Water Restoration due to bad water damage we had in a closet in our downstairs room. The staff in the office was very helpful with getting the techs out to do the repairs to the closet. They did an EXCELLENT job plus the price was fair. Hey guys keep up the GREAT workmanship!

Kevin was the project manager for our water damage issue. I think he actually works in marketing, so the fact that he was able to jump in this role and do it well was pretty impressive. He was a delight to work with, and my mother in law, who is a real crab, even liked him. They worked quickly packing out our stuff so they could get to all of the water damage, but were very careful with my mother in law's fragile trinkets.

We live in San Tan Valley in a place that was hard to find in Google maps because it is newer and Kevin even showed me some tricks to help people find our house when coming to visit because it doesn't show up right on the maps.

We had a lot of interaction with Cary and Denise in the office in Mesa. They were really pleasant to work with which was nice because our insurance adjuster was a real pain in the you know what. They were very helpful dealing with him and made sure everything that needed to get covered did. Their pricing was also cheaper than the other restoration companies we had called out for quotes.

That is why our adjuster wanted to work with them. There were a few times that I asked them if they wished they had put through a higher bid after getting off a frustrating call with the adjuster.

We had our toilet supply line break and flooded half of the downstairs. We had used a Servpro up in Washington where we used to live and had a good experience, so we called them down here as well. Same great service! They actually showed us this app that we can use for emergency prep for our house which is really cool, because I like free things and the folder we have with all of our emergency contacts gets lost allllll the time. Pretty cool.

We came home from a vacation to find that our washing machine hose had broken and flooded both floors in our house. It was a disaster! They took care of everything. It was a 6 or 7 month process. Luckily our adjuster had worked with them in the past, so that made things go smoother. Their reconstruction job was amazing. It actually looked better than it did before the flood. Aaron was our reconstruction project manager and was great to work with. He really kept us up to date with everything throughout the whole process.

They did an excellent job. My wife doesn't like it when I cook because I almost burnt down the kitchen while making dinner. We had one company come out and tell us that everything in the kitchen had to be ripped out and replaced and all sorts of nonsense. Servpro was a completely different story. They did have to replace all of the upper cabinets, but they were able to find cabinets that matched our lower cabinets.

That helped save some money. They also spent a significant amount of time manually cleaning all of the walls, tables, and other surfaces to remove the soot. I had no idea it had made it all the way down the hall, something the other guys had overlooked. They were extremely meticulous.

My mom is a bit of a hoarder and things really got out of hand about a year ago. Then she had a flood in her house because the toilet backed up and the house was a disaster. They were very sensitive with dealing with my mom trying not to offend her with going over the extent of the damage and what needed to be done. Their packout crew detailed everything that had to be thrown out so she knew what was left and what was gone and even went through a lot of what was left to help her figure out what she really needed and didn't need to cut down on storage fees while the reconstruction was being done.

They were a lot more effective than we have ever been with that. I told them they were fighting a losing battle and was pleasantly surprised at the result. The reconstruction took a little longer than expected, but that is partially because my mom was REALLY picky on what she wanted and might have changed her mind a time or two. They were great! They have no idea the burden they lifted off our shoulders with the work that they did. Paul is the owner and a very genuinely good person.

We had to use servpro for a flood we had in our house in san tan valley. They did a great job and got it done pretty quickly. They helped us communicate back and forth with our insurance which was really helpful. Our insurance adjuster was pretty good, but because they never really had a chance to visit the property so there were some issues they weren't really understanding and Paul and Cary helped us get the adjuster to understand why some flooring issues needed to be covered even though they originally trying to not cover them.

We had a huge mold issue in our house after a storm this summer that was discovered just coming back from a 6 month deployment overseas. Our son has respiratory issues so we were really worried about making sure it got cleaned up right. They took care of everything and had everything taken care of before we arrived back home. I really appreciate the fact that they worked extra hours a couple of days to make sure it was done on time.

