Western Skies Restoration

Was referred by a friend to Western Skies for repairs from a water leak in my garage. It was a small job but they were exceptional in their response from my initial call to scheduling the repairs as well as the repairs. The repairs were done so well you cannot even tell a repair was done in this one corner of my garage. Was extremely pleased with the work done by Steven for the repairs and will definitely refer and use Western Skies again if I have a need for home repairs. Highly recommend them.

They were scheduled to show up on a certain day for shower remodel, I took the first 3 days off, so I could be there, not only did they not show, they did nothing to make up for the lost income! They showed up the following week, so I had to ask my dad to go hang out at my house. They did admit fault, and claim they didn't charge me for extra work, but I didn't see any extra effort. And no masks were worn.

Water damage rebuild for master bath area took 4 months to complete (consisted of 1- 2 sink cabinet rebuild, 2 walls and a ceiling for drywall and paint.) There were multi delays throughout the project. When finally competed, the work was poor to fair at best. Drywall mud splatters, dripped paint, nicks dents, unfinished nail holes, scraps, scratches and chips everywhere.

The rebuilt cabinet looked like it came from a second hand store. Was in worse condition the than cabinet that was replaced. Very disappointing. Would never use this company again.

Western Skies proved to be a top-tier restoration company when working on my house. The entire process was very smooth, starting from the receptionist on the telephone who was very kind and helpful. When the crew showed up to do the work, they were punctual and the work that they did was superior. I can't even tell that there was damage in the area before they fixed it.

They even fixed another area in my ceiling that wasn't the original part of the quote and it looks great! I will recommend this company to anybody who needs restoration work done.

My repairs were for insurance covered water damage in my garage. I have no complaints at all. Joanna kept me informed of the process and made a timeline that met my needs. The team came on time, worked steadily throughout the day, and cleaned up before they left. They were polite and professional at all times. My daughter has been going through repairs at her own home and was very complimentary of their work ethic.

The finishes in the garage turned out very well. I would recommend Western Skies for their skills. I did not pay out of pocket, other than my deductible, so I can't comment on pricing.

They were scheduled to show up on a Monday at 10 am, after not hearing from them, I called a little after 10 to see if they were running late. Turns out they forgot to put me on the schedule when they called the wrong number to confirm! I missed 3 days wages because they did not show up when they said they would. No apologies, just a claim they put in extra labor they didn't charge me for, which I can't confirm because I couldn't take another week off work, so my dad had to come to my house while they worked.

Terrible service and when I fired them, they kept the insurance money that was supposed to be used to repair my home after a fire. I am a single mother of 2 children with no place to live because of Western Skies Restoration and their subcontractor Matador Construction. The owner, Mike Bevacco, was verbally abusive and insulted me. I do not recommend them at all to anyone. **Note: If you believe the response from Western Skies Restoration, then I have swamp land in Florida I would like to sell you. Mike Bevacco, stop lying and admit you took over $19,000 that you were not entitled to. You returned no money to anyone. Divine justice.

I picked this company due to the other reviews and I am so disappointed. The first guy came to do our downstairs bathroom walls and they look.decent. But he was so messy and he tracked something red all over our floors that I had to scrub off our floors when he was done. Then they told us it would be a few weeks to have our floors done in the upstairs bathroom.the next week they randomly showed up at 7am to do the floor (no one had called to book an appointment or anything) and we had to unexpectedly take days off from work and it was even more annoying that they told us it would take 2 days and it took 4.

No one from management ever called to apologize or anything. The floors are finally done and they left our bathroom disgusting. I don't expect the bathroom or anything to be perfectly clean but it took me an hour just to clean their handprints and random pieces of grout off of our walls and cabinets and shower. They nicked the corners of our our walls leaving marks and missing paint and they DESTROYED the paint all above our baseboards and now we are going to have to pay to have our walls repainted.

And now it's been 3 weeks since they did the work and the grout is already breaking and coming out from between the tile. I pick up pieces of grout almost every day. I'm pretty sure they didn't do a sealant or anything. Again we are going to have to pay more money to have the work redone. They also left a piece of broken tile or something under the carpet leading into the bathroom so now we step on a hard shard of tile every time we enter our bathroom.

No one ever called to make sure the work was done right or that everything was okay with the work.but best believe they were really quick to call me to collect money. And even when I explained I was waiting on my insurance company to pay them.they were again pretty quick to threaten to send me to collections. I know times are weird and they continued to tell me how busy they are.but it's not an excuse for sloppy work and bad customer service. We paid thousands of dollars for our bathrooms to look worse than how they started 3 months ago.

I AM SO very impressed with this company! The communication (like letting me know they're running a little late due to traffic) ALWAYS calling ahead to check MY availability, the upfront info on cost, no hidden fees etc., the courtesy of every employee and above all, the quality of the work! The cabinets they rebuilt for me are perfect! I couldn't be happier and will ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone who needs new cabinets!

The price is totally reasonable too I might add! I was without cabinets for FOUR MONTHS because of a previous company (Adam's Disaster & restoration) and it was nothing but headache, hell and bullshit! (Read my review about them, and what others had to say). Western Skies was the epitome of perfection throughout the entire process AND they got my cabinets rebuilt pretty damn fast, especially compared to others! I've never been so enthusiastic about a "construction" company before! BTW the wood isn't cheap particle board! It's good and sturdy! Steve was the one overseeing my project and he is WONDERFUL! Super nice guy! Skip the searching around and just go straight to them!

