Paul came to help spray our house perimeter after we were having an ant problem. He is professional, punctual and extra helpful. Paul made sure I understood what his services covered and what they wouldn't, e.g. interior extermination. Besides spraying the home exterior, which took care of the problem, he was awesome in telling me which products to use to make sure we didn't have an ant problem indoors.
And he recommended that I put steel wool in our pipes to avoid rats coming in. he even used the extra steel wool he had in his truck on one of our pipes as an example. He gave us so many great tips to make our lives easier and pest free. Would have him back in a heartbeat. but hopefully won't since it means I have a pest problem.

They're awful, rude and lie. Don't use. Did a bad job / offered warranty they won't honor. We told them we had roaches indoors but they insisted on only spraying outside which didn't work. And when I told Paul he refused to come finish the job despite he had offered us a warranty. Now we have to find another pest control company.

Paul serviced our home in the bay area and did an excellent job. We had him on a monthly contract. He always showed up, left us confirmation and took care of all our pest problems. He is very professional and reasonable for all his services. An excellent alternative to the corporate pest patrol companies. Quick Response, great service and always top professionalism. Thanks Paul

Bedbugs are terrifying and so stressful to deal with. Paul was fantastic about fielding my calls, a few in the evening, when I was convinced that I was never going to survive the experience. It is a lot of work to prepare for the treatment, the pesticide application and the steam cleaning. But, Paul was calm and kind and explained it all and suggested nicely that I take a few deep breaths. He did a great job and the cost was much less than other companies. He responded quickly to my calls and was thorough! We are bedbug free! I highly recommend Paul!
