The technician was courteous and respectful of the home and of my time. I was in a work meeting and had two barking dogs simultaneously, so the situation wasn't calm and ideal. But he did his work on our garbage disposal swiftly and did a great job explaining to me what was going on with it and what he recommended. The person who helped me make the appt was also thorough and friendly. Called on wed afternoon and had a tech out Fri morning.

Wake up without heating. Called this company and I am very satisfied with their service. 2 young men came and took a good amount of time to try to figure out the problem once they did they gave me the estimate which the price was fair. Our water heater quit suddenly and the status indicator light window was blank. There was no pilot light visible. I needed the help of a professional technical person to run a diagnostic and an estimate for any repair the heater needed. Paul Achim of Plumbing Plus answered my questions as he was going through his checklist. His knowledge and expertise was evident.

I appreciated his explanation of technical terms in layman's language. He highlighted pros and cons of current condition of our water heater and an estimate for addressing these and related issues. I am satisfied with his service and would not hesitate to recommend him and Plumbing Plus!

They were very quick to respond to my voicemail on a weekend and since it wasn't an emergency, we scheduled an appointment for first thing Tuesday morning. Erik was in time, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and clearly explained what repairs were needed. He quickly took care of the installation and left no mess behind. A little late writing this but these guys saved me from an emergency a few years ago. I was selling my house and had the inspection a day away and all of a sudden my basement flooded from a blown water heater. They showed up a few hours after the call and in a very short time I had a new water heater installed and the price was excellent. Highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs!

This was my first time using plumbers plus. I called this morning and made An appointment for Wednesday but told them they were welcome to call if anything earlier came up. I've used their service a couple of times over the last ten years and their service has been fantastic. Their prices are fair and they are pleasant and dependable and they go the extra mile to get a job done and done correctly.

They just made my day. Literally the happiest I could possibly be right now (in the middle of a pandemic). My hot water heater went out last week. And I called a different company that came up higher on the search algorithm on Yelp to come take look at it. They told me I would probably need a new water heater and that they could take care of it for me for the low low price of $2400.

They mentioned there was a small chance it was still under warranty and that I could check that out first but stated they thought I should just replace it since it's not a great water heater anyway. Not wanting to spend $2400 without exploring all options I called the company that made the water heater and discovered that mine was still under warranty.

They recommended Wischmeyer's as the local service providers. This is where the first part of their awesome customer service came in. I am a resident physician. And when all of this went down I was working nights leaving no time in my life for anything but work and sleep. I spoke to their 24hr answering service about the issue and told them it wasn't an emergency but that I would be hard to get a hold of during business hours since I would most likely be sleeping.

The office staff accepted this challenge and opted to text me updates and requests for information so I could book a service call as soon as possible. It was perfect. I could sleep through the day and respond whenever I had a minute at work. Then when they showed up for the service call today, they worked on the water heater for about 10 min. Came upstairs and told me the part would be here by Friday and in the meantime they put a generic part in place that should allow me to take a hot shower until the right part came in! My joy cannot be fully described. And total for the service call, temporary part and placement of eventual replacement warranty part.$250! Thank you

Technician showed up on time, was knowledgeable, and fixed the multiple issues that were contributing to having water in my basement. The dispatcher sent a text when I made the appointment to confirm the day and time, and I received a text the day of the appointment to let me know the technician was on his way. The service was overall better than I expected.

Patrick did a great job replacing my hot water tank. I called Plumbing plus before I went to work about my hot water tank leaking & by the time I got home from work I had a new tankless hot water tank. My wife said he was very professional & neat.

Pat and his team were efficient, courteous and were able to come to our house within 24 hours to install a new furnace when ours broke in January. He was prompt and accommodating, answering any questions we had at the moment or needed help over the phone. He gave us the best price around and we have been very happy with our Goodman furnace.
