Established in 1977 by Paul Gatti, Gatti Plumbing is a family owned and operated business. By concentrating on new home construction in the beginning, our company steadily grew to a crew of 10 employees by the early 1990's. In 1990, Paul's son Jon Gatti, joined the company full time. He became a master plumber in 1993 and Vice President in 1996.
During this time, Paul and Jon decided the company needed to diversify to become a full service plumbing company. Thus commercial and service divisions were put in place. Gatti Plumbing is now equipped to handle larger jobs, yet small enough to give even the smallest jobs its extra attention.

We hired Gatti to do rough in plumbing for a new bathroom. From quote to scheduled service, very impressed with the work. Pricing was fair and the two technicians sent were on time, professional, and honestly really enjoyable to have around all day. I appreciated their explanations through the process and advice for the finishing touches beyond what they were installing. Solid company and employees, overall highly recommended.

Our water heater stopped working at 9pm on Friday night. I called Gatti Plumbing and left a message. Mike from Gatti called me back at 7:30 am Saturday morning and said he could be at our house in Victor within 60-90 minutes. Mike arrived on time, diagnosed the problem (failed pressure switch), and had the replacement switch on his truck. We had hot water before he left at 10am. Thank you, Gatti Plumbing and thank YOU, Mike!

Serviceman was nice enough. Replaced sink faucet and stopped that leak. Replaced tub spout to solve shower diverter problem Primary concern was the tub dripping. Was allegedly fixed but, said some water would come out after a shower until the pipe drained. several hours later tub still dripped. Next day still dripping. Owner claimed that he was losing money but he would send someone so we could buy another tub faucet. at $500. plus 2 hours labour. Also claimed that none of the original work was on the faucet.

Received a call from Jon Gatti of Gatti Plumbing to discuss my installation. They did credit the $60.00 for the service calI that was originally stated would not be charged. I sent an email to the office to service a SaniFlo toilet. The office sent a technician out. The technician was at the business for almost 15 minutes and was charged for a service call of $60.00.
When they realized that they had the wrong part they ordered the correct toilet to replace. Then charged another service call to place the order for the toilet. Once the new toilet arrived the charged another $60.00 for the install of the toilet. WARNING: Don't call the office they may charge you to answer the phone. This is an unfortunate level of service by Laurie/Laura in the billing office. The technicians were awesome and very professional.

Past repairs have fallen apart. I have called them to fix a broken repair in the past, and the guy who came out said it was really a different problem and so he charged me again. Maybe it was, and maybe it wasn't, but when the second thing I'd had them out for broke, I just went with another company instead.

Thought garbage disposal needed to be replaced, dishwasher had standing water in the bottom and sink was draining very slowly. To say I'm surprised by Gatti Plumbing is an understatement. Disposal did not need replacing, leak repaired, water drained from dishwasher. The bill was more than reasonable. I will tell everyone how pleased I am with Gatti and highly recommend them. TEN

I needed a plumber for a real bad leak in the basement and I Called Gotti plumbing because they have never failed me and again they are the best. When I called in on Monday morning, they did not have an appointment available until Tuesday. When I told Robin that it was leaking about a bucket an hour, she tried her best and got me in right away. That was awesome. Mike came out and fixed the problem quickly and did a great job! I was very pleased with the professional service both on the phone and in person. Despite some challenges that weren't their fault, the workers remained professional and relaxed and didn't say one negative thing. No swears. They even greeted my 8 year old when he got home from school. Their work was impeccable and clean. Worth the price for me!

I will say I am quite surprised with the negative reviews of Gatti Plumbing. I have used them several times in the past four years (after getting the run around from several other local plumbing companies), and they are always great. The schedulers do their best to get them to my home as quickly as possible, and then once the servicemen are here they are professional, careful and thorough. It's great to know that Gatti will be there when my family needs them!

