Calling EHS restoration company was the best decision I've made while I navigate through this process for the 1st time. I am so grateful for this company. When we saw water damage behind the wall in our guest bathroom, our home warranty company sent out a random plumber. They looked at the wall and called a restoration company I knew nothing about.
I did not receive a report. I was busy with work, and always had that itch in the back of my head telling me something is wrong. I felt lost in the process and dismissed like my little dainty woman brain wouldn't understand words such as "drywall". If my husband was meeting with a client and I was alone, I honestly didn't feel safe because I felt degraded by them.
I'm the boss in literally every aspect of my life. I wouldn't let this happen to me in my professional life and I have never allowed it in my personal life. That's when I called Keith from EHS Restoration. When I contacted Keith on a weekend, EHS Restoration jumped into action. They took their time with me; they answered all my questions. They have been beyond communicative and respectful.
They have been kind. They even referred a plumber that diagnosed the issue. Keith and Tony have been nothing but AMAZING. I can text Keith at any time. Tony always answers his phone. The estimator and other girls in the office are polite and professional. If your home warranty company or plumber sends out a restoration company. Fire them, then hire EHS Restoration.

EHS Restoration has been wonderful. They worked with my insurance and took care of everything! Their staff is really nice, friendly and easy to work with. The owner is caring and very personable. The mitigation team was quick to call and schedule to come out and complete the work at my home. The repairs were completed too in a timely manor. Thank you for all your help EHS!

EHS is the only company I trust. I own 9 single family homes as rental properties in the Phoenix area and EHS Restoration is the only Restoration company I've experienced that hasn't been trying to rip me off. They are honest and trustworthy. I had tenants basically destroy one of my properties. I've had fire and water and mold in other properties.
I can always rely on EHS to quickly deal with everything including my insurance companies. They worked professionally with me and my tenants. I am definitely going to use them for all of my property needs.

I wasn't impressed. One time they showed up 3 hours later than promised. The next two times they show up unannounced. The workers were nice, hard working guys but they just didn't know what to do. They replaced a section of subfloor in an upstairs bathroom but their repair wasn't safe to stand on. I don't think they showed up with the right tools and materials for the job.
The estimate included laying tile and reseating a toilet but the workers didn't know that. After writing a check I didn't hear back. The repair they promised and wrote into the estimate wasn't completed. I reached out and asked for a refund for the incomplete work. I had to hire a different company to finalize the job.

Charged over $7k to remove Sheetrock that had fallen from hurricane Laura. Didn't do what they said they would do. No mold remediation. No fans. No treatment. No blowers. Nothing. In and out in less than an hour. Had to pay another company to come in and remove remaining Sheetrock, insulation etc. out of pocket. Total scamming, storm chasing company. DO NOT USE. WILL NOT FORGET.

After a sewer drain leak in one of my bathrooms a plumber came out and fixed the leak. The plumber noticed a large amount mold was growing inside the wall. I called EHS and they sent a crew out the very next morning. They removed all the mold and completed all drywall repairs and painting. Work was completed above and beyond my expectations. Workers showed up wearing masks, were polite, courteous and explained what was going to be done. Crews left the work area clean. I would highly recommend EHS.

Returning from an abortive cruise on March 16, we were putting stuff away on the 18th and noticed some mold from a water leak in our closet. We contacted AAA and they sent out EHS who cut out the wet spot, dryed it out, and told us someone would be there to put on new drywall, paint it, and clean the carpet. After several days of no calls or a visit, I emailed Austin, who had come over with the crew. Well, his email doesn't exist and his phone number wasn't set up for voice mail so I emailed EHS via their website.
No response. Ended up with four calls to the adjuster and several more to the company. Nothing. Finally Jeff came by, could only do part of it as the molding wasn't available at home depot. So we kept waiting. More non returned phone calls and emails to EHS without a response. Finally on May 5, Jeff came by and finished the job. Six and a half weeks, perhaps 11 or 12 phone calls, multiple emails, all to get a small closet done.
The insurance estimate included painting the entire closet and the door frame, neither of which was done the it looks fine without it. The work is very good and the people are nice but don't expect prompt service, returned phone call, or email responses.

EHS was so helpful in getting my client's restoration needs taken care of. I am a realtor and was representing a buyer on a transaction when we came across severe water damage on our home inspection. I called EHS to get a quote and they had an appointment scheduled within the hour! They sent over a detailed estimate within 24 hours to include remediation and reconstruction costs and were very thorough in explaining the full repair costs.
They worked with our schedule to complete the repair in a timely manner. They are excellent communicators, competitively priced, and have extremely quick turnarounds which is vital with restoration needs!

Describing EHS with one word is easy, dependable. The techs that EHS employs are dependable and arrive on time. When water extraction is needed they get someone out quickly. When remodels are taking place their material selections are great too! When using EHS I know that I can always get in touch with someone when I need to and that is something you don't often find with contractors. I recommend using EHS.

