In 2004, Frank Martinez started working as a maintenance supervisor at an apartment complex in Charlotte NC. I focused on repairing and maintaining all the heating and cooling systems. I had similar jobs with other apartment complexes until 2008 and this allowed me to become extra efficient in many different HVAC systems.
In 2009 First Choice Heating And Cooling was founded and since then we have kepted families extremely satisfied with our service. First Choice only focuses on Heating And Air Conditiion all year round. We are constantly under continuing education to improve our skills and efficiency with our service.

A/c not working Found source of A/C problem: sticking relay. Fixed relay, while I watched, so I didn't have to pay for a new one! Once system was running, blew accumulated debris from unit, cleaned coil with solution, taped lid insulation in place (it was falling down at one edge), checked other values, made sure it was working properly.

This is my first but not the last use of this company. I do not know if all the people there are as nice as Mr. Frank the tech that seviced my hvac, He went to length to explain every thing that he would do and why. I give him a top rating on his service. He is a great asset to First Choice and should be commended for it, as he is the company when he on his svc. calls.

I first met Frank in 2012 when I bought a Groupon for an A/C tuneup. Since then, I've had him come back to my place a few more times, most recently to replace my air handler. Frank is open, honest, and flexible, his turn-around time is really impressive, and he seems to always have his customer's best interests in mind.
