Found these guys through valu-pak mailers. They are legit, very competitive pricing. They knocked out the full HVAC system replacement in 4 hours. Very happy with new system!

Before choosing On the Spot HVAC, I had researched and worked with multiple professionals (close to a dozen!) and received quotes from all of them. Among the providers, I was referred to On the Spot by a colleague. Unlike other companies, Cody neither pushed for a sale, nor did he try to push a particular product like most other companies. He first asked the right questions, listened to my concerns, and focused on what I needed.

He provided various options, including the pros/cons of using different brands, sizes, and power usage. Cody was very professional and straight-forward from the quote all the way to the implementation and clean-up. He didn't surprise me with any hidden fees or switch-and-bait. I also took note of the many positive Google reviews from local customers.

He communicated the expectations and process very clearly before he and his team arrived on a Saturday morning. Cody and his team arrived promptly and everyone was compliant in wearing masks and appropriate PPE. The team work was exceptional, efficient, and minimal damage (which they corrected - a little scratch to my drywall). The entire process including clean up, checking proper air flows, and learning how to set up and operate the new thermostat, took about 5 hours max.

I love my new Google Nest thermostat! I have used it to program remotely and no longer have to get up out of bed or interrupt my work flow to change the thermostat. The programming has also been very simple and I can make as many changes and clone the same temperatures across all the days of the week and any day of time I choose. My new AC unit is working as Cody described.

Save yourself time and money and call these guys. I had a really old HVAC unit that was serviced by another company that tried to repair and quoted me $14,000. Then another company came out and quoted me $11k. I got a much more efficient system plus a free Nest thermostat installed for thousands less!!! Plus, On the Spot HVAC was able to put in the new unit the next day whereas the others wanted me to wait 4-5 days when it’s in the 90s outside! No pushy sales techniques, no talking badly about other companies - just affordable prices and good customer service.

Would never do my a/c business with anyone else. The crew that installed my new a/c were great and they worked very hard in my attic most the day to get my 2 new air conditioners installed. Call Cody to come out and give you an estimate, he was great also.

I have had a such a positive experience with Cody and On the Spot HVAC. From start to finish I can't say enough great things about this company. I had received 7 quotes and I had thought I would go with one group but I was starting to question my decision after having to hound them for 2 whole days after I had thought I was going to go with them. Cody and his team are incredible. My furnace went out as soon as temps dropped and I had A/C issues over the summer. These guys were able to get out to my home quickly and install new units. Great company to work with! We had all 3 of our air conditioners removed and replaced by on the spot and we sure made the right decision. We went 3 Trane XV18 systems and our electric bill has already been cut in half. Call this company if you want super prompt responses and a perfect installation of your new air conditioner. The City of Plano inspections said this was one of the best installations they had ever seen if that means anything.

Let me just start by saying that my husband and I are extremely jaded when it comes to the construction industry. After living through 16 weeks of renovation on our home, and being told that our current AC unit would support the space, we were devastated to find out a week later that we in fact needed a brand new HVAC system. We are coming up on multiple days of 100+ degree temperatures and we had no choice but to move forward with the unit replacement.

This company is by far the BEST air conditioning/furnace, air duct and dryer vent cleaning company in the DFW area. Cody Reed and his crew came into our home replaced our HVAC system, cleaned our ducts and dryer vents as stated. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this service. I called and got 3 estimates for my new air conditioner and on the spot hvac had the best presentation and made me fell the most comfortable for what I consider in a big project in my household.
