Pest Pro

Not the kind of service you would want. Bad incomplete job done. Not returning calls.

Pest Pro has friendly staff for the most part and they are always polite. I've relied on them for monthly service for over 10 years. Sadly, over the last year or so they have become unreliable with no shows for scheduled appointments, then they reschedule and are no shows again without even a courtesy call to let me know. I used to trust their service and did autopay each month to be sure I wasn't late in paying.

I had to stop that because I never know if they are going to show up or do the work. Does anyone know of a good quality, reliable pest control company in the SJ area? I am looking.

Excellent experience. I would recommend them to just about anyone. These folks were quick at performing. Price is good. No stress to sign up for their service.

No call no show to an appt THEY set the time for. No way would I want a company to get my business if they can't be professional enough to call if you're going to be late. It may seem dumb to think that someone would put a 1 star for a simple no call no show, BUT it shows a ton of a business and their practices if they can't extend a easy phone call.

I originally was having a big problem with ants inside and out. The first time Pest Pro came out, They treated inside and out. The ants were gone outside for about 5 days but inside they still kept coming. I called them a second time to retreat the inside and I had to remove my pets and me out of the house for 2 hours. The ants were still around but they said to give it a few days.

Within a few days the ants were back full force inside and out. I called for another treatment for the outside with similar results. I was told they were using a general pest spray and was assured the solution would kills the ants. Well it didn't kill anything. All my insect pests might have taken a brief vacation but they are all back in full force.

What a waste of time and money. I would call again but don't think it would make any difference. Office staff and owner are not customer orientated. All they seemed to be interested in was signing me up for a quarterly service. Now why would I ever sign up for any services that did not perform well coming back 3 times? Move on to the next Pest company and avoid Pest Pro. Seems like they don't know their business of how to kill pests!

Not reliable. Scheduled a 1-3 appointment with a 30 minute call before they were due to arrive. No call from them. I left many messages for them to call me back and no one would return my call. I had a Living Social deal where paid amount did not expire. I was going to use that with additional services and still no show nor would they return any of my calls. Not professional at all. I will avoid them in the future and suggest you find someone else for your pest problem!

We've used Pest Pro for 9 years and they arrive every 2 months as scheduled. I receive a phone call the day before they will spray, to make sure that will work for our family. When we've had an extra issue with wasps or spiders, they are quick to respond. Pest Pro's pricing is extremely competitive and I would recommend them to anyone needing help with pesky pests.

Not reliable. i scheduled a 9-11 time slot so at 11 when they were still not here i called. the woman i spoke to was rude and then said that the guy will be here in about 1 hour. terrible service, not informing customers who are sitting around and waiting for them and she was not apologetic or understanding of my time wasted. do not use them unless you have time to waste!

We have fire ant, house ant as well as red bug invasion. Pest Pro took care everything. I'll ask them to look after my house for the following year. The ants transferred to a different area of my property and so they arrived on the scene within 24 hours, on Saturday, to deal with this problem.

I simply want to express how grateful I am that you folks are sincere and trustworthy. It seemed like all of you realized my problem which made the time and effort to assure me there will be no huge problems not like a different pest control company.

We had carpenter beetles multiple times create shelters by drilling into our Redwood attraction. Pest Pro came out in a short notice resolving the problem and providing excellent pricing!

We've used them many times for one-off wasp control. They do excellent work, and guarantee it completely. They came back a week later to refill the site (we had wasps building a nest between the boards in our siding) and made sure that they were dead. I highly recommend them. And he doesn't try to sell you the "we'll come out once a week" thing.
