The technician was very knowledgeable about my dryer. He was fast and efficient, explaining everything to me. He was cautious with all the components removed, taking care not to bump the walls and other appliances. He even vacuumed out the spaces inside the dryer. Overall, I am beyond impressed! I called Houston Katy Appliance Repair based on reviews and the fact that they repaired Samsung washers and dryers. Danny, the technician, did not disappoint! Not only was he on time but he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable! But, most of all, he was HONEST! He could have recommended a new computer board but he advised that it wasn't worth the cost and that it was better to purchase a new washer.
He also advised on which brands to stay clear of and which to purchase. Let's just say, more expensive is not always better! I am so glad I called. Give them a try! You won't be disappointed!

Just solid professionalism on our older GE Dryer. Great price and technician stuck to it, even after a bit of a challenge where he will have to come back. He told me that there would be no charge and he wouldn't budge off of that. Even better, a young man was with the technician as an apprentice! Anyone who reads this should look around at your kids and wonder if an $80k to $200k(+) education in Poetry, or whatever Liberal Arts degree they choose, is really worth it. Love the concept.

I've changed my 5 star review to 1. They were prompt with great service my first visit but now it's impossible to get someone to call you back. Had them do work on my dryer. It worked for one week before something fell off and now it makes a rattling noise. Called repeatedly to have someone come back out on a warranty call. I've now called someone else that a friend recommend. Very unhappy with their customer service and work quality.

Houston Katy Appliance Repair is absolutely amazing. Not only do they offer a quality service at a a great price, but they're extremely professional. We called them to help with issues we were having with our dryer and we're so happy that we did. Frank came out to assist us with the issue and he was a true professional. He called to confirm his time and explained in great detail what was wrong. He fixed everything and also offered some great advice and problem solving info. They get 5 stars from us across the board. Can't go wrong with this company.

Houston Katy Appliance Repair is outstanding and extremely professional. I called them based on the reviews and I am so glad that I did. Our dryer was in critical condition. Frank was right on time, patiently explained in great details what was wrong, fixed it perfectly, and had some excellent suggestions. They are #1 on our list to call next time we have a problem. When washing machine quit working on Saturday afternoon, a call was made to Frank who came out on Monday to perform diagnostics to determine the problem. He was very professional and honest about the repairs saying that if he could even get the part for a 13 year old machine, he felt it would be too much money to spend on that old of a machine. I really appreciated his honesty even though it cost him a repair job. I would not hesitate to call again if another appliance has problems.
