Note I didn't use these guys, nor did they come do an assessment. Writing a review for speed of response/answering questions/estimates, plus their short turnaround for scheduling an appointment and the fact that they are very professional and kind! Spoke to Jeff via Yelp messenger. He was quick and professional redirected me to his dispatcher scheduler Adriana who was also quick, professional and kind.

These calls can be stressful because you may have an infestation so it's great when they're are kind humans to help you from freaking out lol. I called re a rental unit I have and they moved fast. Didn't have them come out as I had scheduled 3 companies to bid and get various opinions. Great news is that they didn't need to come as the first two confirmed no issues so I text Adriana and sent Jeff a note via Yelp and let them know the situation and said I did not need them to come.

They were happy for the good news and simply said reach out if ever needed. Needless to say I too was ecstatic to find no issues! Love quick to respond businesses that hire professionals that are also kind human beings. If ever I need a pest control company, I'll be sure to contact this team! I've been a customer of Tanler for a couple of years and couldn't be happier with their services. I've used them for insulation replacement, termite and rodent issues, and ongoing bug control. They've always been incredibly professional, reasonably priced, and fast to respond and book services. Hands down the best pest control professionals around. Strongly recommend.

I've used Tanler for over the past 7 years and not once have I been disappointed by their staff or service. From the advance phone calls to the service Technicians, they're always professional. It probably stems from their owner Manual Lerma and their Office Manager Adriana Cornejo. Both have worked with me on several issues that have come up and never once did I feel like I was being taking advantage of.

Their prices are fair and upfront. I can't give bigger recommendation to use Tanler than saying both my parents and in-laws have their homes serviced by Tanler. With Tanler, it's like working with family.

This is a long overdue review. I had some unwanted pests in my attic last August and had reached out to several pest control companies and I am so happy that I went with Tanler. From the office to the field techs their Customer service was above and beyond. From the initial assessment to performing the work to the trap checks, everyone was transparent and honest with what needed to be done and what was performed. Their pricing hands down outbid the rest! 8 months later and still no unwanted visitors in the attic. Thank you Tanler folks!

I had a termite issue week ago with visible termites on floor and on ceiling. I looked for a termite company on Yelp, and Jeff was able to send someone out the same day for the inspection. The work was done well within 3 days with a reasonable price and a 2-years guarantee. The two workers explained what they will do before starting their work. They are also nice people to work with. Thank Jeff and the team.

Tanier Termite was quick to respond to my inquire and accommodating to make an appointment with me. Great first impression and profession. I was looking forward to working with them. I received a two hour time window (1pm- 3pm) in which someone would arrive. I rearranged my work schedule to be home. Six minutes before my time slot ends, I received a call letting me know it'll be another hour, "I'm running behind. It'll be about an hour to get to you." (He voice lacked confidence in his timing.) I'm sure he knew this sooner and could have called earlier. Last minute communication is a red flag for me. I'll take my business somewhere else. Thanks!

We just moved in and noticed some odd bites, upon some Google research we determined we had bed bugs. We reached out to Tanler as they offered heat treatment. As stated on their website the heat treatment was most effective. Wanting to have this dealt with immediately we booked an appointment right away, no inspection was needed prior to signing a contract and leaving payment.

We received an email stating what needs to be done prior to treatment. Since the heat treatment doesn't use chemicals there was no need for us to remove much. The email states that anything we do remove from the home must be reviewed by the tech. The tech who came out was very nice and helpful provided lots of information. The tech stated there was not a large amount and was contained to two of the rooms in our house.

Heat treatment was done. Unfortunately, the problem wasn't solved and I had begun getting more bites so we reached out to Adriana again to let them know and schedule a date to have the treatment done again as there is a 30 day warranty. The day of treatment my husband is instructed by the tech that we aren't prepared and we need to remove everything and recommends us taking everything to the laundry mat. Confused as this wasn't the process the previous time. Turns out Adriana schedule a liquid treatment.

When we called to get clarification, Adriana responded in the most RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL manner. States this is our fault we brought the bugs here. Why would we pay EXTRA for heat treatment and you send in someone to do liquid? All of a sudden there's no difference with liquid or heat treatment which is extremely misleading as your website states the heat treatment is more effective.