Western Skies Restoration completed work on my home that included an addition for a walk in pantry, mud room, laundry and storage. From our first meeting to the final walk through Mike and his team communicated every step or change effectively. As we made changes to our original plan mid-stream Mike's team was able to provide a revised estimate and timeline immediately that allowed us to plan accordingly. His staff was clean, communicative, pleasant and outgoing while in our home. I highly recommend Western Skies to homeowners for any size project.

We rely heavily upon the advice and recommendations of our insurance salesperson particularity when dealing with matters regarding personal possessions. We had major plumbing and drywall issues at our investment property. We contacted State Farm and they provided 3 companies which could assist. We interviewed all candidates and rating their turnaround times, responsiveness, workers and staff, as well as cost, we selected Western Skies.

We were pleasantly surprised to see how well they did and were able to accomplish within a reasonable time and cost budget. The office staff was easy to work with and their workers' goal was to address our needs and satisfy our expectations. We plan to use them in the future and have recommended them to others and in particular notified Stare Farm, as well as our residential community, Western Skies should be on the top of their recommended list. Our Insurance agent website recommended Western Skies as a possible contractor. After checking out all the recommended contractors through the BBB and the Az Contractors Board; we selected them to repair the damage from a terrible monsoon storm. They quickly responded and worked with our insurance company to develop a quote and project plan. You would never know our house was damaged; I would highly recommend the Western Skies Restoration team.

The reason for 5 stars is that Western Skies is honest which is hard to find these days in the service industry. We had a kitchen flood and was told the cabinets needed to be taken out with the chance of cracking the granite and the tile. Western Skies replaced just the areas that had water damage. They were clean, professional and and honest! Couldn't be more pleased and will definitely call them again if needed.

I wanted to thank the team at Western Skies Restoration on an amazing job they did to fix my aunts house! Troy was always there to answers questions, always kept me in the loop, and made the whole process a smooth one. Troy was very attentive and did numerous checks on the work as it was being done. Troy was very pleasant to work with. He was very professional and polite.

The office team was also so very professional and polite any time I called and helped answer any questions I had. The work that was done looks amazing! I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Western Skies exceeded my expectations. Joanne the office manager, was extremely efficient and very prompt in her response time. The superintendent Steve Mercurio was very nice and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and provided me a solution for any concerns I had. Troy did an awesome job demoing the bathroom and it was very enjoyable getting to know him as well. Brian the re-modeler, was quick, efficient, and very good at what he does.

He's not much of a chatter box but his work shows with his stern silence. I would love to do business with them again in the future. Something to note. Even when the job was done, I noticed some spots that needed touching up. I reached out to Joanne and she had Brian reach out to me the next day to schedule something within the next few days. All I can say is that they are an incredible company with incredible people. Highly recommend.

Western skies did a fantastic job on replacing our water heater and repairing the pedestal which the water heater sits on that had extensive water damage. They came out within a few hours of calling and gave me a quote. Great pricing! A+ for customer service as well. Joanne was always prompt at getting back to me and answering any questions. The job was done in a day so we didn't have to go without hot water. Highly recommend!

We had our roof torn off during a microburst in July 2017. So this was about a 4 month project for them. This company is great and couldn't have been nicer to work with. Linda in the office and Troy and Mike were the dream team I got to work with. They worked well with my insurance adjustors and there were many through that process so it was so nice to have a consistent group at Western Skies to deal with. They had great resources from electricians, flooring, and everything else you could think of. I have a brand new house thanks to them and I couldn't be more pleased.

Western Skies Restoration is a FANTASTIC company to work with--professional, on-time as promised, and excellent end result! They went above and beyond to accommodate us over a busy holiday weekend. Calls are promptly answered and any issues that may arise are immediately dealt with.

Once we got past the drying stage of our water leak project, Western Skies came in and did an excellent job of restoration. They were also attentive to our needs and requests and we would most assuredly utilize their skills again in the future. Western Skies did a great job restoring and remodeling my master bathroom after I had a water leak due to problems with leaky plumbing. They came in and performed all tasks in a professional and timely manner. I will be using them again when I am ready to get my kitchen remodeled sometime next year. My experience with Western Skies has been nothing but lengthy and unprofessional. I am on the board of the HOA for a townhome association. We were working with Western Skies to gain a bid for work. After a phone conversation with Mike B. I was left expecting a revised bid the following week. Three weeks later I gave Mike a call regarding our quote.

He informed me that because in those three weeks he was out bid on a different project at a different community that is managed by our management company that he would be no longer willing to work with us. He felt his time had been wasted and would be out bid again. Sadly what Mike didn't realize is he wasted OUR time. In those three weeks the HOA was ready to approve the bid coming from Western Skies.

We were ready to start work and we had narrowed on Western Skies and only Western Skies to do the work. This was extremely unprofessional and I will never waste MY time with Western Skies again. I hope that you do not make the same mistake that we have.

Everything that was needed to be completed (Retexturing, Painting, Plumbing, Appliance Installations.) The Western Skies Restoration Team took care of it.
