighting repair, to some light re-wiring, and some electrical prep for a future hot tub. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and efficient. Super impressed with the crew that serviced our house.

Jake was the Plumber sent to fix my kitchen faucet. He was Professional and knowledgeable! The Hot water was slowly flowing through the faucet and the hot water barely came through. Jake worked his magic and fixed the flow of hot water and now I have hot water flowing the faucet! Thank you Jake. And thanks to the office staff professionals- Everyone is awesome! Troy G and Darrell were fantastic. They were always prompt, on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. They did a great job upgrading our electrical panel and troubleshooting several outlets that we have had problems with. They worked hard to try and find out what the issues were and correct every single. I will recommend Snyder to anyone needing electrical work done.

I called around noon expecting to be put off for a day or two. I explained my issue with the electrical connection form my home. I was put on the schedule same day. The technician arrived @ 1:30, checked out the problem, gave me an estimate, and completed the job by 2:30. How much more perfect does it get. That would be the technician Tyler. He was personable & professional and I appreciate his effort to make my day better. He is wonderful. Thank you Tyler & Snyder.

Highly recommend! Our AC stopped working and they were able to get a service technician (Jason) out the very next day. He was punctual and professional and gave us multiple options to repair the issue. Wound up we chose to replace the entire system and they were able to have an install team the very next morning. Put drop clothes down throughout the whole house, finished the same day. Reasonably priced, couldn't have been happier!

I have no issue with the technician who came to the house. He was polite, professional and capable. My issue is with your answering service on Saturday repair. I have a service contract with Snyder so I expected a fairly quick response to my call to the answering service. The first person told me that Cat(?) was going to call me back to tell me when someone could come out.

I had to call 3 times over 5+ hours before I got that call. Once she called the technician was at the home within a half hour and handled the visit very nicely. I know I have to wait my turn. I wasn't expecting someone to come right away. but I did expect, as a service contract customer, to get a call within an hour or so with an approximation of time for the technician to arrive.

I got VERY irritated with the answering service on the third call, which makes me wonder what might have happened. not happened?. if I'd just politely accepted the response from the service.

I had a washing machine installed but the installer advised me the outlet had sparked when he plugged the washer in but it did turn on. Later it would not come on at all. I called Snyder and they sent someone out the same day. He was polite, professional & had the outlet replaced in about an hour at a reasonable price. I was able to do a load of clothes after not having a washer for over a month.

The technician also recommended a whole house protector, which I will be getting, since when my condo was built they were allowed to use aluminum wiring. I was very impressed with this company.

Dillon our technician was absolutely awesome. He was on time very polite and knowledgeable. I must say he explained the problem and what needed to be done clearly. He has amazing communication skills and made us feel comfortable and confident in the process. From the initial contact online setting up the appointment to the agent who called me back this has been a smooth process and I would definitely recommend this company. I can certainly tell that they are good to their employees as this young man was so excited about his job! Dillon is certainly a wonderful ambassador for Snyder AC!

Danny was very efficient. I had not had my AC serviced in a timely manner and he took the extra time to clean it thoroughly at no extra charge. This is the second time I have used Snyder AC & I wished I had had them install my AC to begin with.

Ian came to my home for a semi-annual check up. He was so helpful to call me when he was on his way there. He arrived exactly the time of the appointment. He thoroughly explained what he saw needed to be done and the cost involved before starting.

Mauricio did several value-added things for me today--he replaced the sheet metal screws with 5/16 screws so the heat exchanger and pump covers won't fall off due to stripped sheet metal holes.

Snyder Air Conditioning always provides superior service. Service Tech Mauricio was very professional and knowledgeable. He performed the 6 month maintenance and cleaning for us. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing every step of the way.
