Our water heater went out on a Friday afternoon (as expected this was a terrible time with many companies being booked up). Leone plumbing scheduled us for the next day, but we got lucky and someone ended up being available sooner. They were quick, professional and we would absolutely use this company again! Two different days of service included a severely clogged bathroom sink drain being cleared of decades of accumulated sludge. The action needed was more than a simple drain clearing with chemicals or a plunger. I was and am very satisfied with the degree of efficiency and persistence on the part of the two individuals who worked to resolve the clog.

Water has continued to flow without any delays in the sink emptying. No leaks occurred under the sink after everything had to be pulled apart to clear the clog. The second need for service involved a basement water back up resulting from days of heavy rainfall. Water was coming in from the floor drain and through the concrete floor. In addition, the old sump pump was working but severely deteriorated and near ready to fail.

New larger drainpipes replaced old ones and a sump pump was acquired and put in place. Water was extracted with a wet vac and all areas were mopped up. Subsequent heavy rainfall has not been problematic. I am grateful for the immediate response in both instances. The need for plumbing services happened just a couple weeks apart. In both instances, service was immediate, efficient, effective and courtesy was exemplary. I am grateful for all kindness and efficient service. Great job! Thank you, sincerely.

Leone provided two services for me: backflow valve inspection and furnace inspection/cleaning. Very professional and responsive. Also, when I had an after-hours weather-related furnace issue and I called them, Leone called me back within a few hours and walked me through assessing and correcting the issue on my own, saving me both money and a very chilly evening (and possible frozen/burst pipe issues).

Mike was very friendly, professional and respectful while performing the work in our home. Andy was very helpful over the phone suggesting solutions to the problem we were having and dispatching Mike the very next day. I've never used a plumber before, but price seemed a little high for services provided. However, the response time and quality of service was excellent, so I guess you get what you pay for. I will definitely call Andy again if I need plumbing services.

I contacted Leone Plumbing to remodel a bathroom and fix a bad leak in a wall. I had used a cheaper general contractor before for another bathroom, and had a bad experience; this time, I chose a company that had real plumbing experience. Andy, the owner, walked me through the steps of what needed to be done; what suggestions he would make that made sense--without having to spend a ton of extra money; and gave me a fair time frame for completion. Prices were in the middle, but I was looking for skilled, quality work this time around; Leone Plumbing provided value, experience, and professionalism. Andy told me that he could be done in three weeks, but the job was done in two! Jose did an excellent job getting everything done quickly and professionally, and didn't cut corners. We then used Leone Plumbing to fix the sub-par work the other contractor left behind--now, both bathrooms look AWESOME! Thank you!

I originally contacted Leone Plumbing to address a sink faucet problem we were having at our new home, plus several other items. Jamison arrived on time and he was polite, professional and did an excellent job fixing all the items. I can't say how much I appreciate his work ethic and that he respected our home as if it were his own. So much so that we went immediately back to Leone when we decided to replace our existing toilets. Andy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I greatly appreciate his patience in working me through several options until we decided on how to proceed.

Leone Plumbing was so responsive when I called regarding a clogged kitchen sink. I was able to get same day service and Jameson arrived during the service window I was promised. He was friendly and professional, up front about the cost associated with the issue, and the process to get the issue resolved. Called Leone with a issue with my sump in the basement. They troubleshot the issue on the phone and a even though I set up an appointment they solved my problem with no visit. Smart guys, great attitudes and I felt the passion for doing what was right by me.

I had no clue who to go to before my search since I am not from the Rochester area.so I Did an Internet search for a plumber in the Rochester area and Leone's came up. Read the reviews and saw that overall reviews were 4 1/2 Stars.

Leone plumbing was kind enough to come out to my house in the middle of a snowstorm to attempt to fix my hot water heater. A few service calls later they had it working better than before! The owner, Andy, even came out to my house to fix the hot water heater ( and ended up spending at least 3 hours at my house).

We had a sewer backing up into the basement. I called Leone Plumbing, they sent out one of there plumbers that same morning. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to fix my plumbing issue.
