BIG shout out to Cody. I stopped at the Quick Trip on Monroe Rd this morning to put air in my tires. The tire machine was not working properly. I saw a guy in an Air Works truck and asked if he could help me put air in my tires. He said that the air machine was missing a part soooo Cody got an air tank out of his van and filled all 4 of my tires to the proper level! Thank you Cody! You're a GREAT representative of your company and a very kind individual! Thank you again!

I've been using AirWorks for both regular maintenance as well as multiple emergency calls over the past few years, and am always really pleased with them. 9/10 times Matt is the technician who ends up coming for repairs, and he always remembers (or at least looks at the notes before he gets here, which is still awesome) previous issues, and is willing to explain what he's doing/what is causing whatever the issue is, which I appreciate, especially if/when it's something I could prevent from reoccurring.

I ended up having to have my entire heat pump system replaced this past week, and every single person involved was super knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, and just had great attitudes. I live in an older condo that had some challenges, both with the logistics of installing the new system, and with the HOA needing to approve aesthetic aspects of it outside, and Rick was very patient and willing to work with everyone to find a solution that would get approved by my HOA.

They also had really great financing options available, which made the whole thing a lot less stressful. I'll absolutely continue using them, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a heating/cooling repair company (or needing a new system).

Matt was the tech that came out to service our broken AC and he was great! Super knowledgeable and provided us with additional education/information about caring/maintaining our furnace and ac unit and also ways we could improve our heating and cooling in the future since this has been an issue for us in the past with our split level home. I completely trust and feel very satisfied with the services we received and would use and recommend them in the future!

Have been pleased with Airworks since having them install a new unit last summer. Unfortunately, my air went out today, the hottest day of the year. I called expecting it to be days until I could get service. Airworks had Matt at my home within an hour. Billy came out today and was excellent and efficient in the A/C tune up. He explained everything thoroughly and I felt like he was being genuine in his suggestions for maintenance. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I recently bought a house and within 30 days of moving in, our A/C went out. Having to go through our warranty company was a pain, but Air Works made up for the hassle with their quick and professional response. They did everything they could within the scope of my warranty. But they told me to be prepared for the whole unit to fail because the warranty company would only approve a specific part that wasn't the total issue. Lo and behold, 36 days later the whole unit became and oversize paper weight.

Once again, they were out quickly and helped us argue with the warranty company to get a new unit put in. I highly recommend working with these guys. I can personally vouch for Matt, Shawn and Troy as technicians as well as having spoken to Hope at their office. They are awesome. On one of the trips out, the owner was the one to diagnose the failed system and was the one advocating for me to the warranty company. If I have any future issues or friends needing a referral, I have their card on standby!

I called Air Works at about 4:45 on a Friday afternoon during the recent ice storm and all roads were closed. Rick Latino took my call and said he would do his best to get someone out to attend to a frozen up HVAC unit for an elderly friend.

Darel Ross and his installation tech installed a new Cooling/Heating system in a home we just purchased and we could not be anymore pleased than we are. Darel Ross owner/operator come out to meet with us, walked the exterior/interior of home, took measurements, and took the time to discuss all options and what would best fit our needs.

They are horrible. Came to my house for a service call through American Home Shield. Tech. claimed he called me and left. I was charged a service fee for ZERO WORK.

I typically do not write reviews do to my busy schedule but after the service I received from Airworks yesterday I felt like it would be the right thing to do. They came out and installed a new Bryant Housewise thermostat allowing me to monitor the energy usage of my heating and cooling system not only from my smart phone but also my tablet.

Airworks did a perfect job fixing our furnace. Mike, the service technician, arrived on time and corrected the problem quickly. He was knowledgeable and informative. And honest.
