My 3 bedroom Biltmore condo has been a mess for 4 months. The condo upstairs toilet broke when they were away and flooded my walls and ceilings. Huge parts of walls and ceilings had to be removed, it took 10 days for water remediation to dry theirs and mine. Thankfully no mold. Every time I got someone to repair it, they took a more costly job last minute.

My insurance company Met Life got me another company Stratton Restoration in Mesa. They agreed to the insurance estimate, came within a few days. 3 dry wall guys, 3 painters. Finished in 4 days. Just have to return to replace 2 floor tiles in a bathroom I have extra. Very satisfied, excellent work by all. I highly recommend them. The people upstairs, who I am friends with, insurance quickly reimbursed my insurance.

Stratton came to our job after discovering water damage from a pipe leaking behind our sink.