This was probably one of the best experiences dealing with water and mold damage. SERVPRO did such an amazing job removing the mold and taking care of the water damage. These guys are great. Not only did they do an amazing job taking care of our flood damage, but my mother in law is old and a bit ornery and levi and adam were great with her. She would say stuff that was pretty rude and they would take it and joke back with her like it was a game. It was kind of entertaining to watch. Amazing customer service!

I was actually looking for another servpro when I originally called, I didn’t realize there were more than one. They showed up first in the search so I called them, glad I did!

I thought our water issue was a lot worse than it actually was. Adam and Jayton came out for the inspection and showed me that it wasn't as bad as I originally thought and they actually showed me how I could take care of it myself if I wanted to save money because insurance probably wasn't going to cover it. That doesn't happen everyday. I went ahead and paid them to take care of it anyways to make sure it was done right. I really appreciated their honesty. They could have taken advantage of the situation if they really wanted to and I wouldn't have known any difference.

This is the 2nd time we used Servpro for ozone treatments to get rid of the animal smell in our pantry. We have a couple of dogs and cats and they tend to create a bit of a mess sometimes. They are very professional and got the job done quickly and well. Prices were reasonable too.

I had a hot water tank leak that went through and around the pedestal and into the walls. Kevin and his team were very professional (on time, polite, informative, and cleaned everything up when they were done). I was told upfront what they were going to do, why each thing needed to be done, and how long their services would be needed. Their calculations were spot on and they also helped me with my house insurance.claim. I"m disabled and wheelchair bound; they made sure all their fans were placed effectively, yet did not hinder my ability to get around in the hallways.

They moved some on of belongings for me that were getting wet and that I wasn't able to move myself. When they were finished, you could not tell they had ever been there (meaning they left my home "as it was" prior to the water mess). I highly recommend SERVPRO and would definitely use them again.

Great Experience!! We just had the best experience after our toilet overflowed. We called Servpro they immediately came out. With scopes they checked for water damage to walls and flooring and carpet and found no damage. They cleaned the bathroom floor and sanitized it and didn't charge anything. They said they would have charged if there had been damage but since we had none there wasn't a charge and they were happy to help.

If there is damage they take pictures and everything for your insurance. We used them 25 years ago for a fire. They handled everything. I love this company. Levi Frost was the crew leader. Servpro in Mesa at 480) 553-7103 (They also do carpet cleaning, 32 years ago they got a huge grape juice stain out that nobody else could) I will never use another company!

When I was flooded this past Saturday, my neighbor recommended Servpro. He had dealt with them in the Northwest. I had a feeling they would be too busy to handle my situation. I was pleasantly surprised when Paul Frost(owner) was so empathetic and took plenty of time on the phone telling me my neighbors and I were doing all the right things-not. trying to take advantage of my desperate situation.

I called back when I realized the situation was more serious and Paul was able to send Levi and Adam out to assist with removing flooring, etc. They were very nice, professional and hard working. i can't compliment them enough. they were like the cavalry-and I was so appreciative. Paul and his son, Kevin came out today to pick up industrial fans and remove more debris.

I found out that Levi is Paul's other son and Adam is a son-in-law. Paul took a lot of time talking about options and making recommendations. This is an amazing family operation. customer service is exceptional-and I can't say enough good things about Servpro for your cleanup and restoration needs! I am beyond impressed.

Paul Frost was my hero today. I discovered a recent leak in my new home. I panicked like most new homeowners worried about the mold build up and the probable out of pocket costs. Paul showed up to my house and was able to provide me with his honest answer that the water damage was minimal and advised me on what would be the best course of action. Since then water damage was minor, Paul was very honest with me by explaining that this was something that could be handled by the homeowner. It was a pleasure to work with the staff at ServPro North Central Mesa. All the employees we dealt with were nothing but pleasant to deal with. The owner of the company came to the property very fast due to a water emergency we had. They were very professional and the work they did helped keep the room from being a complete loss.
