I hired the company some months ago when I was remodeling my house. I needed to upgrade the thermostats to nest thermostats, and do a cleaning and maintenance service on all three of my systems. When the driver showed up I introduced myself as Tim (the same guy who called). The is white man says is the home owner here can I speak to him. I said I am the home owner and he says oh you're the owner?

I said yes and these are the nest thermostats I bought and want to install and proceeded to show him where they go and where all three of my systems where. As Im taking him around my house he asked me, you sure you're the home owner? I said yes I'm pretty sure I bought this house. So after I get done he says I need to run to the gas station to use the restroom I said ok and that was fine cause all my toilets were removed during the remodel.

But before he left he asked me again, and you're sure you're the home owner? This time right in front of the other contractors working in the home and everyone just looked at him like that's fucked up dude. Shortly after the guy leaves another guy called me who could've been the owner and says that they aren't taking the job.

When I asked why, he said his guy that just left said he didn't feel comfortable doing the job. And I said what, why? He said it doesn't matter my guy doesn't feel comfortable doing the job so we're not and you need to find someone else and then hung up. I waited a couple of days for them to come out and then wasted all that time doing the walk through, I felt I was owed an explanation.

But of course never got one. So I figured this racist white man couldn't believe that a black man could own such a nice house and didn't believe that I did so much so, he didn't feel comfortable doing the work. That's just crazy! To have a company with the word KLEEN in it you guys sure are DIRTY.

The team arrived on time. He was very polite and professional. He diagnosed and fixed my AC in 30 minutes. Great guy, highly recommend.

These guys are extremely responsive and responsible. They are easy to reach and they give you the estimate and show up at my home when promised.

Cody came out on a snowy Saturday to investigate our furnace which was intermittently working because of carbonization on the flame sensor. He was knowledgeable, meticulous, and finished the job quickly. My unit was a 2004 Rheem Classic Quiet 80. Recommendations from him were genuinely appreciated and sounded down to earth. I would ask for Cody next time I had a problem with the furnace.

Have called to Flower Mound 3 times in the past 15 years to 3 different homes. They have always done a good job, fast and for a fair price to get my AC back up and running.

Prior review removed due to lack of info. okay sure. I'll play that game. A dozen visits in less than a year. Furnace unnecessarily replaced. New furnace drain line improperly installed. House repeatedly flooded. Complained up to the owner on more then one occasion. Had to file a claim with insurance for the water damage. Finally drain line correctly installed.

Out thousands of dollars. Would not recommend them. Dealt with different techs constantly. and heard different stories every time about the causes of my issues. I didn't believe the other bad reviews. and made a mistake in calling them. If you find yourself in a similar situation consider researching a complaint to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and looking up the small claims procedures for Plano court. We'll see if Yelp magically decides to remove this one too.

Tony, the rep, who came today was very helpful! He was on time, very informative and professional. My issue will unfortunately require further assistance from a plumber as it has to relate to the AC drain, but he took the time to write a report for the plumber that will be coming tomorrow informing them of what he was able to determine from diagnosing my issue. His knowledge was sound and I really appreciated his effort. If I need to use an ac repair team in the future, I will be giving them a call.

I am very impressed with the services received and the value. Jesse just left my home after installing a new drain pan, float switch, and completing a drain blow out. He explained the work performed and also allowed me to nag him about random A/C efficiency questions. After the work was completed he gave me a maintenance schedule. Had issues with my upstairs AC unit. Not only was Kleen Air Services on time, they were quick, and professional. They fixed my unit way cheaper than expected because the took the time to test and really inspect everything.

THis place took my money and ran. They installed a 3 ton a/c when they were supposed to install a 3.5 ton. then the cut my rafters to make it fit. They put texture all over it so i couldnt see the serial or model numbers. I had an issue a year later, wasnt cooling. they charged me $200 to come out and look for a leak. Next time the dryer outside went bad, they looked at me in my face and told me $900, I had to pay it.

It was 100 degrees out and at the most a $250 job. 8yrs Later I am replacing the whole unit. I am not dealing with these guys ever again! If I was the owner I would fire myself!2 times!

Replaced defective dual capacitor Kleen Air Service came out as a referral from my Home Maintenance Co. I placed the call at 9am Sat morning and they were able to fit me in with an appointment that afternoon.

I fired my previous A/C service company about nine years ago because they wanted to install an expensive part that was not defective. I hired Kleen Air Services, and have only good words to say about them over the last eight years. We have a service contract with them, and if I call for an emergency, they are here within 24 hours usually. Over these nine years they replaced both my aging and failing A/C systems giving me very reasonable prices, and fast, efficient work.

There are two things I especially like about them. One is that they always try to send the same technician, which means that he is very familiar with our heating and cooling habits, plus he is very familiar with the units. That saves time and money for everyone. In our case, it is Jesse, who is an excellent technician, very good at diagnostics, and honest.

That brings me to the second thing I like about them.they are very honest, and that is unusual in their business. Jesse always makes sure that he has the right diagnosis before starting an expensive repair. Another anecdote about Jesse. When we were going to install a new heating unit to replace one that was 15 years old, I was worried about the smell of burn-off of the protection oil used to coat new heat exchangers because my wife is very sensitive to strong chemical vapors.

So Jesse offered to take the new unit to his house before installation and run it for a full weekend to burn off the oil (at his own electricity cost, by the way). When they installed it in the house, there was zero new unit smell. How's that for super service.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Kleen Air Services. My air conditioner went out during some of the hottest days in June. Other larger companies could not schedule a service call out to my home for 8 days but Kleen Air Services was able to service my conditioner the very next day. The technician was knowledgeable and trustworthy. He explained the repairs that would be needed and also gave me a heads up of possible future repair warning signs. We also had had unbalanced heating and air conditioning in the house for the 12 years we have lived there and Kleen Air was able to identify the problems and resolve them with some general revamping of our air supply and return system. Something that we had previous paid a supposedly specialist company to do that only made the problems worse. There is no question that Kleen Air is an excellent company to go with and they did everything they said they were going to do, did it more efficiently than we anticipated and were cost competitive. I will certainly continue to use Kleen Air and have no problem recommending them to anyone who needs their type of services.

This was truly the best experience I've ever had with any repair service. Charles was the service guy who came and fixed our H&C unit. He assessed the problem immediately and he had our unit repaired in less than 30 minutes!

Had two air conditioning units go out on the very first day of the hottest day so far in July and on Sundays of all days. We normally have an AC provider that we use but being that it was on a Sunday, we were out of luck. Luckily, I was given the recommendation of Kleen Air Services and was able to get someone to come over on Sunday since they run 7 days a week.

We were nervous that someone was going to take advantage of us because it was a Sunday but they were completely honest and didnt try to overcharge us or upsell us and was able to fix the issue for a great price. Would recommend these guys going forward. Glad to find honest people.

Amazing customer service, the tech had to start our repair but was going to have to wait a few hours for it to thaw, so he came called later the day to check in.
