I called for some rat traps to be laid. I told him that I had kids here and they saw a dead mouse, we disposed of him outside. He said he would arrive between 4 and 6 and service would be 125$. Upon coming to my home he rang the bell. I put my dogs inside the garage and went to open the door. He was holding the door so I couldn't open it and yelled at me to put my dogs up.

I told him they were put up and he could come in. We spoke for a minute and his attitude was very rude and unprofessional, competely different from the phone convo we had prior. He said that the rat traps would be 200$ when he arrived which was different from over the phone when he said he would come for 125$. Overall he rubbed me the wrong way and I asked him to leave.

He told me "i wish you wouldve told me you didnt want service before i drove all the way down here!" To clarify not only did i want the service but i needed it and waited all day. I wouldve gladly paid you had you been kind. Good luck.

I don't know why I didn't post a review when we first met this man. My family and I moved here over a year and a half ago.from Reno.no dessert roach or any icky bug issues in 10 years. We moved here and when I saw my first dessert roach I almost broke my leg jumping in the air to the patio couch! We found Josh the bug guy, aka my hero, and he saved our lives. Been using him ever since! Bugs gone, he's super thorough, friendly, prompt and the price is reasonable! I'll never use another bug guy. Josh is da man! (And his crew!)

Had a scorpion in my living room late today (Saturday night) he came within an hour did a full spray and took care of the scorpion. Saved me and my daughter from watching the pot we had put on the scorpion we found. Highly recommend. My 8 year old says she would give him 1000 stars

Josh is amazing! I called him in a panic because I was seeing cockroaches right outside our home in our back yard and began to see them in our kitchen. He answered and was at our house within 2 hours. He sprayed not just the problem areas but my whole property inside and out. I have not seen any living cockroaches since he came over a week ago! Thank you Josh for being reliable and punctual. His number is now saved in my phone for future use!

Martin did my service and I really appreciate his help! I called and spoke with Josh yesterday and asked for an initial service call, just a spray for the summer. He scheduled me within 24 hours, even though I did not request a rush job. Martin took his time and did a great job and helped with my animals. I officially closed on a house very late in the night. So I called Josh the bug guy at about 2am to see an appointment and HE RESPONDED! we got the appointment set and he came on time. He was very professional. He broke down exactly what he was doing and what needs to be done in the future. He was very thoughtful and had a mask and very thorough with the inspection and while applying the.terminate liquid for pest. idk what it's called again. But he does explain everything which was great. We will be using him again in May.

Excellent service. Great communication. Very respectable of punctuality too. We are comparing companies right now because we started with one company and aren't sure if they are taking care of a rodent problem we have aggressively enough. We called Josh, he came out late on a Saturday night, and was very honest and knowledgeable. He told us exactly how he would take care of the problem, but also told us how to possibly work with the first company since we've already paid them for some work.

If we can't have our pest problem solved with the first company, we will definitely be going to Josh. He was honest, kind, and very patient with our many questions even late on a Saturday night. He was straight forward with how he would work to fix the rodent problem and told us of the likely results and possible challenges including if our neighbors may have environments that could be contributing to the problem. I called a few exterminators and all I got were our tech will get ahold of you with a bid and I never heard back well they lost cause josh the bug guy had got my business. I would recommend his services to all my friends. He did a consultation before he started and we did a walk through of my home and he explained everything he needed to do which I was well aware of everything he was explaining to me.

I cannot recommend Josh enough. He is a lifesaver! Last night I had my first run with scorpions and it made me so creeped out I almost packed my bags and moved back to Colorado There was a big one just hanging out in my laundry basket under some towels. I screamed my head off but managed to take care of it. Luckily, I found Josh the Bug Guy's info online and he came out a few hours later to do a thorough inspection.

He walked the entire property, inside and out, and found several more scorpions around the yard. He also found a few other pests who have been making themselves at home and he took care of *everything* for me. He was extremely thorough while scanning the property for pests and extremely thorough while spraying everything down inside and out. On top of that, Josh was very friendly and very understanding of how creeped out I was.

He didn't make me feel bad or embarrassed about it once, he just kept telling me that he was going to take care of everything for me. His rates are extremely reasonable and he clearly knows what he is doing. I can tell he loves what he does and that translates to his high quality service. The most amazing thing is that I called Josh around 7:30pm, he came over at 11pm the same night and he stayed until 1:30am.

