I had a great experience all around. Jeff came over quickly to assess my needs. He listened to my concerns and provided several options to match what I wanted. He was also very informative regarding things like code requirements. I selected a great unit at a very good price and Jeff got a crew out within a couple of days. Sean and Charlie were friendly and extremely professional. They answered all my questions and were very informative. It has only been a day, but I love my new hvac system.

Service Representative, Mr. Tim came out to investigate issues with my upstair furnace not heating. He was courteous, professional, and all things knowledgeable about why my furnace was not heating. All-City provides top notch service. Their techs are knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Our system was just serviced by Tim who thoroughly checked to make sure everything was running well. Further, he shared informative tips which will make it run even better. Finally, he offered recommendations of additions to benefit our existing units. He was so polite, not the least pushy, giving us time to consider these. We are completely satisfied with All-City Heating and Cooling and highly recommend this company!

I found All City on Angie's List and selected them due to great ratings. They were immediately responsive and Tim came out within a few hours to fix my heat that had stopped working. Within 30 minutes my heat was back on and Tim finished servicing my unit not much longer after that. Highly recommend! Great experience overall! Service:Heating system maintenance

Tim and Sean were very thorough. After looking over our system, it was determined that the system (26 years old) needed to be replaced. They stated that our mother board was giving false errors. We could replace this for a temporary fix but because of the age of our furnance it would behoove us to replace it. He called the office to have sales come out to give us a quote. Ernie came out with three different quotes.
No pressure. We talked it over and next day called with our choice. No we are waiting on the installation. In the meantime whatever the repair guys did the firnance it working good (knock on wood).

They have been faithful in setting up maintenance appointments twice a year even when I ignore them the first time. And very thorough in maintaining my very old heating and ac unit. This company is amazing, they not only are responsive but extremely professional in all aspects. They call ahead to not only make sure someone is home but also to let you know the technician is in route. They wear all the covid protective gear and the shoe covers at all times when in the home. They installed a whole new air and heat unit in my home, they were in and done in 1 day. All the technicians that have stopped in for install or check up have been awesome. I highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs.

Tim did an amazing job on replacing the motor and blower wheel on our furnace. He went above and beyond to find the parts that were needed before the holidays to get the heat flowing again. We have used all city for many years to maintain and repair our HVAC systems, And we have always been pleased. Our most recent service technician, Cameron, was outstanding. He made special efforts to find and pick up himself a part we needed to keep our house warm with a cold spell coming. In addition to knowing what he was doing and doing it well he was excellent to work with. I specially liked how well he kept us informed.

We were able to get a maintenance appointment very quickly and the woman fielding the appointment line was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our technician, Cameron, arrived on time and called 30 minutes beforehand. He explained every step he took and made sure I understood the proper maintenance steps to take between now and the company's next visit in the spring. Overall, they were great people to deal with and very affordable!

Tim came out to do a diagnosis of my AC for me to submit to my home warranty company. He was very thorough and courteous and really went above and beyond to contact them and give them the information they needed. I will be purchasing a unit from All City heat and air. My current unit is from them and it lasted 29 years. So I definitely trust their products.

All City has been providing great service for over a year. They replaced my upstairs HVAC and ductwork and the installation was quick and professional. In particular I was greatly appreciative of Ernie's honesty when I was considering replacing my downstairs AC and he talked me out of it as his professional recommendation was to wait and see. I greatly appreciated his honesty and have had a great customer experience throughout the last year.

I first used All City Heat and Air when the air conditioning wouldn't come on. They were prompt, efficient and courteous. I purchased their plan for maintenance and I have been pleased each and every time I've had them come out for routine maintenance with their speed, efficiency, courtesy, knowledge and professionalism. Dean, who answered the phone when I called to schedule, was polite and informed. He worked with me to find a day and time that fit my schedule, and today, less than a week later, Forrest arrived to check our A/C units for the season. Dean called about 45 minutes before Forrest arrived to be sure someone was home. I was, but I appreciate such a large time window; if I had forgotten, I would most likely be able to get home before the tech arrived. Forrest was also very polite and explained all my options and the pricing that went along with them.

Guy came out and told me there is no way my unit could run the way it was set up and that someone (seemed like he was implying me) was tampering with the outside unit. Told me that it would cost $6-$7k to replace "the unit" on a small 1145 sq ft house. They charged me $79 (diagnostics) tell me my unit isn't working (which I already knew), told me he could fix it, but he'd probably be back in a week to fix it again to try to encourage me to replace my entire HVAC unit. I called a popular home improvement store, and they're coming out this week for free to give me an estimate on repairs or unit replacement.
