Shout out to Alberto who came to McKinney today to track down and fix an issue with my A/C they installed years ago. He was helpful and professional, he explained clearly what is wrong, (had nothing to do with the installation) and proceeded to fix the issue. I also want to point out how great the folks that coordinate these visits have been over the 5+ years that I have been a customer. Air Clinic is very lucky to have these folks and so am I!

I have used Air Clinic for over 5 years. They are the best I have ever used. The techs are knowledgeable and the ladies that schedule are excellent at responding and working you in when necessary. Shady A/C repair business. Customer BEWARE! They make up repair issues that don't exist, billed me $89 and told me it required a part for $250 but they never found the part. They never called back. Shady just want your money.

Robert was super nice. Very professional answered any questions I had. Performed the services on both units in a timely manner. My pipes were clogged up and when I turn my ac on water would drip from my ceiling. I called Air Clinic and they came to my house the same day. I had my doubts. But the Air Clinic technician cut a section of the pipe out and showed me. It was completely clogged. The technician worked very hard and cleaned the pipe from both ends and then blew compressed air through the pipes. The technician was very professional and polite. I was impressed. I highly recommend. I think the name name on his shirt said Chuy.

We had Air Clinic replace the combination of AC and furnace. There was first some mix-up about the appropriate furnace. But that was straightened out, and they installed a very quiet and efficient AC/furnace. The installers were polite and efficient. They replaced part of the metal duct with the duct pipes that contribute much to the quiet performance.

So we recommend them highly. There is another aspect. When we called, they always picked on the second ring. Also no run around on the mixup. They owed up to the problem and straightened things out immediately.

Air Clinic personnel were very professional. Our old AC went out in July and they were very responsive. Although there was a shortage of new units at the time, they went out of their way to get us up and running. They did what they said that they would do and when they said that they would do it. We were never pressured and were always given choices when appropriate. Timely installation at a reasonable price by friendly people!

My first experience with Air Clinic was with James and Debbie in 2019, and BOY OH BOY did THEY set the standard for everyone else! Him and Debbie have been nothing less than phenomenal in their customer service. I was shocked to run into a company with such integrity and genuine concern for myself and my family. They make you feel like family while also maintaining a professionalism about themselves. I highly recommend Air Clinic!

Our AC had stopped working and I called Air Clinic and they were able to come on the same day to check out the issue. I got a call when the tech was on the way to our house. Once he arrived, it took him about an hour to troubleshoot the issue. They had to order a part and they were out the next day to finish the work. The tech that came out was really good and very professional. I'm very pleased with the work that the Air Clinic performed and would recommend them.

Air Clinic replaced my entire A/C and Heater system. Their consultant, Bobby Barns, did an accurate evaluation of the replacement job. Very fair pricing. Their installers, Rocha and Ramira did an excellent install without any problems. Very good workmanship. Air Clinic does a followup quality control inspection. Ben did the quality inspection, made a slight adjustment.

We recently had both our OLD downstairs and upstairs heatpumps replaced by Will and Air Clinic and I cannot recommend them enough. Unlike nearly every other HVAC company I've dealt with the last 15 years, Will and Air Clinic are prompt, thorough, and respectful. They did not try to pressure sell me. Will did not try to sell me more unit than I needed.

He explained clearly and intelligently the benefits of all of my available brands and choices. The installers were fantastic. They took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and even did some extra work to fix a dangerous kludge in my circuit breaker box that one of the previous companies had installed. Very detailed work. The on-site followup appointment to make sure everything was working correctly and to show me the ins and outs of the new Nest thermostats they installed was quick and clear.

One of my heatpumps was an original 1-ton heatpump for the house -- about 30 years old. The other -- a 2.5-ton unit - was at least 20 years old. Both used the old, expensive R22 refrigerant and were old, leaky and very expensive to maintain. The new heatpumps that Air Clinic installed work better than I'd hoped. Our peak electric usage has gone down over 30% monthly over similar periods with the old units (yeah, I track that stuff).

If your heat pumps are old, new ones will save you money. The savings in repair costs alone will go a long way quickly towards paying for the new units. Plus, new units will make your lif a whole lot more comfortable. After being burned over and over by sketchy or uncaring HVAC companies, I gave Air Clinic a shot and they have exceeded by far every expectation. I highly recommend them. Easily five out of five stars.

I've been a very satisfied Air Clinic customer since 2005 and cannot say enough great things about the quality of service they provide. From the office staff to the repairmen, all the way up to the owner, everyone I deal with actually cares whether my HVAC system is working. Their pricing is fair and reasonable, and they have always seemed mindful of the fact that I am on a tight budget. I highly recommend Air Clinic!

This company goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. My house was struck by lightning and knocked out the control board and thermostat for the AC. Any other company would just say they had to wait for parts and that's it, but Don practically rewired the unit so we could have cooling while the part was going to be ordered. No other company I have ever dealt with goes to the lengths this company does to provide the best possible service. Can't say enough good things about them.

Just had Don Ryan our to check into excessive dust in our house after a new unit was installed by AirClinic. Don diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Very happy with Air Clinic service, make sure you ask for Don!

We had Air Clinic replace a 10 year old ac unit a few months ago. Last night (Sunday) our heat went out and I called the salesman Will and he said he would have someone over today, they called us 2 times to make sure that they knew they where running behind but would be out (we live in Granbury so it's a pain finding anyone to even come out here who is honest).

Great service even after the install was over. Called these guys up and they were very courteous and helpful. Came over the next day to look at our HVAC. (we were not completely down.) We decided to go with Air Clinic for an entire new system due to the age of unit, and so glad we did.

Beware! Bad Company and worse customer care. Here's my Bad experience with them recently. Important so it doesn't happen to you. On August 25th, 2013 I called Air Clinic to come check out why my A/C had stopped cooling.

Rewind 5 months. My ac stopped working properly during the beginning of winter and I wasn't so concerned because I was going to be using the heater. Well now that it's starting to warm up I figured I might want to check my ac out so I had a#1 air come out and do tune up on my (and tell me what was wrong with it) and he recommended system replacement.
