The technician who came by was extremely professional and truly knowledgeable about their job. I absolutely LOVE this company. With the colder weather coming, I turned on my heat one day and my house wouldn't heat properly. I called them up and they responded quickly sending Mike out to take a look at our HVAC system. He was able to identify the root problem and solve it quickly and efficiently. I feel much more confident having my home ready going into December! I can't recommend them highly enough!

Could not recommend these guys enough. With temps dropping, my heater was not keeping up and with my elderly parents here, I was worried what the winter would bring. Michael came out right away and was able to get it fixed up and working. I also got a maintenance package to make sure we're covered for the coming months. If your heater is giving you trouble in the Charlotte area, I highly recommend them.

Jason A was the service tech from Reliable Mechanical Services that was assigned to check out our furnace. The problem being that the gas flame would only come on for a few seconds and then trip off. He arrived within the scheduled service call appt. time. Jason quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad flame sensor and a failing flame igniter. he did not have the replacement parts on his truck and told me that he would have to get them from the parts warehouse in the morning assuming they had them in stock.
I received a text the following morning from Jason stating that he had the parts and was on the way over to install them. He arrived within an hour and installed the new parts. PROBLEM SOLVED. I highly recommend Reliable Mechanical Services and Jason. He was very knowledable and personable.!

Couldn't ask for better. Our old AC went out and our pets were panting. Reliable had a loaner out THAT DAY! They worked and helped us deal with our insurances and warranties and made sure that we had everything we needed. Including double checking the unit size with our SF to make me happy. Shannon at the call center helped me with everything I needed and Jeff called whenever I had technical questions and made sure I understood what was needed. Bravo!

Great experience with these guys on numerous occasions. Have used more than once, for varying items. Very knowledgeable and professional. Reasonable priced, and more importantly, they do not try to "up-sell", as if it is serviceable, they service it, and do not try to sell you something new to make more $$$. Have a lot of trust with these guys and highly recommend.

I can't begin to describe how happy I was with the service RMS gave me. Shannon worked with me over the phone to get me scheduled and handled my home warranty claim. Jason, the initial tech, came out and thoroughly checked my system to find my evap coil needed to be replaced. And a 3 person crew came out and installed my parts in less than 2.5 hours.
Every interaction I had was friendly and professional from start to finish. My house is cooling great and I couldn't be happier. I will use RMS for any AC job going forward. Thanks guys!

Yesterday, which was Labor Day, was our first experience with RMS. Surprisingly, I received a call back in a reasonable amount of time by Jeff. He advised that someone would be out today (Tuesday) between 9am - 10am. Sure enough, I got a call by Jason to let me know he was en route and he arrived before 10am. Jason quickly diagnosed our no cooling issue, he left to pick up a part, called me again in a short period of time to advised that he was en route back to our home. He arrived, replaced the part (fixed the issue) within minutes and after payment, he was on his way to the next call. Wow!