We never blamed the company for the process not working, all we wanted was to utilize the warranty. It seems a bit ridiculous to use the argument that we brought the bugs so it's our fault. If the company has a problem with honoring the warranty then maybe don't offer it? It seems Adriana fucked up and instead of saying I'm sorry I scheduled you for liquid instead of heat she went on to insinuate this was our problem, that we should have asked specifically for heat treatment.

We paid for heat treatment so the warranty should be for heat treatment. The website literally states "This treatment comes with a 30-day warranty no chemicals are needed". Adriana is trying to tell us well there's no one that can come to the heat treatment within your warranty window yet when we continuously pressed for the heat treatment she found a time.

So heat treatment was done only on two rooms. Did it work? Nope. But I guess that's all our fault too. Save your money go with a company that will actually care and not give shit when you want to use warranty.

Adriana and team have been amazing to work with. She's super responsive and always there to help me figure out solutions to eliminate our pest issues at my office! Would highly recommend Tanler pest control! Services: Bed bug extermination, General pest inspection

These guys are all about customer service! I scheduled an inspection and got a spot within 2 days. Michael's expertise was so helpful. He's very respectful and asked if I'd want him to wear a boot cover to go inside. He didn't try to upsell me anything and just quoted what was honestly needed. Highly recommended!

Based on Richard who came out to inspect and my interactions over the phone with the service providers, I would give 5 plus stars. Based on the lady Amanda (not sure of the name), I would never call this company again. She's not customer friendly and acts like a debt collector even before services are rendered. It's possible she doesn't know any better but she should. She's the worst and very annoying purposely.

I had decided not to call her back this past Friday for today Monday because of her annoying me for the 10% deposit while I was in Verizon do to phone issues. Richard called me on Saturday to follow up and to let me know my job could be done Monday. He's so personable and caring, I decided to move forward. Then today while having lunch, the rude lady called again and mentioned I didn't give the 10% like I was suppose to.

I didn't call to book because by the time I was out of the phone store, the company was closed and I said, oh well because I didn't want to deal with her. I was okay with calling the next company on the list. Learn how to speak nicely to potential customers!

I called Tanler this morning and spoke with Jeff. I had several questions regarding the maintenance contract and termite issues. He listened intently and gave me answers to my questions. He was patient and did not rush me. He was also able to set an appointment that met my schedule. He was very helpful and able take care of my issues.

We called Tanler for a subterranean termite problem we were having in one spot of our house. The exterminators were helpful and friendly -- and answered all of my questions. I haven't seen any signs of termites since. Thanks!

Josh from Tanler pest control came by and gave us an honest assessment of what needed to be done. Previous quotes came back recommending we tent the whole house which would've cost 10 to 20 times more than the quote that Tanler provided. I appreciate their honesty in an industry plagued with bad actors.

My previous termite company wanted to charge me and arm and a leg to deal with a minor issue. Tanler scheduled an appointment quickly. Michael came out and inspected the situation and dealt with it right on the spot. Price was reasonable. He gave me a ton of info and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Tanler Pest control. Initially we were just going to get a price quote from them, but eventually we ended up switching from Orkin to Tanler in the matter of one week. We were having a rat infestation and termite issue that Orkin was not able to resolve in the past year. When Jeff came in for initial inspection, he immediately found all the entry points for rats and termites, points that we didn't even know existed and suggested the solutions.

It wasn't cheap to fix all the issues we had, but he worked with us on the price and was very responsive to all the questions we had. His crew was extremely professional as well. They came on time, communicated well and were done with the project faster than anticipated. Ever since the fix we have not had any issues with rats or termites so far. It's a small family operated business and unlike the huge Orkin corporation - they actually care about their reputation and their clients. I would highly recommend them for any pest control needs you might have.

