Matt has been out to repair and service our very old AC units a few times and is always professional and personable. Matt patiently explains what is going on and makes recommendations for service. This time a duct and HVAC specialist, Marcus, was sent out as well to evaluate the need for a new AC unit to replace our 21 year old unit and properly install duct work to be more functional vs the 31 year old builder installation that has never performed well on the second floor.

No one has every explained why we could not get the upstairs comfortable in all the bedrooms until Marcus. We have had other companies out to see why these rooms didn't heat and cool properly and no one has had a solution until Marcus did the evaluation. We will be replacing our oldest unit and installing new duct work and are confident that Samm's will do a superior job.

Air conditioner went out in middle of a hot day on a Sunday. Called Samm's for the first time on Monday morning and luckily they had an available appointment same day. Tech, Matt, came out and did inspection first and advised me the air handler fan relay board not opening, causing blower motor not to run. As well as the capacitor which was beginning to fail.

Both were replaced and all was fixed. Matt was very professional and worked pretty fast to get the job done. I felt the $898.00 price was a bit high but what are you going to do. It has to be repaired and these days what else isn't expensive. I was very thankful to Matt for the job and will most likely use Samm's again.

Samm's Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new HVAC system in my house and they were professional, on time and did a great job. I have used them in the past to repair the system and they were always more honest than others and their work was a higher quality. Their staff are always professional and explain things and always leave the work area very clean. I highly recommend this service.

We Love Carl from Samm's Heating and Air Conditioning! Carl was so kind coming out late in the evening even though he is a not normally a technician but a manager! He was super friendly and took the time to answer our questions honestly and patiently. Highly recommend this company to any and all who are seeking help with heating and air conditioning problems! We have used Samm's for our HVAC Maintenance and repairs since they opened for business. I have always found them to be honest and provide excellent service. My most recent annual A/C Maintenance service was no exception. Juan arrived on-time as expected, performed all the necessary checks and adjustments in a reasonable time. As is typical he offered several suggestions to improve our system, but I was not pressured to make the upgrades when I deferred.

I wish all businesses operated like this - prompt, do what's necessary, work is professional, make suggestions for improvements, but don't pressure you if you decide not to make them. I have recommended them to several other people.

Had a wonderful experience with getting a new HVAC and furnace installed by Samm's recently. They have been doing the regular maintenance on our system for a while and I asked about replacing our aging furnace and AC, and they got someone to come out, design and size out a system who offered several options and was able to make great recommendations without trying to hard sell me on anything, which was very pleasant.

We were able to decide on a system that met our needs, and it was a very quick process to schedule and install and get it done. The install was very professional and they even stayed late to make sure the new smart thermostat was properly configured and communicating with the unit. The system has been working great and I have already noticed improvements in the airflow, since they improved out duct work as part of the install.

I love the fact that they had someone come out a week later to verify the system, check if we had any issues, and run some diagnostics to make sure everything was running great. Love the service I have gotten from them for standard maintenance and have loved the new system they have installed!

Cole was amazing. He actively communicated through the whole process, talked us through our options, and followed up several times to make sure everything was working! Our furnace was destroyed by a bad contractor and Cole was able to organize installing a replacement unit in 1 day. This was the best experience I've had with a home repair in years! I highly recommend Samm's.

Excellent Experience! Purchased a home that had never had the AC system filtered or serviced in over two years. Samm's provided emergency service over the weekend in less than 12hrs notice when condenser froze up. Provided videos, pictures and quote for the issue and faulty part. I was told that the parts were on backorder and would not arrive until after Christmas (over record high temp Christmas). Samm's called me back one day after giving me quote and had found backordered part local to TX.

They came out next working day and cleaned as well as installed my entire system back to working order. AND before the holiday. Super grateful to the whole Samm's crew for making a priority and being so punctual on their services. I was happy to setup a yearly maintenance services immediately with them. Highly recommended company and great pleasure to do business with.

Excellent initial response, follow up, scheduling, service and billing. The experience with Samm's has been great! We initially had them do repairs and maintenance which was done when requested on schedule. Due to the age of the equipment, we recently had them replace a 6 Ton roof top unit (RTU). They were able to locate equipment, promptly scheduled the crane for removal and installation, and the crew was efficiently complete within less than a day. There was great communication from initial inspection through completion of installation and conveying of warranty. I would recommend!

Tiffany with Samm's Heating & Air was exceptional! Her professionalism, communication, and service was all top notch. She was in and out! Assessed the issue, communicated the problem, corrected it, assured I had no further questions and was on her way. Best service person I've had in years.

Samm's called me about my annual maintenance and schedule a date. A few days before they called to verify and I told them one unit would be unavailable the second half of the windows. The service technician arrived at the early part of the window and I informed him that one unit would be unavailable but he was efficient and professional and got everything checked out well and in time. I've been overall very pleased with Samm's and their work.

