I needed the bearing in my washer replaced. It cost as much as buying a new washer to replace it with Bill Anderson. We decided have Bill Anderson complete the work, because we wanted to support small businesses. The installation was not done properly or they installed a low quality item and the bearing needs to be replaced again. We have called and set up times for their "Warranty" work but they have been a no show both times.

Called for an appointment on Thursday 09/05/2019 was advised it would be 10-12 09/06/2019 no show then while at work I received two calls trying to get us to go ahead and have them come out Saturday 09/07/2019 we called someone else and they came same day. I will not use them again.not good especially since I just moved to this area last year from Florida for employment and getting the run around please do not count on this company for your repair needs.