We use this company Via our HOA for 8 units in Santa Monica. They are terrible and not worth giving them your hard earned money. The employees don't like to treat high areas as it's too much work to bring in to our units the proper tall ceiling ladder. The last time these guys came to us 1/4/22 they refused to treat two units ceilings (my unit and my neighbors). We have currently found a mew company and in the process of moving away from this one. Don't give them your business. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Tenler was great. Great customer service on the phone. Understood my situation and didn't try to upsell me. Better value than most places I got quoteson. Showed up on time. Took care of my ant problem, which was a true gift. Even came back within the 30-day warranty and finished up the ants up for good. Highly recommend them.

I have been meaning to leave this review for a few days now but because of a busy mommy schedule it's taken me a little bit I don't really do reviews but I've had such a great experience from the start that I had to let everyone know how awesome they are! I first contacted Tanler in July because I was having a lot of ants coming into my home and black widows around the outside of my house.

From the first moment I called I was very happy with the way Adriana picked up the phone and greeted me. I immediately felt happy about my first call. I was still searching(getting different quotes) but the price and the conversation I had with Adriana eventually pulled me back. I scheduled my first appointment and soon met Jeff! Jeff was super friendly upon arrival.

Extremely helpful with explaining the whole process and what I should expect. I ended up going with a year contract. I've had Jeff come out to us 3 times now and let me tell you I always get a text at least 20min before he arrives which is awesome. It allows me to make sure I'm home to let him into my backyard and garage. He has always arrived with such a great attitude and ready to hear if everything has been working well, if there's anything we need to plan or just checking in on how my family is doing.

I am amazed by how well my experience has been going with this company from the start! Super helpful, extremely nice and I don't have anything negative to say about Jeff or Adriana! (Also no pictures because I've never thought about taking pictures while Jeff works lol)

Daniel and Anthony came out to our house today to do some spot checks to control some specific areas where we've had termite damage. We are on an annual plan and Daniel has taken great care of us several times. The amazing thing about Daniel is that he treats your house like his own. He also provides excellent explanations for the behaviors and resulting damage from termites and what to expect.

I get a really good feel from Daniel and his extremely friendly and helpful customer service attitude. Tanler is honest and dependable. We will definitely continue using them. Thanks, guys!

Did not inspect when on site. Told us we don't have rats when we do. Sent no proposal. Do not recommend. If you're looking for an exterminator for insects, especially ants, I highly recommend Tanler and, especially, Daniel. Daniel will not only look over all your property extremely carefully and closely, but he'll also dig where he thinks there may be an ant colony (my particular problem) that needs to be dealt with. His work is meticulous and Daniel is also a pleasure -- he's professional and very gracious.

Just an amazing service, they came and took plenty of time to inspect the house and everything was noted on paper and also in the estimate. if you need a great inspection ask for Joshua Brown you won't regret it.

I was contacted within a few hours after leaving a review online. I know, I would prefer not to leave a negative review but seeing as how they take online complaints serious enough, I will leave this update. They did offer to treat the area again with a caveat, they don't do "termite elimination" and cannot guarantee zero termites in the future.

Their "warranty is not a guarantee" I was told they do "termite control". All in all, they have always been professional and their staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

Spent the morning waiting around for someone from Tanler to show up and evaluate our home for treatment. Our visit window was 8 to 12 (which they confirmed by phone yesterday) and finally at 11:30am we called to check in after no one had showed up. When they answered, the receptionist told us they had to cancel and they couldn't make it. This would've been totally understandable except that no one bothered to call us to let us know the that they wouldn't be able to come today.

So I've missed a full morning of work waiting around for nothing without any proactive contact on their part. Disappointed in the customer service and how they wasted my time. Will not use their services.

My wife stayed home from work and the company missed the inspection window I had to call to ask where the inspector was She said he called out! No one thought to call and inform us Very poor customer service AVOID

How often can you give five stars for a company that did NO work? We've had rodent problems outside our home. Josh from Tanler not only showed up early but also after inspecting the house and its surroundings concluded that I didn't need to hire him. He recommended some traps I could buy (and how to best bait them) and then he was on his way--and no charge for the service call. While I can't say I'm hoping the rodents return in force, I know whom I'm calling if they do.

