East Valley Disaster Services is finishing the work that was created from a flooding of our neighbor in our condo development. All the men we have met with this company have been courteous and good with follow up. Today Israel and Javier Cameon did our carpet cleaning and they were problem solvers and went the extra mile. Highly recommend them and the company.

EVDS lives up to its name - it is a disaster of a company full of money hungry, unreliable, unprofessional, dishonest people. I assume the "owner" will reply to this message with some measure of disagreement, despite me reaching out multiple times to him without a response. These google reviews don't jive with what I (and others I know) have experienced with this company.

I recommend y**p for more accurate reviews. I should start with the positive - the workers that came to my house were diligent and kind. Here's the rest. I hired this company on the advice of my insurance company for water damage in 9/21. Brad B. ultimately visited to determine the scope of work needed, and presented me with an estimate that seemed reasonable (with time, Brad proved himself to be slow to respond, dishonest, lazy, and entirely unprofessional).

When I asked for the him to provide me an estimate for the drywall work and leave the flooring to me, he refused and removed my job from their schedule without notifying me. Two months later, I found this out after calling another less than responsive worker, Spencer T. Spencer was apologetic, and was able to get me back on the schedule but not until mid January, delaying my project 2 months.

Fast forward - drywall/electrical/tile work was completed in several weeks, but the flooring subcontractor wasn't scheduled in a timely fashion, and this company had a 3-4 month delay in material availability, along with a $17,000 (!) estimate for roughly $4000 of flooring work. Which would have made the project (estimated to last 4 weeks) a 9 month marathon.

I wasn't happy but Brad and Spencer basically told me to pound sand. I told EVDS I didn't want any more work done. HERE'S THE KICKER. I kept receiving bills for a $1600 balance despite all work being paid for. Explanation? Fine print in the contract "entitled evds to overhead and profit for work", even if it wasn't done. This has led to multiple calls from management threatening to take me to small claims court for this balance.

I have made multiple calls to speak with Josh (business owner apparently) without a response. Take it from me. Stay away from this company at all costs. They cannot be trusted, and are not concerned with their clients' needs.

We recently hired EVDS to replace our French patio doors. DJ and his team (Tony Smith, Wylie Yaw, Randy Martinsen, Javier Carreon and Dan Ethridge) did a great job! Each one of them has their own area of expertise and does exceptional work. I would definitely consider hiring them again in the future.

I can't say enough good things about EVDS. From my initial and then many, many phone calls with Luke after a water pipe burst in my kitchen, to organizing the restoration project with Jeremiah, to the amazing packing and final cleaning job by Stephanie, Guadalupe and Griselda, my experience was incredible. Due to material issues from the pandemic there was a fair amount of time from start to finish, but I was never out of the loop and always felt like an important customer. In the end, it was like my friends were helping to restore my home. I'm so satisfied by my experience with EVDS and their contractors.

They did a great job getting my house completely repaired after a fire. Gilbert was an absolute pleasure to work with. The communication was great. Easy to get on the phone and he always kept me up to date and answered my questions in a very straight forward, honest manner. The end result was just how I wanted it. Our builder from EVD name is Fernando. He was punctual, courteous & professional, keeping everything tidy as he worked. They honored their bid & finished ahead of time! I can't think of a better company to work with. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Each person I dealt with was fantastic. You call on EVD because you have an issue and they do their very best to get it addressed ASAP. I was out of town when "disaster" struck (water, leaking). They were at the other end of the phone each and every time I needed them.

I highly recommend this company. A shout out to Skip and Spencer. They went above and beyond to work with my tenant on very special environmental issues and really were incredible. She was happy, I was very happy. Received EVDs information from my State Farm agent and, they too, recommended them highly.

I had a lot of water damage to my home. Joe and his team were beyond amazing. Tony and Wylie did a great job with my kitchen cabinets. Stephanie, Griselda, and Lupe made my entire house clean and looking new. Joe was willing to work with me and make sure my needs were completely met. They fixed everything! I am beyond happy. My family just went through an awful time dealing with this company. Our rep Brad Bell promised the world and delivered very little. He took advantage of an 83 year woman. He left her without hot water for 14 days.

Excellent service. Quick to respond when I needed them at my house after some serious rain storms. Very honest and trustworthy. I would use them again.

These guys are absolutely horrible to work with. It took them 2 months to do a job that should have taken two weeks. Not one phase was completed on time, just one excuse after another. Very expensive and completely unreliable.