I contracted with Samms to install 2 new AC units at my parents home. From the start of the process, through install & finish of the project and follow up, everyone we encountered and worked with (including Amber, Laura, Tiffany, , Marcus, Javier, etc) was knowledgeable, thorough, professional and very kind, especially to my elderly parents. Great work by Matt. Very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Another company gave me the incorrect diagnosis which Matt quickly rebutted. Other company came back to agree with Matt. We will be going with Samms for the repair due to Matt correctly identifying the issue the first time. The repair has not been performed yet, so this review is only for the diagnostic experience. Only comment is the part is 3-4 weeks lead time, which is likely related to global supply chain issues, but still something to note.

Samm's does top notch installation to code. They are expensive. Expect to pay at or more what other large installers in the area are going to quote you. In return you get high standards and excellent service with no corners cut. Services: Install AC, Install heating system, Install ducts & vents

100% recommend Samm's! From start to end, everyone (Amber and Laura at office, Tiffany, Marcus, and Luis and his team) was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. A/C stopped working at the end of July on the hottest days and it turned out it needed to be replaced. Invested in a variable speed A/C unit at $11.6k. No complaints so far. Look forward to work with Samm's in the future for A/C (or heating) needs.

Marcus came out to help us pick out the new unit - he's so knowledge and great at explaining everything. The quote was very reasonable. I had requested to check the furnace heating unit as I didn't feel warm air in the house. Samm came promptly on the same day. Tiffany had checked the furnace in the attic and adjusted it.

I cannot say enough about this great company. From those you deal with in the office to ALL of the techs I've dealt with in the many years I've been a customer, everyone is topnotch. Friendly & knowledgeable. I called this morning about my a/c going out. Victor arrived just a few hours later. Great guy who has been here before. Mario and Eustolio were so professional installing my new a/c. They didn't stop working from the time they arrived and were extremely tidy and polite. A long day for them. My new a/c is working great. I've used Samm's Heating & Air Conditioning for many years and wouldn't consider anyone else. All their staff are very professional and have been with the company a long time. That's says a lot!

Tim just left. We've used Samm's before and will continue to do so. Tim was professional, courteous and diagnosed our AC issue quickly, at 11pm. Grateful for being able to do business with a company that does good work and has great employees.

I usually don't write reviews, but this one I couldn't pass up. I spoke with a technician 'Tiffany' the night prior to the service call. She said she'd be coming out the following day to conduct a service call For $85. She said that for this price they handle any easy fix problems and that 90% of their calls are solved during the visit. The following day 'Victor' calls and says Tiffany is swamped and that he'd be replacing her for the visit.

After looking at the system he told me the Capacitor was broken and the system is leaking. He said that replacing the Capacitor would cost $297 (this is a $15-40 mind you) and that adding freon to my system would cost anywhere between $600-1000 and he would happily perform the service but that a new system would be recommended. After conducting my own research I found out that not only are they charging CRAZY AmountS of money for services, but that they also lied.

As it turns out, the Capacitor is NOT broken and this company is a hoax. Next I will be reporting them to the BBB. Shame on you for your dishonesty, I hope others will read this an go elsewhere.

The estimate given was thorough & the person giving it to me was professional, explaining the process well & gave suggestions. The installers were neat, courteous & did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. I felt very comfortable with them in my house.

Martin Navejas with Samms's heating & Air responded to my call immediately and scheduled a time with me. He was extremely professional as well as efficient and informative in his area of expertise. He was patient and asked what my issues were and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend him and Samm's if you have an HVAC need.

Our AC went out on a Sunday evening. I called the next morning and was able to get a same day appointment. Martin came that evening during the scheduled window. He let me watch the diagnosis and maintenance on the unit. He answered questions and worked hard. There was a mistake in billing which I did not realize. They contacted me promptly and admitted their mistake. Overall, it was as pleasant an experience as it could have been.

We've been using Samm's Heating & Air Conditioning to take care of our HVAC for 10 years. We have a maintenance agreement with them and they come twice/yearly. Their service personnel are always reliable, knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a great experience with Samm's from beginning to end. We just purchased an entire new system from them. Russ came out and explained our options and gave us the info we needed to make an informed decision.

I just had a complete new Trane HAC unit installed in my home. The entire Samm's team from Amber in the office, Russ providing the specifications and quote to the installation guys Daniel and Junior led by Mario were professionals with a capital P. They arrived bright and early and worked very hard for 14 hours.

My heater was not heating on a Tues. and Marcus was able to come check it out that day. He showed up early, wore his orange shoe covers and was very polite. He also remembered coming out in the summer to check my A/C. Marcus explained very carefully & thoroughly my options for repairing my unit. He never pressured me one way or another of what route I should take to fix the problem.

I had my AC unit go out in the middle of the night and Samm's was able to come over and repair it. A few months later it went out again and they repaired it. They had advised me that the unit was living on borrowed time as it was 18 years old.

We've been using Samm's Heating and Air Conditioning for the last few years for maintenance. This week, we had both of our units go out at the same time.of course after 5 PM. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an immediate callback and as much service restored that evening as was possible.