I highly recommend this company. I was extremely apprehensive about having this service I had checked with other companies, but this company really stood out. I was able to receive an inspection within days of calling for one. The receptionists have always been professional and very friendly i received phone calls confirming my appointments and time one day prior to the appointment The inspection was completed by Mike.

He was very thorough. He seemed well informed about the different processes available. I never felt pressure from him to proceed with treatment and repair. Good experience with this termite company. We hired Tanler for our HOA contract and were very happy with the service. We were previously using a company whom residents were having to call out several times a month because their spraying material was outright ineffective. Once we switched to Tanler, we had no issues at all. Whatever they use, works. Also good response time; didn't keep us waiting for service.

Our home had termites. Michael came out for our home inspection He was knowledgeable and courteous. His quote was fair. We didn't need to tent. I decided to use them for their termite and pest control services. Anthony and Carlos were on time, courteous, and professional. They did a great job sealing potential rodent entry points, treated the termite problem, and listened to any concerns my wife and I had. Neither of them left until the job was done. They are coming back in a week to follow-up. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is need of this service.

Pre-covid edicts, Tanler has always been our go to Termite Control & Service. Rest assured, Jesus came to give us an updated estimate. He educated us to the current conditions (shoe booties & masked), quoted a fair estimate, scheduled Termite Treatment a week later. The day prior to both Estimate and Treatment appointment dates, Tanler phoned to confirm the appointment times. Daniel and Anthony showed up right on time to treat the house. (Neat and in personalized uniforms and masked) Introduced themselves and confirmed the work order which was spot on. Anthony placed floor covers and wore shoe booties in the house to access the attic.

He made sure to extract the termite frass sites, explaining his procedures to us. ( Showed us the larvae too) He was meticulous in cleaning each area he worked in as well. Daniel was treating the underlying foundation of the house. They were done within the estimated window of time. Daniel and Anthony, thank you. Would ask for them again and another friend will be calling to book an appointment!

Their inspector Mike was a nice guy and did the amazing work - he provided us a lot of explanations not only about fixing termites in that house, but also about the best practices of termite protection across California. We had Tanler out to evaluate a possible termite situation. Although we did not choose them for service (we actually decided to hold off on dealing with the termites for a little longer, based on the report) - they were very prompt to respond, pricing estimate was reasonable and the technician, Jesus, was very thorough in his explanation of what we needed and what we didn't. Definitely have them out for an inspection if you are looking for vendors to consider!

I never considered that I would love a pest control company so much. Joshua came by to do an inspection for termites a few months ago, and was very honest with me. While another company tried to sell me their services, Joshua said there was no reason for treatment at this time. It's so refreshing when people are honest. I know exactly who to call when/if we have any pest issues.

Never cared to use pest control before because there was no need, however that changed when we ran into some nasty pests we found in the kitchen. Based on my researched, Tanler pricing is the most competitive for the value. Also! Adriana was so nice and professional. Our technician who came out; he was also professional and punctual. The technicians we interacted with - both at the initial check for termites and the day of treatment - were super polite and very nice to work with. The price for treatment was more manageable than larger pest control companies. Our termites weren't a huge and visible problem to begin with so I can't speak on the job done just yet. However, one of the technicians left a light trail of drips from the treatment throughout the house and onto the front porch.

He said it was likely from the "water vapor" coming out of the machine but it's been a full 24 hours and those drips have not dried, like they would have if it really was water. I'm still finding sticky, dried drips around the house and the ones on the porch need to be scrubbed away. Also, they made a bit of a mess chipping away at one of the wooden eaves outside to put the treatment.

I get that it should have been done, but a heads up would have been nice. It's a bit alarming to see pieces of paint and wood from your house just on the ground, seemingly out of nowhere.

Great service. Was able to schedule a termite inspection the next day and service the following day. Henry Fuentes did a superb job for us. He treated two large wood planters outdoors without killing our lemon trees. He also thoroughly treated our attics with boric acid, which kills termites and is nontoxic to humans. He vacuumed so we'll know which termite droppings are new in the future. Henry arrived on time, he was thorough in his work and he has an accommodating personality. Couldn't ask for more. We plan to use Tanler Termite for our yearly inspection.
