This is a really good company. I would choose them over Brothers, or Morris Jenkins any day and time. On time explains issues well and leaves the decision to you with no pushy attitude. I had a complete install of my heat and AC today June 7th this was seamless. My installers Dalton and Johnny were absolutely terrific. They were very professional.

Every part of this experience was excellent. When you call, you'll get to speak with Lauren or Lynn. They are both super helpful, quick, and have great attitudes. After calling in, Jake was able to come out that same day to look at our old system. He was so knowledgeable, and I didn't feel pressured to do anything. He educated us and we were given time to make our decision.

When we did decide, Lauren and Lynn got us on the schedule really fast for Omar and Masin. They were wonderful! They worked quickly, were so polite to all of us, and the room where the inside work was done was cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. Jason Harmon told us how old and worn out our A/C system is and that it won't make it through another summer. Ya, I heard that before but when we saw pictures of what our system looked like we decided to go forward and replace the unit. No pressure just truth and honesty about the situation. WOW! Just had Anderson Heating and Cooling out to my house to do maintenance on my A/C unit. These guys are fantastic! Melissa who I spoke with on my initial call was very pleasant and booked my appointment very quickly (great first impression). The technician Jonathan showed up five minutes before his 12:00pm appointment time and this guy is AWESOME!.

Very knowledgeable, polite, and customer service driven. In a day when it is really hard to find good customer service, Anderson Heating and Cooling is knocking it out of the park. They will be my referral, hands down. Kevin

Jason is our technician. He is friendly, personable and professional. He arrived on time and worked in the rain to do maintenance on our HVAC. He spoke with me about future plans and quoted prices for future work, with no pressure! We have relied on Andersen for many years to take care of our homes in Charlotte and Lake Norman. We have always been pleased.

Our Goodman system was nearly 16 years old and we were considering replacing the entire system. The original Goodman system was installed by Andersen and Andersen technicians kept it running during that time. We wanted to bring our HVAC system up to date so we contacted Andersen. They sent Omar Abundez and his assistant, Masin, out to check on our Goodman system.

We decided to purchase a new system because we didn't want to pay money for fairly expensive repairs on our old system. We agreed on a new Rheem system on 3/14/2022. The very next day Omar and Masin were here at 9:00 They took our old system out, put our new system in and it was up and running by 1:00pm. Our furnace is in the attic accessed by pull down stairs.

It isn't an easy task getting anything up there. They took out the old furnace and put the new one up there without any damage what so ever of any kind. They were great to work with and we were extremely pleased with their courtesy, their willingness to answer any and all of our questions, their installation work and their promptness. They cleaned up the attic and everything downstairs and we didn't have to do anything. They were awesome. We would highly recommend Omar and Masin if you ever get the option of having them do your installation.

I have been with Anderson for sometime now and have never written a review. Felt like I needed to compliment them in their outstanding service and knowledgeable techs. I have never had a bad experience with them and this morning was another outstanding one. Our tech showed up promptly, was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated effectively that makes you feel as though you are in great hands.

Although this morning was just a maintenance appointment, they have done a great deal of work over the past few years from repairs to replacing my upstairs unit. I called Andersen today to have my Heater fixed. The response to my call was timely. The technician, Jason arrived. He was personable, thorough and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. He set me up on a reasonably priced maintenance plan. We had an ice storm yesterday and I appreciate him coming to the house today. I would recommend Jason and Andersen no doubt. Jason was easy to work with. He explained the benefits of the system being installed and how it would work. He was a professional at all times and answered my questions so I could understand. I am a widow and I have been taken advantage of my companies because I did not have the knowledge I needed to really understand what I the job was and would do. Jason put me at ease and made sure I understood the equipment and installation service. I would recommend this company and Jason to anyone needing a professional knowledgeable heating and cooling service engineer.

Just had a very pleasant and useful visit for our semi-annual check up. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, TK, did an excellent job of explaining what was checked and the results of his examination of our (now 8 year-old) system.

Andersen is a great company. I highly recommend them and Dale is the man! They work to find the right solution to your needs. There's a lot of providers in this industry, but a reliable one is hard to find.

I could not have been more satisfied with Andersen Heating and Cooling. Their pricing was very competitive with other comparable companies but I think their customer service really made them stand out.
