Terry helped me pick out the wood flooring and gave me an excellent price on material and install. He said he had the best installation crew in town. Used these guys at least three different times for carpet and tile. Great experience every time, and ROCK BOTTOM pricing that is half of what you find at most other places. Yeah, their selection process sometimes involves walking around what I would call a flooring junkyard but the quality of the product is great, and at the end of the day you get great flooring at a great price.

We were scheduled to have carpet installed. No one bothered to call us to tell us the carpet hadn't arrived and a 4pm that afternoon they decided to call to find out where the carpet is. Only after I called them to make sure we were still scheduled for installation.
