I called about two weeks ago to get someone to come out to my house and give me a quote for a leak in my basement. They representative that answered the phone said I should be receiving a phone call shortly, to schedule someone to come out. Nobody ever called, in fact, I called them on 1/20/2019, explaining the same as I just did. After getting my information, I was told that someone will come out before Thursday (the day I'm not available for school).

Since when do we make schedules without an actual date and timeslot? I wouldn't recommend them, AT ALL. They showed that I am not a customer worth tending to. Would give a rating of 0 stats if it were possible.
