They looked at my refrigerator and told me that the compressor has a relatively long warranty and suggested I contact the manufacturer since they could get the part faster and I wouldn't need to get reimbursed by them. They fixed my wine cooler quickly and efficiently (once the part arrived). The technician was professional, wore shoe covers and a mask. I will be happy to call them again.

We called this company because it was listed on the LG appliance website as someone to call for LG repair. The diagnostic fee was 165 which I was fine with. The compressor was still under warranty but they wanted us to pay for the compressor and then wait for LG to reimburse them and then we would get our money back on the compressor. I was OK with that too until I found out they wanted $895 just to change out a compressor.
I have seen compressors done on this refrigerator before and it took less than an hour. So that means they charge 895 an hour? Regardless I opted out of the actual repair and decided to go buy a new refrigerator which was only gonna cost a couple hundred dollars more than the repair of my old one because of the outrageous labor charges. The technician himself was very nice and courteous but I can't recommend this company because of the out rages labor prices. 895 is still high, even if it's a 3 hour job.
Do the math, that's close to $300 an hour. My lawyer doesn't charge that much. Not to mention, it could have been a faulty icemaker because once the technician turned the icemaker off, the refrigerator and freezer started keeping temperatures as it should. Now we have purchased a new refrigerator when really possibly, all we needed to do was purchase ice cube trays.

The repair person, James followed the companies strict COVID protocols. He was professional, knowledgeable, informative and truly seemed to love his job. He diagnosed the problem quickly and told me how to prevent it from reoccurring. James also gave me tips on the efficient use of my LG washer and dryer. He ordered the parts I needed and they arrived quickly. The same technician came back with the parts and installed them. My machine is back in perfect working order thanks to James.

James from Masterminds of Appliances was right on time and really knew his stuff. I knew exactly how to open up my LG washer and troubleshoot the problem. They had to order a part, but James returned a week later and fixed and tested the washer. He drove a marked van and was careful to use a mask. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Good job!

Technician showed up to evaluate and repair several appliances including an under the counter Icemaker. I was out of state and asked our children’s nanny to let him in. He removed the icemaker to clean its coil then tasked our nanny with putting it back into place while he addressed the placement of the drain line. She was not physically able to do so and in trying to do so, scratched and gouged our wood floor significantly.
Why this so-called professional would ever expect the nanny to do his job of replacing the appliance is beyond me. When I asked him to cover the cost of repairing the damage he obviously caused, he steadfastly refused to do so and insisted it was entirely the nanny’s fault. Shamelessly unprofessional. If you need help, bring an assistant. When you screw up, own it.

Our technician was very attentive to our schedule needs and worked to get in and out in order for us to get to where we needed to for another appointment. Our microwave was a pain, but he was kind and handled the job with grace. He even taught my son and I a lot about the inner workings of a microwave. He left us with advice as to seeking an electrician to place the microwave on its own breaker to prevent further fuse burnout. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

James has been to my house twice to check our ice maker and then our Wolf Range. He is very professional in his demeanor and knowledgeable about the equipment He did not recommend a bunch of unnecessary parts replacements or push expensive service contracts. He was very thorough in checking out the equipment and with the ice maker he spent time on the phone with the manufacturer trying to resolve our issue.
I felt confident that he was honest in his summary and recommendation. I highly recommend this company as well. Their dispatcher is friendly and helpful and they have an automated alert system to inform you of the technicians arrival time. This is the best company of its kind that I have ever used.

These guys are amazing. We called them for our fridge that stopped working, not only they were quick, but they're also very professional. JP, the tech that came to my house found the problem within a few minutes, explained the cause and he had the part I needed with him. Honest repair place. The technician came and spent nearly two hours to finally diagnose the change from ALL sensitive to Kirkland brand soap was the reason our washer was overflowing out a vent. I even asked them to put some new parts in, but the technician was so confident in his diagnosis, he declined!

This is the fourth time I have used this company and I can't compliment them enough. They are very responsive both in their answering and making appointments, they follow through and their great technicians. Waited a week and a half and paid $85.00 for no reason at all. They give you a longer window of time than AT&T to show up at your house, pay no attention to the advance arrival notice requested, and then show no remorse or are even apologetic in the slightest when they can't make it to your house within the 6 hour window that they give you after making someone available at your place for an entire Saturday.
Even after showing up at my place looking at the issue, it takes an additional almost 72 hours for them to give you an estimate on how much it will cost to repair anything. I would definitely take my business somewhere that is prompt, attentive, and more caring to the needs of their customer.

JP (James) came out to address our issues. He thoroughly explained our problem and the fix needed. The office called promptly with estimates. Once the parts arrived, JP came out to do the repairs. Once again, he went over what he was doing and showed me the part while explaining how it would fix my issue.