Talk about amazing customer service! I couldn't even get another pest control company to call me back and trust me, I called about 20 different companies. I will only be using Josh's services from now on, he has a customer for life in me. Give Josh a call. You seriously won't regret it.

I called him in a panic and not only was he able to calm me down, he took care of my issue immediately. After only one spray, I haven't seen a roach in or outside my condo. His prices are very fair and he's also super entertaining.

Very pleased! Josh was able to get me in the very next day when I called, even though he had a long day ahead of him with a lot of exterminations. I had a spider problem. He did a full inspection, inside & out, & was kind enough to show me where my problem may have stemmed from! He informed me of other bugs that he noticed around my home too. Your own room mate said she did not have any complaints so I don't even know who you are. Your the only person with something to say who didn't even hire me. What a joke. ". I guess he thought he was texting my phone but texted the landlords phone instead. Well all I can say to this is that my review was much nicer then it clearly should have been.

The unprofessionalism is what the joke is. I feel extremely uncomfortable knowing this man has even been inside my house if he had the audacity to send me those text messages after he saw and didn't like my review.

Pros Knows what he's doing. Honest about the process. Allowed us to follow him while scorpion hunting. Found at least 10 bugs on the garage floor after our initial spray. Still finding dead bugs and its been 3 months. Triple checked to ensure no scorpions. The job was completed thoroughly and he went above and beyond in service. Definitely will be using him again. Cons Little mix up in schedule.

I understood our appointment time as 9-10pm and thought he was going to start at 9pm. What he meant was he was going to arrive sometime between 9-10pm. Would be good if we can pay via debit or credit.

Been using josh (Topline II pest control) for 2 years and he's always reliable and good at what he does, killing all sorts of bugs. In my case I have a scorpion problem and since we're entering into that season he just came and we found the source of the problem, sprayed inside and out the house in a timely manner, if you have scorpion problem, I suggest you use his service at night like I did, he goes hunting for them with his blacklight and after sprays the most infested areas. DO NOT HESITATE! To give him a call. A++

Josh has a great thing going on and understands the concepts of good service, quality work, and prompt response time that other places seemed to have forgotten about or cast aside as not profitable. We contacted him the morning after discovering a black widow hanging out by our back patio door. Josh came out later that day, and he took care of business. Josh was great! Called him for a quote to treat a few of different types of bugs we had crawling around our front yard & getting into our front entrance of our home. Told him I have a dog & he said no worries he uses only pet friendly products. When he arrived he did a quick spray outside around the house & inside all rooms. I got stung by a scorpion in my bedroom last night, and I called Josh for help. Josh agreed to come over the same day to take care of the issue. Upon arrival, he was very friendly; he took us around the house with a black light to show where scorpions live and how they can enter the house. We learned a lot about scorpions and it was actually fun! He sprayed the odorless chemical inside and outside of the house to kill this nasty creatures.

We had a.what I think is an emergency situation. Called Josh because of the reviews I found online, and I consider it the best decision ever made! He gave it to me straight no BS and no overcharging. After seeing a scorpion walk across my living room floor I immediately went on Yelp to find a reputable pest control service. I messaged several but Josh the Bug Guy responded within minutes which shocked me at 9:30pm. He offered to come over to spray the same night. Once here, with all lights off he walked the house inside and out with a black light and found over 10 scorpions. He sprayed, killed them and tripled check before leaving. Great service! $150 is a small price to pay for peace of mind.

We've been using Top Line for years. Over that time, we've come to know the owner/service technician Bob. We call on him to take care of our homes and he always does a great job. One of the benefits is that you don't have to sign a contract, you can call him when you need him. Plus his rates are great.$40 for outdoor and indoor service. Within 24 hours of emailing the company, I received a call back. We were moving into a new house and with the cable guy and water guy in and out - I couldn't talk on the phone and asked them to text me. Immediately I received a text and asked for a 2pm appt. They were ready to accommodate.

My experience with Topline pest eliminators was outstanding. I tried two companies prior for a carpet beatle infestation and they were back within a week. I called Topline and they were on time, friendly, and efficient.

Funny exterminator. I had a horrible scorpion problem. I was on contract for a year with another company with no resolution. I called this company they came out once and they did a rock treatment. That night literally 8 scorpions came out of hiding.

Josh does excellent work and I'd recommend him for any home with a bug problem.