Best plumbing business I have ever dealt with. I phoned them early in the day and spoke with a very kind and empathetic rep, Robin. She explained they had a full schedule for same day service, but she would she what she could do. Within one hour, got a call from Mike. He was at my house within 30 minutes to replace a check valve on my sump pump. He was very professional and personable and the job was completed perfectly. I never hear the loud noise from my sump pump anymore. I thought the price was reasonable as well. I will definitely use their services in the future. Thank you again.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking a few years ago so I called Gatti and ordered a specific faucet. When they arrived I was told, "Gee. I don't have it on the truck. How about this one?" Reluctantly I said OK because of the leak, and have regretted it ever since. The handle is very short which makes it impossible to set for warm water - it is either too hot or too cold. Yesterday I got burned. Today the faucet began to groan when moved. Why did I keep it so long? Because the next one could even be worse.

I love Gatti plumbers. We called at 8:45 on Thanksgiving evening because the kitchen sink and laundry room drains were blocked. They sent a plumber within an hour who was extremely polite and skilled. It was such a relief to be able to turn on the dishwasher and get to bed. Thank you, Gatti Plumbing!

This was a very good experience for us. We have used Gatti Plumbing before and have always found them to be knowledgable, friendly, and honest with a fair price. I called the office the day following our installation to let them know what a pleasant experience I had with the installation process. Brent was on time, friendly, and patient when answering all of my questions.

I called them at 4:32PM to unclog the only toilet in our house. Tommy arrived at 6:25, which for an unscheduled service call is great turn around time, especially at that time of day! Tommy called when he was on his way and said he would be here in 20-25 minutes, which he was. He fixed the problem in 5 minutes and because of that, tried to get me a lower price.
He called his boss, who wouldn't let him (understandably, since they pay him overtime to work after 6), but I really appreciated the effort on Tommy's part. He was courteous, efficient, and didn't seem to mind that my 2-year old daughter was right there watching him work. I will definitely be using them again!

What a great company with knowledgeable plumbers! Tom came in, looked at the work to be done and said "I got this" and went to work. He was finished within 2 hours which was what the quoted time was. He cleaned up and was extremely friendly. I highly recommend, as I have had them do multiple jobs in my house in the last ten years with no issues.

Jim S came to fix a problem causing basement to flood. He fixed the problem and then explained options so that basement will not flood again. They used a camera to video the drain and saved the video on a usb drive so they could determine condition of the drain pipe and offer solutions if necessary.

I called for a frozen pipe that needed to be taken care of for my rental property. It was determined by the plumber that is was in fact the faucet that was broken. After "fixing" the faucet the plumber realized that it was in fact a frozen pipe and not the faucet. The frozen pipe was fixed and the plumber said he could not put the original parts back on because he "could not find them." When asked how much the total charge was going to be he said $160.
A few weeks later the almost $400 showed up on my credit card. The supervisor said it must have been a miscommunication and that was it. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. unless you want to be ripped off or overcharged for things you didn't want in the first place.

I was recommended Gatti plumbing through a friend, and was extremely disappointed with their service. From the moment two un-introduced men entered my home, rude behavior was portrayed. I have baseboard heating in which some pipes were frozen. These men came in asking, "So you don't have heat in your bathroom?" when I clearly stated my problem to them before they responded to my service call.
These men brought their hot box which hadn't worked after 4 hours of being on my pipes. When we suggested bringing another hot box to the site at 10 am, they said that could not happen. Around 2pm, they finally gave in and brought over another hot box along with about 6 other people. My son pulled them out of our driveway twice because they did not know how to drive in the snow which took around 2 hours of their time.
When the pipes never unclogged, they left. (After giving us the $2,000 bill of course). They told us we were lucky because they were only charging us for one person when multiples came through my residence, but none of the guys they sent knew what they were doing. The first two men sat around my house on their cell phones playing games and texting people taking multiples 'smoke breaks' in between.
They were nothing but absolutely rude to my family and I. Gatti employees told us multiple times they didn't know heating systems; this including their manager. I would steer clear of these people unless you want snow and mud tracked through your house, $2,000 less in your pocket, a few teenagers playing games while your bill runs through the roof, and a manager who doesn't know what baseboard heating is! Thank God my heat is running on its own now so Gatti didn't have to come and "blow out my walls" as they stated.
