Tom and Chris came out to diagnose my AC issue at 8 pm when the company who installed it was not available. They spent 2 hours thoroughly inspecting and diagnosing the issue that had been missed by another provider. They explained everything to me so I could fully understand the problem even while my toddler was interrupting. They're fair with pricing and offer a military discount which helps a lot. We appreciate the service we were provided this evening.

They are the BEST! Hands down! I own 2 houses and have used them for both! They came out for a second opinion when another company did I needed to replace the entire unit. Told me that isn't necessary and replaced one part instead. Kelyn is amazing! He is on time, professional and personable. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends in need of AC repair!

UPDATE: These guys get better and better. Our AC issues only started with the gunk that came off of the coils. The system had been doing its best for a long time under sub-optimal conditions. We got the coils cleaned, next issue was a leak. They found the leak and fixed it, the next issue was the part of the AC system that sits outside. Years of working under extreme pressure meant the second it could breathe easy, it just gave up. Rich, Shawn, and Tom (the owner) came up with a solution for us that didn't break the bank and worked with us to implement it.

I'd like to think that a small part of them working with us had something to do with us not being jerks when one problem with the system led to another. In general, I think it pays to be nice to people who are solving problems for you. *** Mike came out to diagnose our AC issues and had the problem identified in very short order - filthy, completely blocked coils. Today, Rich is here going above and beyond to solve our problem.

He is incredibly conscientious about his work, easy to have working in the house, and I am confident we will have the AC back up and running in short order. As a word of warning to everyone else, have your coils maintained and swap out your filters regularly. We had filters in place, but that pile of gunk is what one long haired cat + renovation in the house will do to your ac unit. And if you haven't had your HVAC tuned up in a while, call these folks.

I cannot brag on this company enough. We have a service plan for our air conditioning, and they are nothing but professional. For every visit we receive a text that they are on the way and every service technician we have had has been professional and polite. This past visit we had Josh and he was great! Ideal also has a division for electric that we have utilized. Chris and his associate came and evaluated the situation, gave an honest assessment and gave us several options and recommendations. You will not find a better company for company service and knowledge of their craft.

Tom and his crew (Jason, Kevin, Mike, and Chris) did a tremendous job of installing my new water to air unit. My bedroom finally gets the air needed to keep it cool year round. They stayed late on Thursday until the job was completely done. I highly recommend using Ideal Conditions, because they are extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Ideal Conditions recently installed a new HVAC system, including all new duct work, to our home, and we could not be more impressed. Everyone in this company takes ownership, works hard, and does a great job. The owner Tom provided the bid, and was able to provide a quote quickly. Once we agreed, the work began and was completed quickly. Special shout-outs to Mike, Josh, Rich, Jason, Kevin, Sean and Chris, who all worked very hard to make this job a success.

Yesterday Mike came out to service my AC since it was not cooling. He was very knowledgeable and polite while while he was here. He mad me feel very comfortable that he was doing an excellent job and I felt that I could trust him and this company. They came out one time before by a word by mouth recommendation and did an excellent job then as well.

I asked for the same technician but he was not available this time since I called on short notice. I called on a Thursday and wanted someone here the next day on a Friday and the company was able to send Mike out. I was a pleasure to meet Mike and he met all my expectations. He explained everything that we had questions on and my AC is running better now than it has in months.

I would definitely recommend Mike as a technician and Ideal Conditions for any service calls you may have. They are an excellent company and the technicians like Mike are highly trained professionals.

We had our heater go out on the coldest weekend of the year. Originally we were told we needed a whole new system. We called Ideal Conditions based on my dad's recommendation and they said they could fix it and make it like new. Mike came out the first day and got system up and running. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. The second time a whole crew came out with Mike, Kevin, Jason and Rich.

All were professional and personable. They spent a few hours making everything like new and fixing a wrong set up that was done just 2 years ago by another company. I'm very thankful for them and highly recommend.

Yesterday Chris and Rich came to my home to correct an abundance of flex duct in my attic. Amazing how much duct was taken out and the difference in air coming out of the vents. These guys were amazing how hard they worked. Such nice guys. I am so happy I found Ideal Conditions. The office staff, Nicole and Lauren are always so nice when I call. Also I want to give a shout out to the owner, Tom.

I have an older home located in Springfield (1633) that needed two a/c units replaced. Tom came out with his installers and provided me with a reasonable estimate. All work was done with extreme attention to detail. The entire crew, Jason, Chris, Mike, Rich, and Josh were top notch. I would definitely recommend Ideal Conditions for your future A/C work.