WOW...where do I begin?
Had a garage fire, and the demolition went pretty well. As for the construction part, they utilized the absolute cheapest sub-contractors they could find. None with much experience, and for some this was their very first job. The electrician was the only sub-contractor that did their job right the first time. Every other sub-contractor they used had to re-do their items, and we have a large stack of orange 'Failed Inspection' documents to prove it. Insulation people left areas non-insulated (thanks for my piping-hot office now), drywallers were supposed to put two layers of drywall on the ceiling, and only one was installed.
They even covered an important electrical outlet. The plumber mounted the water filter right in front of an electrical outlet, so it's useless. They didn't replace the main shut-off valve in the garage. The person who installed the epoxy floor admitted he learned this in a class that he recently took. The color chips stick up and will tear up bare feet.
Garage doors came the wrong size. Came back to install the right size, and the side weather trim fell off into my hands (no, I'm not kidding) and the bottom weather seals were severely torn. The owner finally came out and did it right. The stucco company decided the plumbing going to my evaporative cooler got in the way of his ladder, so he decided to break it and throw it aside.
You know...I'm going to stop right here as I think I'm getting my point across. I could go on...or even write a book. Oh...I about forgot...they tried to tack on another $3,730 to the final bill before we called them out on it. We actually halted their progress and fired them from going any further. Yes...that's how fed up we were. I'll finish the work myself.
We're not picky people...we just wanted it done right, and they simply couldn't do it right. This was actually the construction company that our insurance company recommended we use, so please don't fall for that one. I'm sure that they were the cheapest that the insurance company could find, and now we all know why. NO...I do not recommend them...not even to an enemy. Respectfully submitted.

So grateful EHS responded to my emergency call so quickly in the middle of the night when I realized my water heater leaked into multiple rooms. I didn’t know how to deal with the disaster but they talked me through everything and reassured me they’d handle all of the damage, which they did so quick and efficiently. I would recommend them 100%

EHS was doing restoration work at a home across the street from my house. When the workers left, one of the drivers swung into my driveway in order to turn around. The truck left, ugly black tire marks on the cement. I contacted the business, and after several calls, I was told that the office manager would call me back that day. No one called. The next day I tried to send an email to EHS, but their site email does not work. I judge a company by my first impressions and EHS did not give me a favorable one.

EHS Restoration is amazing! I had water damage in my kitchen and garage and it was very overwhelming and scary to deal with, however, Brittany Trotter with EHS made this experience so much easier to handle and understand than expected. She took the time to really break down the process and explain in layman's terms what was going to happen, why and when. She was a lifesaver! I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of service.

In May we had two leaking pipes in our attic that damaged the drywall and the wallpaper. The EHS people quickly came to remove the wet drywall and install blowers to dry out the walls and the insulation in the attic. They recommended a plumber to install copper pipes through the house to prevent future leaking pipes. When the copper pipes were installed, the EHS people installed new dry wall to close the holes in the ceiling of the kitchen and master bathroom. Then they put on skip troweled plaster and painted the new drywall. They were friendly, competent, and quick.

Yesterday I had water damage to my house at 1:30 in the morning I called and EHS picked up the phone right away. Tony came out yesterday morning. This morning I had a window of 8 to 12 for the crew to show up and they showed up right at 8! They were professional, explain the next steps, and made sure to keep everything clean. Thank you!

Finding mold in your home is a gut wrenching moment. Finding out that I did not have mold coverage through my insurance was even worse! I found EHS through To Fix It. Victor was our technician and he was easily reachable and patient, especially with my wife who had many questions about the process as we have young children. EHS turned a nightmare situation for my family and I into a much more bearable one. I am so appreciative for their attention to detail and ensuring my home is safe for my family.

I had water damage to my closet and the A/C people recommended EHS Restoration. It has taken them 2 months to make the repairs. They billed the insurance company to replace the entire closet floor but only patched it. I provided the flooring for repair and their crew botched the job by not measuring correctly. They cut into every board in the box.
Every invoice they have sent me has charges for the flooring, despite me providing the flooring. What company tries to charge the consumer for the flooring materials when the consumer provided those materials? When the floor had to be repaired a second time, I was told that I would have to pay for both the flooring and the labor for the second repair to fix the botch 1st repair.
They have not proven to be an honest company to deal with and both times only patched the floor after charging for a complete floor replacement. I may have to take legal action to work this out since they continue to insist that I pay for the second repair. I would not recommend anyone using this company!

If you ever need a dependable and trustworthy restoration company, EHS is it! After one of our horrible monsoon storms I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom, I called EHS and they were there within the hour. Their crew was professional and very thorough. They had my leak fixed before it could do anymore damage and kept my stress level down. Many thanks to team EHS!

I really did like the customer service of this company. I did not have to get huffy one single time. They showed up quick, listened to my needs and took care of business. The only reason I cant go 5 stars is that it took 3 weeks to wrap things up from start to finish. Maybe that is the norm, maybe they are really popular or just super busy because they are so customer service oriented and well liked. They even did some side work for me that was not related to my insurance claim. Great job and I cannot deny these guys kudos!
